Zen windows just finished their first job for us replacing the windows on the upper floor of our house. I say first job because we will hire them again next year to replace the main floor windows. We were very happy with the windows, Steve, and his entire crew.

I used a thermometer to measure the temperatures inside the windows. One old window on the main floor and one of the new windows upstairs in the same location. There was 22 degree difference!

We had Zen windows come out last month and they did a great job. We had half of our windows down, and I intend to hire them again for the other half when we are ready to do the rest. They were very professional and we are quite happy with the windows themselves. We particularly appreciated the no-pressure style of salesmanship - it truly made it easier for us to make a decision on this big investment.

Just had Zen Windows replace all my windows. From the original quote to completion of the project was seamless. Crew that installed the windows were very professional and did an awesome job. Window product is very sturdy and of excellent quality.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Zen Windows. After several PowerPoint presentations from other vendors, it was nice to work with Steve’s more customer-focused approach. The window brand Zen sold me reviews as one of the best and the warranty is great. The installers were quick and did a great job and the customer service from Steve has been great. I love my new patio door. I have more windows to install in the future and it is nice to know I won’t have to do any more research to make the right decision on who will be installing my next windows.

I love the idea that if my young son or daughter accidentally breaks a window, then I can call Steve at Zen Windows Twin Cities to get it replaced for free. The peace of mind is amazing. Steve at Zen Windows was amazing. My daughter needed all new windows in her home and got a quote from a leading company and was very disappointed in their pricing and sales pitch. We went on line and got a quote from Steve. He was professional and answered all of our questions and the price was fantastic. Zen Windows did a very nice job on my window and patio door replacement . The prices were among the lowest of the quotes I received and the windows and doors are of at least the same quality as ones from companies that quotes were almost double. The crew that did the work were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly.

We love my windows! We did our whole house plus two patio doors. Steve and his team of installers were great to work with. I took in five bids for this large project. Some bids were higher and some bids were lower. The deciding factor was quality of window, the quality of installation, communication from start to finish and price point. Our porch windows, and a screen door, were replaced by Steve (and his colleague Erik) from Zen in June 2019. Fair price for excellent carpentry and window and door placement. They worked fast, efficiently, and professionally. Steve and Erik trouble-shooted a crooked porch that would have made window and door replacements a bit of a challenge for less experienced people. Steve was responsive to our many questions and he made (and kept) his promised schedule. Steve and Erik are professionals who work thoroughly and with a sense of humor! And they left with NO MESS. Our last experience (with a bathroom contractor) had us cleaning an hour/day after they left. Not so with Zen: at the end of the job, our porch was spotless and the windows and door were beautiful. We didn't know what a barrier our old and inefficient windows were to our enjoying our porch. We sit out there every day now. We HIGHLY recommend Steve and Zen. They can trouble-shoot, keep a schedule, do beautiful work--and all with a sense of humor and a smile. No surprises with Zen: Steve will do what he says he will do. If we had more work to give him, we would.

even though I purchased my windows in 2016 Steve, from Zen Windows followed up with me on an urgent issue and fixed the couple of problems I created with a window at no charge. You can't give any better customer service than that! thank you!

After sitting through presentations from other companies going and listening information and getting all their 'discounts', it was a pleasure working with Zen Windows. Simply send them the measurements of the windows and patio door. Steve will give you an estimate through email. After you decide to go with them, he comes out and does the final measurements and has a contract to sign. The price he quoted you is the price you pay. Will definitely go with them again when we decide to replace more windows.

You can't go wrong with this company. It is rare to find a company that is honest and does everything they say they will do. The owner Steve Copsey makes sure everything he tells a customer is followed to the letter. Steve is very knowledgeable about the windows he offers, has a lot of suggestions about cosmetics, affordability and installation details and is easy deal with. I had 7 upstairs windows installed in my home and this company installed them the way windows should be installed. They peeled back the vinyl siding, took the old window out including the existing oak wood frame. They treated the rough opening with window wrap, siliconed and installed the new window using a whole lot of galvanized nails and then treated the window with more window wrap. They installed new oak woodwork which was perfectly matched to the existing oak woodwork I had in the house. The workers are knowledgeable, friendly and made sure they kept the house clean by putting down tarps on the floor to keep the debris in one area. With no hesitiation I am having Steve come back later on in the summer to take measurements for the basement windows that I want replaced.

Reasonable prices. Steve was wonderful to work with through the whole process, explained our options well along the way. His workers did a wonderful job, and were very good to work with. Definitely will be calling Steve again if we ever have more work to be done!!
