Spoke to coustomer and confirmed everything is now working propery and told him that he wil be receivin a $75.00 credit.

[redacted]They say I cab check to see how much I have used......NOT even close to my request for a detailed statement stating EXACTLY where it is being used, if usage is being monitered as they say it is, then print me off a document telling me EXACTLY what websites could possibly be using 400 GB per month...I dont think it exist,,I think they are just adding over usage whenever they want to.

I have reviewed this account and I have learned that the customer wanted to upgrade internet speed so was placed into a higher level of service at an increase of $10 per month.  The package has a limit on how much data can be used during each month and there was an email warning of an...

overage charge.  The email warning automatically populates to the customer at the point they are close to 75% of the limit so as to help avoid extra charges. This extra charge of $10 is for exactly this reason.  As a one time courtesy, Mediacom has credited the overage charge of $10 off the customer ledger.  Keep in mind that going forward, email notifications will be sent advising of possible extra charges due to overuse of data on the account.  I do hope this information was helpful.  I consider this matter closed.

Coustomer has received credit for PPV movies in the past and was told they are responsible for movies ordered going forward

I have not received my credit for non working cable off and on  for 10 months, until [redacted] the tech came out and had to rewire the whole home due to a wrong instillation. All they kept doing was trouble shooting the boxes, until I noticed how the whole house was wired with old wiring and splitters!Regards,[redacted]

The document did not indicate when this complaint was filed. 
We contacted the customer on 8/31/15, and she indicated that everything was taken care of on 8/29/15.  All of her services are now working properly, and she had no further concerns.

I responded before the that account should be credited.

The equipment will be removed and the coustomer account will be credited.

The SSN on the debt account was mistyped off by one digit. It was corrected the SSN and now [redacted]’s account is the only one that comes up . There should be now problems schedueling the install

The credit request is being handled by our Corporate office in NY

We has a technician visit the home last week and a supervisor call on Friday 12/15 and he was informed that was everything is now working properly

Please respond here ONLY]No where at all did I even mention a overage charge and the problem that was at hand was completely ignored, I was told a price for upgrading my account to ultra was $44.95, I said to upgrade to that. They for some reason did not, I called back to find out why it was not done, they told me it would cost me $20 more then the price given to me. I want them to honor the price I had agreed to.
