Hired this company to landscape my back yard last year and gave them a sizeable deposit. However, when it was time for them to start the job, I heard every excuse in the book why they had to put me off. After several months of excuses, they finally started the job (and collected a check from me). They only worked a few hours, and promised to come back in a couple of days, but didn't show up. When I started calling them several times a day, and got no response, I finally demanded they refund my money. The owner called and told me he could not give my money back all at one time, and wanted to finish the job. When they returned weeks later to continue the job, they would work one day, and not show up again for days until I called and complained several times. It took them 2 weeks to complete a 2-3 day job. They shorted some of the deliveries and had to schedule additional deliveries of supplies to finish the job. They finally completed the job, but for the amount of money I paid, it should look a lot better. They did not spray to kill the weeds and grass before they spread the rock and now that the weather is warmer, I have grass and weeds growing all over the back yard in the rocks. I just had to hire another lawn maintenance person to spray the entire yard. If I knew what I know now when I booked them, I would have hired a more reputable company and my yard would look much nicer.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received a message from [redacted] at Revdex.com informing me that the response from Xtreme Green Visions was that they were in contact with me and they would remove and replace the Palm Tree in question.  To date, this was just lip service because I have NOT heard from Xtreme Green Visions either via email, phone, text message or any other way of communicating and the tree has not been removed or replaced.  They have failed to commit to their promise, are dishonest and not trustworthy.  I am hoping to resolve this matter soon by having Xtreme Green Visions live up to their word.

This vendor has lied on several occasions before Have vendor provide [1] PROOF OF MAILING and PROOF OF CASHED CHECK  Otherwise this complaint should be kept open until there is PROOF of a cashed check.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with some necessary clarification.  It was my understanding that they were licensed, bonded and insured.  Unsure why only $50/month is available if in fact they were bonded and insured.  However,  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved once the entire $1975.00 is reimbursed.

HelloThis is Big [redacted],I am the owner .I personally went to the job site with the crew an our crew leader met with Mr.[redacted] an he advised us to trim the bushes down to a height an agreed this was adequate.it has nothing to do with 3 or 4 guys doing the work?? Also I was on site upon completion an we called Mr.[redacted] to come an look an sign off on work an his response was if creosote bushes are down to 3' then I'm happy.iF Mr. [redacted] is this concerned over his ""bushes"" you think he would come an look so this could have been resolved ??? WOULDNT YOU??? We are trying to run a business an provide great customer service.I have never had someone complain about bushes before .....  At this point I do not know what to do if we keep coming out an he refuses to come look an sign off. At this point I would be willing to refund him $200.00 dollars an he could find someone who could satisfy his feelings about trimming???  I appreceate your assistance in this matter .Thank you,Big [redacted] .

I am currently contacting the consumer to remove the dead palm an replace it.

I hired them to landscape my front lawn, changing it from sod to desertscape...they were to remove sod, spray, paper and soil for mounds and stone. Also, plant a pygmy palm and 5 other plants and reset the irrigation...within 1 week I had grass and weeds coming up and 2 plants not doing well, I called and they said they would put in a work order, took another 2 weeks and a man came and removed the weeds and said someone else would have to come to spray and look at the plants, he did change one of the irrigation nozzles, another 10 days, young man comes and sprays, looks at irrigation not sure if plants getting too much or too little water, turns on my back yard irrigation which ended up flooding back yard as I did not know it was on and then couldn't get it shut off so called a neighbor to help me as no one responded to my calls-this was a Saturday , I finally heard from them on Monday...at this point I had called them at least 6 times since their installation and just decided to cut my losses and get someone else to do it right....a real mistake with them, think the staff is not experienced enogh to handle the work..my impression. Never again...

I would not recommend this company!! My small yard was promised to be done in 3 days and it is going on the 3rd week now. They have very bad Project Management and lack customer communication. They tell you the workers will be out and no one shows up. After half the day has gone by you have to call to find out what is going on. Excuses after excuses but they certainly make sure they get your money. I'm too the point of just praying that they will finish the project. I will be filing a complaint on Revdex.com also.

I greatefully respect "[redacted]" response and position BUT part of my concern is I've been trying at least twice a week for the last three weeks to get someone from his company to come out to fix/repair/replace items beyond my control.
I've asked for (and his field rep three weeks ago) agreed that one of the new plants they planted is dead and needed replacement. I also said the watering timers are all off with some watering going on almost nightly at 8pm and that some of the trees that they fertilized and changed watering times are now turning yellow (from I think too much water.) And some of the springkling heads their crew installed/replaced on the three flower beds they installed are NOT covering all flowers. As a result, some are dying/dead beyond my control.
Finally, in all flower beds that they installed new ground cover (out of bags) are now covered with little green leaves. Their field rep (again 3 weeks ago) said, "Yeah they look like weeds but I believe we have something that would kill them". He said he would bring it to [redacted]'s attention. 
Three plus weeks have gone by and noone has returned to address my concenrs/requests.
Perfoming bi-weekly landscape maintenance I can address with another company. To fix/repair/replace etc. work that Xtreme Green did or hasn't done is not another companies concern.
SO how do I get someone to come out and "right the wrong"?

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business did return, but with only a 3-Man Crew.  Proposal was always a 4-Man crew.  Shrubs in front area still remain over-grown and were not adequately trimmed.  It appears that some of the cresote "tips" were pruned, but not a fair and adequate front area clean-up.

We worked with this company last year under the name "Extreme Green". They did a $12,000. Job for us including redoing our sprinklers, replanting front and back yard and installing new rock. Once the contract was signed, we never saw the owner again. The contract stated that we would have about 120 new plants, but only 85 were delivered. I had to call several times to get the invoice adjusted. The plants were guaranteed for 6 months. during that time I had to call to have certain plants replaced twice and they still died. When they died again, I just gave up. The office staff was non-responsive and never returned phone calls or e-mails. I am now working with a local nursery to replant shrubs and plants that will work and thrive in my yard. I could have saved myself a lot of money if I had done this in the first place!
