I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The fountain will never work where placed because it needs a filter and is too small to support one (not a maintenance issue).  Professional landscapers should have selected the proper fountain for the area or even consulted with me prior.  Was told the fountain would be "maintenance free except to pull any leaves out" by Big [redacted].  Paid for fountain to be plumbed in, it was not.  Yes, after the initial complaint to Revdex.com, they said they would return the money in 3 instaallments and pick up the fountain weeks ago, after I made frequent phone calls.  Finally got the first check 8/30 which promptly bounced.  Said the 2nd check was in the mail over a week ago, still no sign of it.  Still waiting for fountain to be picked up.  Still dealing with multiple issues caused by the poor quality job and materials used.

We have emailed a response to [redacted] and we let her know that we are in the process of getting the replacement of the tree scheduled, and we will get back in contact with her within the next week. It looks like it was done on Monday. (We noticed it Tuesday morning). All that is left in the contract is the pergola, but as we noted in our complaint to the Revdex.com, we'd like your superiors to cancel that portion of the contract so we can all move on. Also as we noted, we would like this cancelation to be void of any penalty imposed by your company. After five months, I think it would be best if we all just walked away.Please let us know your management's comments. Also, for full disclosure, I've sent a copy of this email to the Revdex.com to keep them in the loop.

HelloThis is Big [redacted],I am the owner .I personally went to the job site with the crew an our crew leader met with Mr.[redacted] an he advised us to trim the bushes down to a height an agreed this was adequate.it has nothing to do with 3 or 4 guys doing the work?? Also I was on site upon completion an we called Mr.[redacted] to come an look an sign off on work an his response was if creosote bushes are down to 3' then I'm happy.iF Mr. [redacted] is this concerned over his ""bushes"" you think he would come an look so this could have been resolved ??? WOULDNT YOU??? We are trying to run a business an provide great customer service.I have never had someone complain about bushes before .....  At this point I do not know what to do if we keep coming out an he refuses to come look an sign off. At this point I would be willing to refund him $200.00 dollars an he could find someone who could satisfy his feelings about trimming???  I appreceate your assistance in this matter .Thank you,Big [redacted] .

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business did return, but with only a 3-Man Crew.  Proposal was always a 4-Man crew.  Shrubs in front area still remain over-grown and were not adequately trimmed.  It appears that some of the cresote "tips" were pruned, but not a fair and adequate front area clean-up.

mails sent to him an phone records showing my calls.If need be.The crew was at his property an did the clean up an fertilizer.The customer was on a 1x month maintinance schedule.We had rain an sun shine an things grew back,The customer did leave me a message two days in row but as I explained to him I was away an as soon as I got back I tryed to return his calls several times w/no avail.my cell phone is [redacted].

We have received the Complaint and will be contacting the customer to inform her that we will be looking into the issue and are interested in getting the issue resolved.

We have spoken to the customer an have scheduled a meeting to solve this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait...

until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.The job was completed. The boulders are smaller than were discussed, but it least it is something. Thank You Revdex.com for our support.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received a message from [redacted] at Revdex.com informing me that the response from Xtreme Green Visions was that they were in contact with me and they would remove and replace the Palm Tree in question.  To date, this was just lip service because I have NOT heard from Xtreme Green Visions either via email, phone, text message or any other way of communicating and the tree has not been removed or replaced.  They have failed to commit to their promise, are dishonest and not trustworthy.  I am hoping to resolve this matter soon by having Xtreme Green Visions live up to their word.

Xtreme Green is closed an we are trying to resolve this complaint the best way we poss can.We would like to offer a re payment plan for $50.00 month would be the gest we could do.Looking for your response.

Hello, this is [redacted] here at the office. The owner called her this morning and and left her a message.

We will be working on this problem as quickly as we can and will send a crew out to fix the planting issue. Although, with the holidays it is very likely for us to have to schedule a crew out early next week. We will be contacting the customer to schedule and resolve the problem.
