Bought 2 puzzles from Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd. Finally arrived, products not even close to what I ordered. I made a complaint to PayPal about it - weeks went by, finally heard that "the company agreed to refund $30". I paid $59.04. However, I could get a full refund if I shipped the garbage products back TO CHINA on MY OWN DIME. I continue to fight this with PayPal, who is not helpful in the least. I did more research and found on the PayPal community forum, there are literally DOZENs and DOZENs of people complaining about this fake company, the complaints go back for MONTHS. So PayPal knows this company is not legit. The return address on the garbage products I received is from YDH INT'L INC in Valparaiso IN - A US address! I looked that up, and BBB gives it an F, stating consumers reported not getting products they ordered. Paypal is siding with, and continues to partner with, a fake fraudulent company!

I ordered 3 Halloween themed puzzles and after waiting over a month I received my order and got 3 identical puzzles of the starship Enterprise. Sent a request but don't expect to hear anything back. Don't buy from this company. If I want to waste $65 I will go to a casino.

I ordered 2 folding camp chairs that adults sit in and rock and recline. I ordered on the 9th of September. they arrived today the 22nd of September...not what I ordered. they shipped 2 small (child size camp stool.) this company is a rip off. the chairs that I did order and pay for were adult size and could fit in a carrying case,

I orders the item below for my wife and kids to use with their computers. As you can see the one I purchased is not the one I received. I contacted the company and they said they were sorry and asked if I would accept $4.00 and keep the items I received. I said no. I want my refund. I contacted PayPal who contacted the seller, the seller offered $5.00. I told Pay Pal no, from my research, they have a history of doing this. No way in HELL can you mistake the picture they advertise with the [censored] they sent me.

Ordered a device for neck problems and all directions were written in Chinese. I can't read Chinese. Will contact on Monday for refund. Ridiculous***

Ordered a supposed 3-D rug. Nothing at all like it was advertised. Horrible, tacky image and no where the size shown. A complete rip-off. How can we shut this place down? There is no apparent way to contact anyone in the "company". Is there any federal agency we can complain to that would investigate?
I gave it one star but would prefer NO stars!

Paid good money for an air tank you can dive shallow with for ten minutes. The quality seems good, but the instructions are for a pump which was supposed to be included and is not. No phone or email to contact for support! An expensive paper weight is what I have without a pump, and no way to contact them!

Didn't get what we ordered , have no use for what we did get. What the hell do I do now I will not be using this site ever again

I ordered a computer desk and received a bogus puzzle that wont stay together. I plan to pursue this with PayPal. I am incredibly dissatisfied especially after waiting over a month.

I was so disappointed that I did not get the desk holder with all it's attachments. The item I got was NOTHING like the thing I ordered. What a bunch of cheaters!

Got a computer stand. Cheap quality. Would not stay together. Worthless. I believe this is a scam operation filtered through a fake residence.

Bought for gifts but all are had damaged boxes so now I can't gift them. On top of that there is no way to contac them. Also sent me the wrong order. 3 of the same puzzle is NOT what I ordered.

I saw there add for the puzzles. They had the Star Trac from the first TV shows. They also had the ones of the New Movies. I was very excited. I went ahead and ordered all of the STAR TRAC puzzles. This was a present for my son. after waiting several months they came today. Excitedly I opened the package. To my surprise & disbelieve there were 4 puzzles that I would not Buy at any price . Two puzzles of book covers, 1 of skulls and 1 of some hilltop village. I have tried to contact the company to no avail . I will continue to try. Talk about a rip off, deceiving advertising, no customer service, False , Lying and a real...beep, beep. beep. More than UNHAPPY. I had to give a rating for the review. It would not except a negative of stars.

I ordered a licence plate back up camera for my truck. As advertised all I needed to do is install it and it would work with my cell phone. I did not get what was advertised. All I got was the camera which will not work without a monitor. Im returning it and I expect to get a full refund. I will post an extremely negative review on facebook as that is where I saw the advertisement

From the info I have been able to research, this company stole a video for a lifelike baby shark and advertised for sale. What I got is a little stiff hard shark model about 10" long that doesnt move at all. I want my money back. RIPOFF and FALSE ADVERTISING. The video maker even said it was not a toy that was for sale! NO STARS GIVEN. Total Scam

I ordered 2 puzzles with Broadway musical playbills. One was to be 1000 pcs; the other 500 pcs. I was sent 2 puzzles of National Parks! Let's see if I hear from Customer Service. I'll never do business with this company again.

Agree with all reviews. Ordered 2 puzzles through FB; naturally wrong ones delivered after waiting over a month. Don't have a lot of faith in getting refund...forget even trying to get the correct ones. Maybe we should all report YDH to the BBB?

I ordered 2 Quilting Puzzles from them. I received 2 puzzles today. They were puzzles of Fish. I am returning them and asking for a refund. They were in 2 crushed boxes. Very
Disappointed as I was going to give them as Christmas presents.

I received four duplicate puzzles that I never ordered. Checking my cards now.

My son did some research and found these are fraud from China through California.
