I did receive the refund of the last payment of $61.78 approx. What I have is a paid fine to the [redacted] State DMV - for over $600.00 from a fine based on me not having insurance for that time

Dear [redacted]In review of the [redacted] appraisal there is no scientific info on how the value was derived. There was anotation regarding the repair, but no explanation of the effect of the repair. In addition, it appears [redacted]sells the used vehicles it purchases. Thus, the offer figure is not necessarily the market value, (arm’slength transaction).Nationwide is still open to any other information [redacted] would like to provide to support his diminishedvalue claim. Yesterday afternoon at 2:42pm I contacted lexis nexis. I spoke to a representative who stated that the accident was reporting inaccurately on my record and was left as "blank" by Nationwide. Insurance companies view this as "AT FAULT' when reviewing my driving record. The representative did not have access to tell me when my file was updated to show "NOT AT FAULT" but did disclose that it was updated recently. Due to Nationwide's error in reporting my information inaccurately I have not been able to get an accurate insurance quote from other companies. I also have yet to receive any information on their end stating that they made an error. In addition I have been most likely being charged more for my insurance premium every month since last June 2017. There was no disclosure that my insurance rate would go up upon my renewal due to my vehicle age, yet that is what they stated in my complaint. The rate increased upon my renewal shortly after my accident. This increase is clearly due to the way Nationwide reported my accident.

existence of multiple policies, deductible levels, dwelling amount, insurance score, construction type, fire protection class rating, age of home, additional endorsements/coverages requested, territory in which the home is located, etc. The territory base rate does take into account the loss history of the territory as a whole. This base rate is then adjusted by the aforementioned rating factors: age of home, protection class, type of construction, losses of the insured, etc. The premium calculation methods/rating structure and our base rates are filed with and approved by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.Home renewal premium2015-2016 premium $5,167.002016-2017 premium $6,271.00 (increase of $1,104.00 from prior renewal)Mr. [redacted]’s premium was affected by the following factor changes per our most recent filed rate (SERFF Filing NWPC-[redacted], effective 12/12/2015 for renewals):- Filed base rate change caused an increase in premium- Protection Class factor change caused an increase in premium- Deductible factor change caused an increase in premium- Increase in the Extended Replacement Cost caused an increase in premiumWe understand that insurance cost concerns are important to all consumers and encourage insureds to reach out to their agents to discuss options to manage their insurance premiums. Thank you for the opportunity to respond regarding policy number [redacted] for [redacted] and to address his concerns about the policy.   Each of Mr. [redacted]’s installment bills that have been issued have contained a $10.00 installment fee that is listed on installment bill itself. ...

I apologize that you found my response did not satisfy your concerns.Ms. [redacted] contacted Nationwide Personal Lines Services on November 3, 2016. Ms.[redacted] has agreed to pay the missing payment for October. This can be accomplished byspreading out the October payment over the 2 remaining months for November/December.
