Hi *** Someone stole your card and purchased something on our website, we already refunded the money through the credit card I would suggest you should change you credit cards as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvinece but we can prevent people stealing card
and putting it through our website

The manufacture has a clear policy as posted on the website that there are no returns for this chair and we tried asking them to make a exception and they said once the box was open they dont know if it was used or not and due to hygiene issues we cant take it back.

Ill be looking into the order today and follow up with the customer.
