I was toldd the credits were applied to her account today

But due to the intermittent nature of our problem, I am not entirely sure that the problem is finally and truly resolved. After talking to Medicom office, I finished with a direct phone number to the Spvr., Technical Operations and a contact number for the Manager in case of outages again. And…We did experience a cable TV outage on 12/23/but after calling Mediacom, the recorded message indicated that there was indeed another outage in our area. This cable outage lasted ~ hours In conclusion, we are in a wait and see position which will likely continue for at least the next months. It remains difficult to depend on Mediacom services

*** ***They were supposed to have my ordering blocked by telephone onlyThe supervisor is stating that I never requested itThis is not true and I deserve my refundIt was there non compliance of a request that allows my child to order and they are willing to lose a paying customer over this as if they don't care about their customersI still request the credit for that I deserve for them not having it set up like I asked and how it was and somehow was removed but not on my request

The modem has been removed from her account and the equipment cahrges have also been removed

The coustomer has received credit in the past and is responsible to pay for movies order in her home

My account still doesn't reflect adjustments for services I cancelled back in early August. I had a day money back guarantee. None of this is reflected. My bill still shows that I owe $due by 11/06, of which $is past due. There is no credit applied to the account. In addition, now I have a late fee charged on the bill as wellIs this a late fee because Mediacom has not been able to figure out my account for almost months?After my internet service was shut down on Monday, Oct22, I talked to Mediacom collections and I was told that a credit was applied to my account in the amount of $198.60. Looks like the Collections department applied that on their side so my internet can be restored but that credit still did not make it into my account. Please apply that credit to my account so this problem is solved.

If Mediacom can not admit their wrongs with not complying with my request to have telephone order only, They need to refund me from the beginning of my cable hook up when it was all completely done
with old wiring and splitters that a tech just came out and fixed a couple of months ago because I didn't realize the reason for our interrupted service and improper working internetThe tech that fixed it was *** out of MtVernon who admitted it was insane how it was all hooked up and didn't understand why the previous tech had done it that wayI had continuous boxy looking cable and loss of internet and never got refunds for all my interrupted services which I continued to pay forThey want to say they don't have my notes of my request for telephone orders onlyThey have to have notes of the tech coming out and having to rewire the whole home because we wasn't receiving our full servicesThere were several phone calls in regards to this and all they wanted to do was trouble shoot boxesIt wasn't until I noticed all the splitters and old wiring that it was fixedAlmost a whole year of bad service due to faulty wiring!

There was a current complaint that has not been resolved (#***)Mediacom is still refusing to refund me the worth of movies that were mainly in Japanese that I did not orderMy cable has not worked correctly since I've had it and it was just months ago that *** (who works for Mediacom) had to come out and rewire the whole home due the first wiring all being done with old wiring and splittersMediacom needs to add a credit for every month, since I have had my service with them and did not have proper working cable or internetI had called on this issue several times and they just kept running tests on the boxesI finally convinced them that the wiring was not correctThe manager insisted there were notes of blocking orders from my cable box to be by phone orders onlyThey surely have notes of having to service and rewire the whole home*** is a technician out of MtVernon are who stated himself, we were lucky to even be receiving any channelsI tried to only get the refund for the movies ordered that there was supposed to be a block on but they have been uncooperative under all aspectsNow I am requesting a refund from the start of my service for improper working cable that they just fixed months ago!

The manager insisted there were no notes of me having my cable set up to only order by phone, though I had to call and order previously after my child did this the first time and they refunded in MayThis is when I had it changed to only be phone orders and they are saying I never had it set up that way, this is how I told them to have it done and I even had to call in later to get movies orderedIt was as if they just removed the phone orderIf they can't cooperate on what they did wrong, they can cooperate on my cable not working correctly for almost a whole year and they should definitely have notes of the tech (***) having to come out to rewire the home

Coustomers can go on line to Mediacom to check on thier account and they will be able to see how much bandwidth they have usedThey need to log in at mediacomcable.com or call ###-###-#### if they need help

I also do not wish to ever have a Mediacom account because I am so displeased with this major issue regarding my SSN

I recently subscribed to mediacom cable. I was promised certain things during the initial phone call that once again were...

false. having experience with mediacom cable I requested an email confirmation clarifying all that was discussed so there would not be any miss-understanding. having been promised the email I waited. several days later I had still not received an email. I called several different times & spoke with several different people only to be told that they did create the email outlying all that was discussed at the time I subscribed to cable. however I was not allowed to have it and was refused. I have since cancelled the cable over a week ago. its been disconnected. however I have been arguing with mediacom representatives that say I owe for cable I don't have. I must say I think at this point that company policy is to lie to customers just to get them to buy. I filed a previous Revdex.com complaint against mediacom for deception concerning the tivo and was promised a $25.00 credit through this site. once again I was lied to by a mediacom representative. That "Credit" was for the first month bill. Which I am glad you put back on the account, but that does not put money back into my bank account, not for as much as I missed work because your technicians are incompetent and cannot make a scheduled job on time. I work in the same type of industry not cable, but electric, and if you say you are going to be at someones house, then be there. Do not come at 8pm or 1030pm. That is ridiculous. Give me the credit and the remaining a hard check in the mail for what I missed from work within those 3 days that I missed. Regards,[redacted]

Over %95 of our coustomers can receive our TIVO service and we are working on having the service available in all areas serviced by Mediacom.

TIVO is now availabel in there area and we will make contact to see if they are still interested

TIVO service has been available in [redacted] for over trhee months, I will have a CSG call today to schedule the service with the best offer and credit their account $25.00.

A Mediacom technician went to their home on 7/6/16 and had a firmware update sent to their modem that increased the speed they we receiving.

I confirmed that the coustomer is paying for the lowest amount of chanells and would need to upgrade to our family package to receive CNN,Spke,Weather etc. I wil have a CSR call him to discuss moving him into a new package.
