Very poor business - taking advantage of customers during pandemic. Offer quick turnaround on website, placed order 4/2 to be delivered 4/6 - the order still has not shipped the order, BUT they already charged our credit card which is against the FTC! DO not buy from them!

I am a business owner and during this whole Corvid-19 crisis I aimed to keep my staff as safe as possible and I decided to order face shields for all my staff a quantity of 20 shields, every shield was originally priced as $3.29 but with expedited shipping for next day delivery we ended up paying a total of $375.50 and the face shields did not arrive at the time we were told they were to come and when I called the customer service team they only said that shipping days will be delayed and we can place a claim to probably get our money back once the face shields were delivered, fast forward a few weeks later we got a very small light box and on the shipping label it said '2 face shields' when we originally ordered 20 once the box was opened we confirmed that there was only two face shields and we immediately contacted the customer service team and they simply said that the remaining face shields would be sent out and we should get them buy Thursday. We have not gotten anything and it has been about two weeks since then we called the customer service team again and like always its a over 30 minute wait to get put through to someone, the woman who answered me was very rude and all she said was to fill out a complaint ticket and she hung up the phone.

I ordered face masks from this company on April 4th. I included the extra $52.00 for rush shipping to have the masks on April 7th. I have not received them and every time I contact them they give me a different excuse. First when I contacted them on April 8th they said they were in shipping department to be shipped. Then when I contacted again they said they would be here on April 14th. Then I contacted them and they said next week. I have asked multiple times for them to cancel the order and refund my money but they refuse.

Zero stars if that was a choice. Ordered a thermometer during COVID and paid for overnight shipping...that was two weeks ago. Still no product! I've asked to cancel my order and have requested a refund. We'll see how long that takes.

On April 4, 2020, I placed an order with Wrist-Band.Com for surgical masks to wear during the pandemic. I paid an expedited delivery fee of over $50. The masks were supposed to be delivered by April 7. Today is April 17, and they have not been delivered. I've made repeated attempts to get through to Wrist-Band.Com to ascertain the status of my order. They keep giving me excuses and differing explanations. They cite the pandemic as an excuse. However, on their website at this very moment, they claim to provide rush delivery of products in demand during the pandemic. They are exploiting the pandemic to take advantage of customers. I've demanded a refund of the $50+ expedited delivery fee that I paid. They claim that they will issue the refund upon delivery of my order.

The company cites the pandemic as an excuse. However, the company is actually exploiting the pandemic. Right now, the company is advertising on its website the availability of rush delivery of items in demand during the pandemic. This is flagrant false advertising. I paid an exorbitant fee to the company for expedited delivery. I’ve repeatedly demanded a refund. The company has yet to refund my money. This company is dangerous. This company needs to be taken out of business.

On 4/6/2020, We unfortunately ordered an infrared thermometer from *** as they advertised they had them in stock and ready for overnight shipping. We ordered and paid for the overnight shipping. On 4/10/2020, we were informed that they did not have the item in stock and that it would be shipped on 4/13/2020. On 4/15/2020, we were told that it would be shipped soon. We tried to cancel our order and we were told that we could not. We have since contacted our Credit Card company to dispute the purchase and are making the Revdex.com aware of the situation, as it seems this company is taking advantage of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

We needed an infrared thermometer for our packing shed. The web site for Wrist- Band lists these thermometers as being in stock and available for rush delivery. First I was told I would receive this 2 days later on 4/8, then I was told it would arrive on Monday the 13th, next I was told it would ship on Monday, and now I'm told it was supposed to ship yesterday, but they are still unable to give me a tracking number. Their web site lists numerous items that many businesses need for Covid safety such as the thermometers and face masks. I believe that this company is falsely advertising it's inventory and delivery claims. I called their number and was on hold for 15 minutes, while the recording said multiple times that I would have a 2 minute wait, and then the call was disconnected.

Their false advertising is putting the public at risk.

Their web site clearly claims that they have these items in stock, and that they can do a 2-day rush delivery. In bold, capital letters below the infrared thermometer I ordered it states: ALL PRODUCTS IN STOCK & SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS. https://www.wrist-band.com/ There is nothing that indicates these items are backordered or otherwise delayed. The company has told me 3 different times that the item would ship the next day, and that I would receive a tracking number. They should not be allowed to make such claims. Next to the thermometer I ordered they advertise other PPE items such as masks. We needed this thermometer to test employees entering our packing facility. This company should not be allowed to make false claims on the delivery of items that are essentially needed in the Covid-19 emergency.

I placed an order on April 3rd for gloves. It stated product was in stock and if I paid a premium I could have it expedited. Well the expected deliver date came and went and I did not receive product. Every subsequent email was a scripted response that due to COVID-19 shipments have been delayed. While I can understand that but when I asked them to refund my money for the expedited shipping they said its not their fault that the courier is backed up. The problem is they could not provide me with any tracking details so how is it the courier's fault if they don't have the package? After several emails (and I have every one of them) I said to just cancel the order. Their response was that this order was not refundable. I eventfully got a tracking number and said package was due to arrive today and I have not received it and when I track the package there is nothing to see. I own a courier company that services nursing homes and we need this product.

This is exactly what I am talking about. See attached email where they said it was shipped when in fact it was not. I have many other emails to backup my story and shows the history from the beginning. They have continually mislead and then proceed to say "This time we
have to hands together and fight with this deadly virus." My drivers are on the front line delivering to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care patients so you don't have to tell me about COVID. You use it as an excuse but were on the front line. Bottom line is your company has lied the entire time, just look at your website for confirmation. It states all products are in stock and ships within 24 hours.

I ordered a non contact thermometer on 3/30/20 which was delivered 4/3/20. When I opened the package it was all in *** and the product seemed flimsy. I called and emailed to return the item for a refund as their website advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I was informed that they considered this thermometer to be a PPE or personal protective equipment which made it non refundable or returnable. I ordered the product on my phone and did not see any disclaimer that this was not returnable. PPE's are gowns, sheilds, gloves and masks. Non contact thermometers are not considered a PPE by *** or any other agency. I feel they are taking advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic by selling products obviously made for the *** market and not for the U.S., and then misassigning the product category to take advantage of the consumer.

On April 5 2020 I ordered face masks from the *** they did not say that they did not have them in stock, in fact on the *** they claimed to have them. I also paid extra to have them delivered by Tuesday April 7,2020, if I paid extra which I did. Tuesday on the 7th did not receive product. I called Tuesday and ***and was told it was being shipped that day and should receive it in 2 days. Two days later still no product, so I emailed them and was told that because of virus I would not receive them yet. So I went back online , they knew when I ordered that the virus was in effect. So on April 12, 2020 I sent another email this time to cancelled my order. The reply was that they was prorating the shipping charge. No response about refunding my money.

Refunded to my credit Card

They do not ship items in a timely manner.. I paid for overnight shipping and a week later I still have not received my package. They do not answer the phones and when you send an email they just say "let me check into that" and never get back to you. Same response on their "live chat" ..

We ordered thermometers from www.wrist-band.com on April 1nd, and another order again on April 2nd. We were told they were in stock and will ship same day. American Express card was charged on 4/2 and 4/3 collectively. We received a notice of shipment from them on 4/2 stating that they shipped on 4/2, and even provided tracking number. We have checked with Fedex everyday, and all we are told is that a label was created, and that is it. These orders still have not shipped 10 days later. On their website, they state this is item is in stock and ready to ship same day. We are now being told that we can not cancel the order for PPE. Taking a quick look, it looks like they are not in the business of selling PPE, and have instead, cashed in on the fact that the nation is in crisis.

The nature of my complaint is across false advertising, customer service, delivery issues and billing/order cancellation. I placed an order for two dozen (24) masks from this company operating under wrist-band.com and was charged for this order to include expedited 1 day shipping to arrive April 7. It is April 11 and I have yet to take receipt of this order. I have made several telephone attempts with no answer of their business line, I contacted their live chat online which could not assist and I have been emailing them with the instruction to cancel this order as they have not fulfilled same according to promise. In addition, their website continues to advertise various style masks, gloves, goggles and thermometers with a banner stating that "All Products in Stock & Ship Within 24 Hours" - see link - https://www.wrist-band.com. This is false advertisement. Upon writing the company with inquiry and instruction to cancel this order which to my knowledge has yet to ship, I received an email back stating there were no "cancellations" policy but when I look at the website I can't find anything directed to this. This company is practicing false advertisement, and price gauging due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They should not be able to get away with this. As this mask was very important for health reasons in connection with my medical history, I have had to seek alternate options. HOWEVER, not only was the price escalated beyond imaginable, they did not deliver and are holding me to an order and amount that they did not fulfill.

The company publicized overnight delivery, charged for overnight delivery in the amount of $100+ and has yet to deliver this product; eight days after promised delivery date. The ad still appears on their website. According to their reply, this is false advertising as well.

My claim for order cancellation and refund for order not received remains.

My professional is with the public in health related, Registerd Dental Hygienist. Due to the pandemic current situation with the corona virus, I ordered 2 face shield mask from Wrist-Band not only the mask were made of inexpensive materials, but it was over priced and defective. Each mask was $20 dollars each, bringing the total amount to $42.00. When I called the Company after hours of waiting on the phone they refused to refund the money due to “all medical equipment can not be return for refund” . In this pandemic I think this company is taking advantage not only on the health related workers but the public in general, by selling bad and inexpensive products with a very high tag price, that are not protecting us and can’t be returned nor refunded.

The Company hasn’t try to resolve my issue. They denied a return of product and refund.

We have different type of mask and all these are different materials and made as per approved standards

Also these are PPE products that we are selling at factory cost with no profit margin

its clearly mentioned on order these are NON RETURNABLE since it cant reuse

Product was purchased last week, based on the company's promise of "next day, expedited delivery." A $40 shipping fee was paid to ensure the product was delivered on time. Delivery was guaranteed for Thursday, April 2, 2020. An email confirmation with FedEx tracking was finally sent after repeated inquiry. Phone call was made on Friday to check status, as the product had not arrived. The company ensured delivery would be made the next day, in spite of the FedEx tracking reading "pending." Again, I phoned the company over the weekend, and was told the same. Monday afternoon, I tried both numbers (toll-free and local) listed *** and was placed on hold...until being transferred to a voicemail box that was full. This happened several times throughout the course of the afternoon. Monday evening, I attempted to reach the company via their *** system. The conversation below is a time record of our interaction:

*** It was placed and supposed to arrive THURSDAY. Expedited shipping was paid. I called yesterday and was told it would be here today and the shipping would be refunded. Both haven't happened.

*** The shipping label still says that it is "pending." "Most probably" is unacceptable.

Can you guarantee that the item will arrive tomorrow and that the shipping will be refunded in FULL?

This order was already transferred to shipping company . But due to current pandemic situation shipments are being delayed bit and we are having some delay in getting tracking numbers on time from shipping carrier since there may be a delay of a day or two due to everyone ordering everything at the same time . we request your support and expecting delivery on this in few business days

I ordered lanyards with a logo that has text. I was provided a proof that I approved, however continued to be sent links via text to ask me to approve new proofs. I called the customer service line to ask why I was being asked to constantly approve new proofs, and he advised that it was because the text was too small and they didn’t want to print it. They were blowing up the text in our logo to make it readable (which made it not our logo and unusable). I confirmed that I would cancel the order and resubmit new artwork for the order and the rep assured me that it was cancelled and even offered to tell me what changes I wanted to make. I let him know that I preferred to resubmit completely new logos and he let me know it would be no problem.

Soon after my call - and before I was able to resubmit new artwork - our order arrived with our logo inaccurate and unapproved. I have gone back and forth via email and phone call multiple times to request a refund for this order. The company offered 20%, 40%, and now 50% discount on a SECOND order. I have been very clear that a second order is useless to us as we are not able to use this current order due to the changed and now irrelevant logo. The company refuses to provide any sort of refund even though the error is on their end, as I simply did not approve the final product. On their website it is advertised that satisfaction is guaranteed or they will gladly take items back, however that is clearly not the case even when the item produced was not even the item ordered and approved by the customer.

Our credit card was charged ~$1700 for 1,000 custom lanyards.

Keep current order aswell and get a remake at just $250or 2. I made a purchase from ***. I paid for the item to be delivered by February 13, 2020. Not only did I not receive it by that date, I did not receive it even after 2 weeks of the date. The company never reached out and communication began only after I angrily reached out. I still have not received the item.

After investigating the company a bit more, it seems I haven't been the only one experiencing this. Here are the reviews from the company: ***

Seems to me like they just might be running an illegal operation.

We attempted to cancel an order multiple times after the business said they couldn't deliver on the original agreed upon issue and we were harassedd and given misinformation.
