Fradulent vendor
I ordered two different puzzles - I got a double shipment of the same puzzle, which was not either of the ones I had ordered. I submitted a claim to PayPal that was based on the shipment not being received. Then, they ship me the wrong puzzles and PayPal denies the claim because the company says they made a shipment. No more using this company and no more PayPal. They were of no help.

I ordered nothing
I received a plastic suction holder which has no actual function other than the suction part. I never ordered this 'thing.' A few weeks ago I received a a bracelet, another item I had not ordered. I've reviewed my checking account and found no discrepancies. I'm not sure what this company is up to, but I do think it's very suspicious.

This sucks!
Ordered two puzzles of different scenes a good while back. Today I finally received two of the exact same puzzles. And they weren't even the puzzles I had selected. What a ripoff! You're right, Mike, when will we ever learn. I guess they just send out puzzles they have on hand and just say "screw you customer".

Not what I ordered.
I would never order a "Horror"movie poster puzzle. And I received 2 of the same puzzle! How do I return? How do I get my money back?

Ghost Company/ No reply from email
I ordered some Ice Silk Shirts through an ad on FB. The shirts came and they are way too small. I guess they are using International sizing instead of USA sizes. The return address was YDH INT'L INC in Valparaiso, IN. I clicked on the website to and sent an email to where I was told, to ask about return and refund. That was on 7/13/20, still no one has replied to me. Of course no phone number to call. Someday I will learn to quit trusting advertising. I guess im out the money.

They took advantage of countless people who ordered this puzzle.
I saw an advertisement for a World Architecture puzzle and purchased from their website. I became nervous because when I went to visit the website after, it seemed like a scam. I contacted PayPal who I made the purchase through and they deemed it a credible source. I then contacted the company at several different emails I found on the website: one bounced back as not correct, the others I got replies from insuring me they were working on their website and should not be concerned. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I corresponded with someone from their company from May 14 through May 31 asking over and over to cancel the order and refund my money. Every couple of days they would ask if they could discount my order 10%, then 15% and each time I replied to cancel the order and refund the money. During this last exchange, I began to ask to cancel the order and refund my money on May 21. From May 21, I asked three times to cancel the order and receive a refund. On May 28, I received a shipping notice and they then said I would have to receive the product and they could not help me until I received it. The puzzle finally arrive to me on June 11. I originally ordered it on May 4. The quality of the product is terrible considering the online value of $35 with shipping totaling $40.97. The package I received was bent and shipped in a soft envelope. The box is thin cardboard. The puzzle itself if barely thicker than card stock. The image is blurry and out of focus. This "company" clearly was trying to make quick money from people in quarantine during the pandemic. I am appalled that they took advantage of countless people who ordered this puzzle. I am happy to send email correspondence from the company and images of the product itself.

You're not the only one. Look at my post under Scam International smithcab. Same thing with a computer desk. piece of cardboard that was crushed in a thin cardboard folding folder. not even a box.

Can you share the email address that you used please? I ordered folding bed-top laptop tables from an ad on Instagram but what I received is something totally different.

Saw your post on revdex about YDH Int'l. We received two identical jigsaw puzzles that my wife swears she didn't order. I can't identify them in any Paypal transactions on her card. Tried to call them at a number listed on several web site but got a guy who said this is just his cellphone. called them at 626-265-8666. Do you have another number? Don't want something we didn't order and certainly don want to pay for it. Richie G
