I ordered custom laynards from this company. The laynards shipped from China. When I opened the package the laynards completely smell like paint and toxic chemicals. I got a headache just from having them in my office. I threw them away because this is a school and I can't have students exposed to toxic chemicals.

To provide a faster resolution we can issue 25% refund now and the rest once the return tracking number is shared

We request your understanding as its mandatory to have the items back to pass the samples to our production house as its a very rare complaint and we need to take action with proof to rectify if this issue happened

The complete refund has been processed and we do not provide a return shipping label as per company return policy

But as you are a valued customer we can check with billing team to issue a credit note that can be used on any future purchase

It made me click at least one star but I tried to give no stars. Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company. This company needs to be shut down. They're a scam, advertising things that aren't true. I placed an order for 500 wristbands needed for an event 2 days later. I paid over $100 in shipping for their "guaranteed next day delivery" as advertised on the site. Guess what? No wristbands the next day. When I tracked them through the FedEx site, I discovered they were going to be late and I wouldn't have them for the event. I called the call line, and was just told they would issue a shipping refund once I finally did receive the wristbands. I was told "shipping is out of our hands" to which I replied "then you shouldn't advertise GUARANTEED next day delivery if "shipping is out of your hands!!" So now I will have 500 wristbands with nothing to do with them. I am LIVID. Should've done my research on this company and known it was too good to be true.
There's absolutely no reason a company like this is still in business. None.

Terrible customer service. Website is misleading. 100% guarantee is false. Email entices you to purchase more wristbands for a special rate is actually more than the price on the website! Don’t use their links. Rude customer service. Asked 4 times for refund and was told they will only give me 10% off my next order. By the way everyone can get 10% off according to their website deal. Finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. Wish we would have read these reviews first. Don’t buy from them...

Simply liars, I had a guaranteed delivery date and when the date arrived no order showed up, I called up and they gave me a totally new date which was after my event, the person on the phone didn't even try to apologies, Would never buy from them again.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAY AWAY

This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. I ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseas. They made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel date. One day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer service. I even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnight. They assured me I would get them the next day. The bands finally arrived five days after I traveled. Now I'm stuck with 500 worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their fault. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.

I placed an order on ***. I did the online viewing before actually placing the order and paying for it. when viewed online it was right but when I got the item it was wrong. I kept making calls to get my item corrected and wound up talking to different people telling me different things.they wanted me to pay more money to correct their mistake !! they also want me to send the item back at my expense and they *** after my bank got them to give me back ***hey refuse to refund the rest. I received a call from *** saying they were going to refund the balance and I have yet to see it !! that have been since Oct/Nov of 2017. per the response from the company following my initial review, none of what they said is true.......1) why should I keep something I cannot use 2)why should I pay you all $13.00 more if you could not get the order right the first time *** If I could not get my merchandise correct for what I paid...I'm supposed to send you back your incorrect Lanyards at my expense and then get nothing..........is your company for real ?? while your company is saying I did not select the right color, I have emails of the initial transaction of the order showing what the Lanyards should have looked like in the beginning and what your company actually sent me instead of what I paid for !! My students missed out on a important part of their accessory for their 2018 graduating senior performance for their school due to your company not filling an order correctly !!

As an immediate remedy and to keep the customer happy we have refunded $35 on the order already and as per the company terms and conditions customer have to return the product back to our ware house so that we can claim full refund and refund the rest on the order

That information you sent *** !! that attachment you sent was done after I told you your webpage did not have that posted or I never would have ordered from your company, your company is a scam to make money because your products are not professionally made and your company is not reliable or trust worthy !! I would not trust to send the defective crap back which was not what I ordered back "*** you really think someone *** I will keep on posting the truth about your company and warn people to not buy your products !!!! your company is so desperate for money....you scam customers and keep their money and not print what they ordered !!! *** I hope you get *** and get sued like you were already !!
A customer not letting you off the hook that easy !!

Our Nonprofit ordered wrist bands totaling $180. When we received them they were not the color we ordered. When I spoke to them they were unsympathetic and unwilling to correct their mistake or refund our money.

Hi

Attached is the proof of the bands and the band color is a swirl color .

On swirl bands we put the selected colors in a blend machine and let it randomly mix and apply on bands so as mentioned on our website terms and conditions aswell there is a chance of variation in colors or appearance of third color

But if you check the band pictures the band colors were applied as per the proof we got approval

But our prime concern is to keep the customer happy so we already informed customer return the bands back to our office by ground shipping and we will refund the order.

Or else customer can keep the bands and we will remake the bands on a discounted cost and send to customer

We will wait for valuable response
