proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Here is a copy of the email I sent to Xtreme Green this morning:[redacted],Yes, the river rock portion of the work is now completed. It looks like it was done on Monday. (We noticed it Tuesday morning). All that is left in the contract is the pergola, but as we noted in our complaint to the Revdex.com, we'd like your superiors to cancel that portion of the contract so we can all move on. Also as we noted, we would like this cancelation to be void of any penalty imposed by your company. After five months, I think it would be best if we all just walked away.Please let us know your management's comments. Also, for full disclosure, I've sent a copy of this email to the Revdex.com to keep them in the loop.

They have not tried to contact me.  They are lying.  When and if they contact me, they will need to issue a refund as so much time has gone by that I had to hire another contractor or face sanctions by my [redacted].

HelloWe have been in contact w/Mr [redacted]  the crew was back out to his property an we are scheduling to have Big [redacted] owner an a crew to meet himm first part next week.

We have tried on multiple occasions to fix her problem to her satisfaction. We have even explained to her that the reason why its clogging up is cause of maintenance issues. I have came to an agreement with refunding her the full amount of $1,250. We will be giving her 3 payments that...

We have contacted the customer and he has agreed that if we send him a check for $50 to reimburse him, then that will resolve this issue. We will be contacting him in a few days to confirm that he received the check.

We have emailed a response to [redacted] and we let her know that we are in the process of getting the replacement of the tree scheduled, and we will get back in contact with her within the next week. Also I do apologize about not responding earlier, I just was not aware that you had sent the previous email. and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]They simply said what they have said in the past, "we will look into it and call you back."   When I asked them when I would receive a response back, they told me 12/5.  It is now 12/10 and still no response or action on the complaint.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me with some necessary clarification.  It was my understanding that they were licensed, bonded and insured.  Unsure why only $50/month is available if in fact they were bonded and insured.  However,  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved once the entire $1975.00 is reimbursed.

I greatefully respect "[redacted]" response and position BUT part of my concern is I've been trying at least twice a week for the last three weeks to get someone from his company to come out to fix/repair/replace items beyond my control.

I've asked for (and his field rep three weeks ago) agreed that one of the new plants they planted is dead and needed replacement. I also said the watering timers are all off with some watering going on almost nightly at 8pm and that some of the trees that they fertilized and changed watering times are now turning yellow (from I think too much water.) And some of the springkling heads their crew installed/replaced on the three flower beds they installed are NOT covering all flowers. As a result, some are dying/dead beyond my control.

Finally, in all flower beds that they installed new ground cover (out of bags) are now covered with little green leaves. Their field rep (again 3 weeks ago) said, "Yeah they look like weeds but I believe we have something that would kill them". He said he would bring it to [redacted]'s attention. 

Three plus weeks have gone by and noone has returned to address my concenrs/requests.

Perfoming bi-weekly landscape maintenance I can address with another company. To fix/repair/replace etc. work that Xtreme Green did or hasn't done is not another companies concern.

SO how do I get someone to come out and "right the wrong"?
