They are a scam, they should be sued for fraud. I ordered nitrile gloves and they repeatedly lied and said that they would send it next week, every week it was the same story. Finally admitted that they did not have the nitrile gloves and tried to switch them to vinyl gloves which I declined. I cancelled the order on 5/26 and still waiting for a refund. They will claim that they are processing the refund for a few weeks same story as the order. Right now I have to fight to get my money back.

This company is difficult to deal with and they do not send the product that is ordered. They charged $54.00 for 1 gallon bottles of Rubbing Alcohol - when hand sanitizer was ordered.
They also have not processed the refund on the products ordered and it's been several weeks.
Cannot recommend ordering from this company. Avoid at all cost

I purchased a thermometer along with 100 masks as part of COVID-19. The thermometer product doesn't work after two days as it runs the batteries down. I put two new AAA batteries into the meter and it drained the batteries again two days. In addition, the reading of the meter on day is 1 and 1/2 degree off. I called the company and customer service hung up on me. I called and I was advised that I had to send pictures to [email protected] which I did. I was only communicated to via email after I reported the product not working correctly. I was sent the video to setup the meter which I had already set via the instructions in the box. In small print at the bottom of the described it says no refund. I have been asking for a new thermometer that works properly. I was not asking for a refund. All I am asking that the product work accurately and without having to change the batteries every two to three days. I would like to return the one I have and get one that works. The two videos they sent me, the other model of the thermometer has an off button which the one they sent me does not. This meter was $99.00 and should work.

This is a follow up to my original complaint *** in reference to the 4 gallons of Hand Gel Sanitizer that I ordered . The order ID # is *** What was delivered to me was liquid hand sanitizer NOT gel, in containers that said Gel Hand sanitizers. I want the company to replace what was delivered to me with GEL Hand Sanitizers not liquid sanitizers or refund me the money I paid for the 4 gallons I paid for.

After googling no touch thermometers, Wrist-Band.com came up. They advertised having FDA certified no touch thermometers in stock & ready for shipment for $89.99. I purchased the item on 05/16/2020 & received the item the following week. It was not the thermometer advertised it was a knock off that was very cheaply made. I immediately contacted them thru their website. I was advised to send pictures of the item. I sent the pics & was told the items are the same. I told them they are not & I want a refund & I will return their thermometer. Wrist-Band is refusing to give me my money back.

I have included pictures of the item they advertised on their website & of the item they sent me. They are not the same. If I had known I would not be receiving the thermometer in the picture I would have not ordered. I definitely would not have ordered the thermometer that was sent to me.

We ordered X-large disposable gloves. We received medium gloves. I have made repeated attempts to resolve the issue. On April 14th, 2020, I sent 2 emails. After the 1st email I was able to get hold of a person on their "live chat" feature. He told me to email the sales department. After going back and forth he informed me I needed to include a picture. So I sent a 2nd email. After the 2nd o e I received a response that "we will get back to you in the next 24-48 hours. On April 15th at 9:48, I again used the live chat feature. I paid $20.99 for an item that I normally pay less then $10. Now almost 6 weeks later I have still not heard from them. As both myself and husband are high risk for the coronavirus I couldn't continue to wait for them to tell me how to exchange the gloves and have had to buy some elsewhere. I am requesting my money back.

After almost 6 weeks I should not have to pay for return shipping. Had the company responded in a timely matter I would have been willing to pay for shipping to return the product. Since this was, and still is a health issue I however did not have 6 weeks for a simple "return to this address" response. I waited well over the promised 24 to 48 before going else to purchased the medically necessary product. I request my money refunded and the return shipping paid.

This company does not ship as they claim. It's been almost 4 weeks and nothing has arrived. It's on the verge of a scam. Can't get a hold of anyone.

I ordered PPE (disposable gloves and hand sanitizer) on April 30th from ***. The scheduled delivery date was 4 days after my order was placed. I have not received the products ordered and the company refuses to provide a refund. When I request information regarding a ship date I can not get a straight answer. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order and as of today, it still has not shipped. Meanwhile, I am receiving promotional emails from the company advertising 2 day delivery on hand sanitizer.

On April 10, I ordered 15 boxes of neoprene gloves from *** They had indicated that the delivery would be fulfilled by April 17. To date (May 13), I have not received the item that I ordered and I have been charged the full amount. At this time, I have had to find other suppliers and do not need the order anymore. However *** refuses to refund me, even though the items that I have ordered online are now almost (1) month from the promised delivery date.

ZERO STARS. Wrist-band.com aka WB Promotion are a trash company and I see that the Revdex.com has a report that the President of Zaappaaz Inc. (d/b/a WB Promotions Inc., Wrist-Band.com and Customlanyard.net), Azim Makanojiya, pled guilty to felony criminal charges and had to pay a $1.9 million criminal fine. I hope they are out of business and I hope their whole team goes to jail or has to pay a very hefty fine. Our issue was, they said they sent the 250 masks but we only received 20 masks with a tracking number. BEWARE, they will say they sent the full order with a tracking number and they only partially fulfill the order. This is the scam. PAYPAL will believe the full order was sent without an indication of dimensions and weight of the package sent. RIDICULOUS. At $7.99 each for disposable masks - one time use, this is price gouging. CRIMINAL. We still haven't received our refund of $1837.70 - PAYPAL actually sided with them because they had a tracking number - eventhough WB could not provide proof and FEDEX didnt have record of a photo or the dimensions/weight of the actual package. I will file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com against PAYPAL and now we are disputing with American Express and they said not to worry. I have extensive proof on what we received and this company's track record. AZIM MAKANOJIYA - YOU ARE HOT GARBAGE. You should be banned from doing business in the world.

On April 7th, 2020 I placed an order for three items with this company with a total amount being paid via credit card in the amount of $120.94 which included shipping. Within 10 to 12 days I did receive 1 of the three items which were two *** masks which they charged $39.98 and no word about the other 2 items. I called the company and was advised they would be shipped within a week, still nothing. Each time I call the company I am given another date that I will receive the other 2 items and the last date given was May 10th, and still no delivery in fact I was advised they have not been shipped.
In this same period of time I have received emails from this company advertising next day delivery and
I have yet to receive 3 cloth masks and a box of rubber gloves.
I have also attempted to speak to a manager and no one answers the phone. I have submitted emails with no results and no further information.
I have just placed a call to the *** on the matter and have not been contacted at this point.

On April 12th I made a purchase from this company and paid for expedited shipping to have the shipment delivered by April 16th, 2020. On April 16th, 2020 when the shipment did not arrive I called and was unable to reach anyone, I then began emailing the company to get any information I could. On Friday, April 17th I was finally able to reach someone who told me that my shipment would be shipped out on Monday, April 20th, 2020 and I would be receiving a tracking number ASAP. On Monday when I received no tracking number I called again and was told that it would be Wednesday before the shipment went out and would receive tracking then. I called Wednesday and was then told it would be next week for shipment as they were waiting for stock to clear customs. This has gone on every week with me being told the exact same thing. This past Monday May 4th, 2020 I was told that my shipment was ready to be shipped and would receive tracking ASAP. Well once again it didn't ship and I received no tracking so I called and was told Wednesday, and today I still have received no tracking and was told it will go out by Friday. It is one thing to be upfront and honest about your stock situation or getting items in to be shipped but to continually make the same misinterpretation is just bad business. I have emailed numerous times about getting a refund but there is no communication unless I call and they tell me I have to email them for the refund. What I really want is delivery of the order.

DO NOT BUY FROM WRIST-BAND!
I ordered 2 boxes of gloves, one size medium and one large. It took forever for them to arrive and I received 2 boxes of size medium gloves. Upon sending them a message and a photo of the two boxes, I was told to be patient they were busy. Then when they did respond they said I had to ship them back one of the boxes and I had to pay for the postage for the return. They won't send my correct order. do not do business with them!

I ordered a Mp Contact Infrared Thermometer on April 7, 2020 and paid for expedited shipping. They said I am unable to return my
thermometer that I never received and will not credit my credit card back

The bank has not cancelled the refund, they have not received any refund order from the company at all I CHECKED. WE ARE ON LOCKDOWN THERE ARE VERY FEW IN PERSON BANKS ACCEPTING VISIT ONLY ONE IN MY AREA AND I CHECKED. THE COMPANY IS LYING

Promised merchandise on April 17th. It is now April 29th and it still hasn’t been shipped. I had to purchase elsewhere because I needed the merchandise. They refuse to refund my money for merchandise not shipped yet. They should never have taken payment if the merchandise wasn’t available.

It is now "the end of the week" that the business told the Revdex.com they would ship and no evidence that the critical thermometer promised weeks ago has been shipped. This is just one of many excuses this companies uses to avoid any responsibility for their commitments.

I ordered PPE for personal COVID -19 protection. Items were not delivered as promised (4/15/20). Repeated phone calls gets the same response: will ship in a week. I thought I was ordering from *** but apparently materials are in ***. I requested a refund by email and *** I have not received a refund or acknowledgement.

I ordered two boxes of gloves on April 12 and the money was taken out my account immediately and I still have not received my merchandise. Every time I inquired about the shipping date, I am told it is shipping in a couple of day and I will receive a tracking number, which I never do. I then will email them again to be told the same thing. Today, I finally called and was told it would be shipped by the end of the week. This is unacceptable customer service. They should not have taken my $45.44, until they shipped the item. I understand the delays due to COVID19, but to continuously get the runaround from any company and for companies to take advantage of the situation is ridiculous. This company already have a bad practice of providing poor customer service. I want my money returned and this company needs to be shut down immediately.

They represented in emails and on their site that items will be two day shipping. Over one month later and nothing has been received. They will not refund our money and the items were needed for daily business operations. It feels very much like a scam operation.
