Please modify the concept that we agreed with the company response.We were promised to get the scooter delivered by June **. I called the company many times and spoke with several representatives (Rio, Elayne, etc) and provided no solution or delivery date.I had to rent an electric scooter since I have not had it available when it was supposed to be.The company misplaced our order, but charge my credit card immediatelyI called the company to reinburse me for $($for a week of rental + delivery and pick up= $+ 13% tax) due to extra charges to rent an scooter while waiting.They refused despite mixed up my order, which was paid in timely manner.This is unfair for anyone and more so for someone who is disabled.EXPECTATION:1) As I had to rent an electric scooter (since I have not had it available when it was supposed to be), I request 1800Wheelchair provide a reinbusement or 200$ discount. They refused despite screwing my order paid in timely mannerThe company is NO TAKING responsibility AT ALL. 2) 1800Wheelchair.com SHOULD take FULL responsibility and ACKNOWLEDGE their MISTAKE. Other potential consumers should be aware of the lack of response of 1800Wheelchair.com or its Canadian partner

The return policy clearly states it can be returned within days with return approvalThe product does not meet the needs of the patient as it is not able to be folded without disassembling, and an old person already in a wheelchair can not perform the actI can't even do it

I have not been refunded the monies
paid despite the item having been returned weeks ago. Numerous attempts to contact the business' customer service and accounting departments have gone unresolved. Boiler room representatives in the Philippines put caller on hold indefinitely so that customers give up
Have also attempted to communicate with CEO/President Joseph P*** but calls are not put through. Appears that litigation may be only recourse at this point

resolved because:1) When the complaint was initiated with Revdex.com, the Canadian option was not offered when this company name was entered.2) the main office is based in **3) there is not management in Canada and anyway to initiate a complaint in canada4) the sales receipt include a U.SPhone number for customer service so this leads one to believe that the company is actively involved in Canadian sales
