We has a technician visit the home last week and a supervisor call on Friday 12/and he was informed that was everything is now working properly

I responded before the that account should be credited

A Mediacom technician went to their home on 7/6/and had a firmware update sent to their modem that increased the speed they we receiving

The coustomer infomation in our billing system has been corrected They can now call to schedul the service they want

The SSN on the debt account was mistyped off by one digitIt was corrected the SSN and now [redacted] ***’s account is the only one that comes up There should be now problems schedueling the install

I confirmed that the coustomer is paying for the lowest amount of chanells and would need to upgrade to our family package to receive CNN,Spke,Weather etcI wil have a CSR call him to discuss moving him into a new package

Coustomer was given a $credit

I spoke to customer and confirmed that everting is working properly and that I would credit her account $50.00, she said that would be fine
