Zen Windows Twin Cities

We just had Zen Windows install 11 windows and 2 patio doors on a rental property. Just an overall great experience. I had several contractors bid this out and not only did Zen deliver a great product with no long-winded sales pitch, but they were between $5-10k less than 2 well known larger window companies that both had supposedly heavily discounted promotions going on as well as a free triple-pane upgrade promotions (I did upgrade to triple-pane windows and it was still 5-10k less). Beyond that the service was fabulous. We did get delayed on the installation due to the polar vortex, but when we rescheduled, we did not get pushed out months, we were next in line once it got back above 0 degrees and finally stopped snowing for a few days. The crew went above and beyond: they shoveled the snow off the deck, did great work and really kept the place clean. Also, the windows and the patio doors look great and are a huge upgrade over the old drafty and rotting wooden ones. We will definitely use Zen Windows again in the future!

Steve at Zen does a great job. Everything is quick, straightforward, and easy. He communicates well and the crew shows up on time and does great work. Not to mention, the windows are of great quality and their warranty is fantastic. I have used Zen for my home and my business. Both times I was very happy with them!

If any of you have gotten window quotes, you know that it can be time-consuming and confusing. We got three quotes before getting one from Steve --- and one after, just to convince my husband that Zen and Steve were right for us. We had our new windows installed, including a gorgeous picture window that replaced two double-hung windows at the front of our house, in September 2018 and it was a professional and pain-free experience. Steve and his team were efficient, professional, and and a pleasure to have around. Even the clean up they did was beyond expectations -- other than the beautiful new windows, it was like nothing even happened there. I give them my highest recommendation!

Zen Windows was a win-win experience for us. We needed nine slider windows replaced. We had received three estimates prior to contacting Steve ***. All three were very very costly and prescribed work that we didn't deem necessary. We were able to contact Steve because of my brother-in-law"s experience with Steve. He had windows installed in his home. I went to inspect the window quality and installation and was totally sold by what I saw. Strong, functioning windows with great weather-stripping, along with a professional installation. Miters and coped joints were very precise. No pressured sales pitches. Cost was very acceptable and communication between us was simple. Scheduling, job site clean-up and installer etiquette was right on. What a great overall experience. I would recommend Steve and his crew to anyone of my family members or friends

We needed 10 windows replaced. The overall experience was excellent. From the first consultation to purchasing the windows to the install. Everything went just as promised. They were on schedule, the installers are absolutely fabulous. Professional, courteous, they were very good at their craft, they cleaned up everyday when the work was done. They were absolutely rock stars. Steve was wonderful to work with, we found him honest and down to earth. They delivered everything they promised and more.

Choosing to go with Zen Windows is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my house! Over a year ago, I received about 6 estimates for windows and was so confused which company to choose until I met Steve from Zen Windows. Bought a house in Anoka. Needed to replace windows from 1960's; leaking, cracked glass, dried out wood and too costly to repair. Internet search led to Zen Windows. I answered some questions, got some straight experienced advice from Steve Copsey. He gave me the window choice options, breakdown of costs, financing should I want it, and was in touch and available through every part of the window replacement process. There were no surprises and I had installed 7 double hung windows and 1 picture window. No mess for me to clean up. I received quality windows and a clean professional installation. I highly recommend Zen Windows based upon my experience.

By far the most enjoyable sales meeting of the five that we scheduled to select an installer for 23 replacement windows at our home. Low pressure approach. No goofy sales tactics, yet knowledgeable, professional and respectful while determining our needs. Great price for an exceptional product. The Nirvana triple pane windows provide a noticeable reduction in outdoor noise. The installers were pleasant, professional and worked cleanly. Not a huge company, so I felt we were actually appreciated as a client. No long delay between signing the contract and the beginning of installation. The work was completed in the time that was estimated. No complaints about our project.

I hired Zen windows to enlarge 2 window openings and install 10 windows. The project went as planned. Steve came out to discuss the project, gave some options, and later emailed a quote. They did an excellent job on enlarging and installing the windows and the project was done on time. Steve and his crew were very professional and easy to work with.
