Horrible Service. They lie about wait times, when you express the isssue they don't care, they will do it again. They hung up in my face and avoided my calls. This company is very expensive and and they use otherr names like farwest taxi and Ace taxi to get business. This company is horrible and they tell you 15 minutes when the wait time is actually 40. I called and asked where my cab is after 15 minutes and they told me I gotta wait 15-20 mins. They are unreliable, dishonest, and the cab driver picked me up in a old loud taxi that said Ace Taxi on the six. The whole inside smelled like gas and the paint was chipped. Even the front head light was cracked.
I purchased 42 inch flat screen tv from *** last Saturday 12/08/2018, and I ordered a cab ride, I informed the person that took my call that I needed to transport the tv from the store, to my apartment. She asked me about the dimensions of the tv and I gave them to her. I asked if they had mini vans to transport it, she said that they usually work with police-like cars, but that the tv would fit in the car.
When the diver arrived, the store rep helped me carry it to the car. I asked the driver if we could place it in the back seat, he said that they were not authorized to transport items there, so he opened the trunk and he helped the store rep to put it in. Then he closed the trunk and at that moment we heard a crushing sound. The tv had been cracked, totaled.

I contacted yesterday 12/10/2018 the Yellow Cab company to let them know of my complained, and no one wanted to give me their name and then they transferred me to the Head Office, where a Lady by the name or (pseudo name) of Cat, informed me that they were not responsible. It was until one of my partners from work talked to her to ask if the Company had insurance that can cover for accidents like mine; that she agreed in listening with more detail to my complain, and she informed me that someone would call me; and to this moment, no one has returned my call.
There is a witness who may inform you what happened. The Store Rep, (information upon request). I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years.
