Zero technologies is not trustworthy.
I paid 47.00 for a water pitcher and never got it. I didn't even get an email saying it was delayed or anything. Bunch of scammers. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank.

ZeroWater has offered a set of coupons to initial buyers for several years and has never knowingly represented that this was one single coupon on one itemThe intent is to offer a discount on the first several filter re-purchasesWe apologize for the disappointment and hope that the statement on the box and other literature regarding this coupon offer are very clearIf there is any specific confusing or inconsistent language, the consumer should provide specifics so we can improve our communication. While we strongly advise users to not use ZeroWater past its point of exhaustion, we’ve not seen any data to indicate any potential health effects of doing so We do not want ZeroWater users to abuse the filter past the point of exhaustion because, due to the nature of Ion Exchange technology, it often results in a bad taste to the water, leaving a poor impression of ZeroWater We are purposely very clear on the need to change the filter when it produces water exceeding PPM (parts per million) of dissolved solids as indicated on the supplied meter We state this on the outside of the packaging, on literature inside the packaging, on the plastic bag in which the filter is enclosed and even emboss it in the plastic surface of the water reservoir where it is filled with tap water We incur significant costs in providing either a TDS (total dissolved solids) meter or TDS indicator with our product in order to allow consumers to know when to change the filter The meter provides a digital readout of the PPM in the water so the consumer can measure when it time to change the filter The TDS indicator simply light lights up red when the TDS exceeds the 6PPM level and the filter should be changed Even if a consumer bypasses all these warnings to change the filter when exhausted, we have no evidence that there is any danger to drinking this water with a bad tasteWhile we do not have any evidence that there is “dumping” of contaminants upon filter exhaustion, even if there were, the taste would be unpalatable and the meter would have long ago indicated a need to change the filter, so it is extremely unlikely a user would abuse the filter that badly Certainly, the accusation that there is a “cocktail of poisons” dumped into the water is completely unfounded hyperbole While there are some (mostly very old) comments on blogs and sites in regards to this bad taste being bad for you, there is no basis in fact ever mentioned on these blogs and sites There is a natural decrease in pH to a slightly more acidic level when the filter is exhausted which can cause a citrusy taste, and if it is used well past exhaustion, there may be a release of amino acids that can cause a bad “fishy” taste To be clear, the decrease in pH brings the water nowhere near that of soda or even to many common fruits and vegetables These are issues that arise from the completely different technology that ZW uses to obtain the purest tasting water you can get the filter simply MUST be changed when exhausted with this technology

Zero Water's recycling provides consumers a discountWhen you return full size filters to them, they provide $discount coupon codeI returned total of filters expecting I would receive $discount codeI received a discount code via email however, there is a time limitation and they Only sent $coupon! They explained in the email that they only send $coupon at a time and it must be used within days from issued dateNone of these things were explained in their recycle discount form! Email from Zero Water: We would like to thank you for your participation in our Recycling ProgramWe are striving everyday to create an environment friendly productWe appreciate your effort in assisting us at ZeroWater to reduce waste and help the environment In appreciation for your participation, we have provided you a coupo

I ordered the 23/cup dispenser from ZerowaterThey wouldn't take my order online because my billing and shipping addresses are differentSo I called them and they told me that it wouldn't be just the first order but for any order I ever wanted to place with themOnce they've verified the addresses, that's just crazy but I went ahead and placed the order I placed the order on a Thursday but in addition to charging me $11+ to ship an empty plastic box, they didn't ship until the following TuesdayNo explanation for the delay The filter does clean the water just fine but it suffers from really poor designThe water comes out of the back of the spigot rather than the front so you have to be really careful or you'll end up with water all over the place Poor customer servicePoorly designed productPoor overall experience

In response to [redacted] ***'s complaint...We state in our recycling program that the $coupons can only be used one at a time, not all at once [redacted] *** returned and accumulated coupons valued at $each that he can use for his next transactions He did not like this and is requesting a coupon for $80; such a coupon does not exist After consideration, we decide to honor his $credit off the purchase of a bulk pack of filters values at $ Below is that correspondence We are willing to work with him but since this would be a manual transaction, it needs to be handled over the phone, he states he will only work via email and wants us to send an $coupon (again such coupon does not exist) If he picks up the phone and calls us, he can have his $discount (which again is not standard protocol).Sincerely,Anthony P [redacted] ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Customer Service Date: Mon, Sep 19, at 8:AM Subject: Re: $Coupon Code To: [redacted] < [redacted] @***.com> I do not have an $coupon code to give youAs this is an exception the discount must be entered manuallyThank you, JoshZeroWater Customer ServiceToll Free: ###-###-####www.zerowater.com On Fri, Sep 16, at 10:PM, [redacted] < [redacted] @***.com> wrote:I will only communicate via e mail, so please e mail me the $coupon code via e mail, so I can proceed with my purchase and offset the cost of of the filters for sale on zerowater.comGoing forward after receiving my $coupon code and purchasing these filters on zerowater.com, I will not be participating in the recycling program ***-----------------------------------------------------------------------------... Our Marketing Manager left a message for the complaintant to return his call to discuss our recycling program and clarify the desired outcome As you can see from the attachment, the form was updated in December to clearly state what the customer will receive when returning recycled filters This form is on our website As our recycling vendor sends a list of customers who returned filters, an acknowledgement letter (copy attached) is sent that details how the customer can obtain and use the recycle code A copy of the recycle form is included with the letter Will notify you of the outcome once contact is made with the complaintant [redacted]

We are sorry that we have been unable to satisfy [redacted] We had previously responded, and are again doing so below, but have no desire to use the Revdex.com as a continuing forum for this discussion We appreciate his concerns but do not agree that our marketing is misleading and previously responded to this While reviewing changes to our web site, we will certainly take his comments into account to ensure that nobody else would find it confusing His questions were not removed from our website They were caught in the filter because he posted too many in a row There is no truth to the accusation that our new filter technology filters less water Some minor modifications were made years ago improve flow His accusation that “greed took over” does not require response as his accusation of filtering less water is without basis We cannot respond to his 4th item without any substantive support for his accusations His relying on other unsupported postings to the internet as scientific proof to support his argument are misguided Robert * T [redacted] CPA Chief Financial Officer Zero Technologies, LLC Adams Circle, Ste G Bensalem, PA Phone: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### v

Customer claimed that of the replacement items they ordered were not in the carton they received We strongly believe that all products were in the carton, however, we will send the shipment to the customer free of charge We will also follow up with the consumer to ensure the new carton was received.Tony P [redacted] , Marketing Director Note: Tony also submitted this response through the Revdex.com website

I saw the consumers response but unfortunately, I cannot offer a $coupon (it does not exist) As noted, we will honor the $credit on their next order but we need to do this manually at the time of the order Again, we appreciate the consumer calling customer service when they are ready Josh has been notified and is expecting the call.Thank you,Tony P [redacted]

Worst product ever! If I could give it -stars I wouldI read about Chromium and was recommended by EPA to buy this pitcherI thought this would be better for my babyLike other reviews, after about two weeks of use, I noticed that everything I tasted had a sour tasteAt first, I thought it was because of the new tea that I've been drinkingTurned out it was the waterMy baby has acid reflux and recently his symptoms were getting worseI believe that the acidity was always there, the water tasted great in the beginning but whatever the material that's in the filter continuously to release more and more acid over timeIt's like being poison little bit at a timeThis is ridiculousYes it removes all particles and prevent ingestion of cancerous causing chemical but is that any better than getting an ulcer or worse damaging your inner lining from drinking all these acids, how is that any better? Needless to say, I won't be using it but I will also be writing to EPA to remove them from the list and also file a report with the Revdex.com

Customer was contacted on behalf of the complaint. Seems they placed their order, CC was charged but the order was placed on BO as they ordered product in different colors but was on BO, so the whole order was placed on BO. Customer was contacted, asked if they wished to switch the
order to the color that was in stock. Customer agreed to the change to the order and we also provided a free 2-pack replacement filter for their inconvenience. Customer was satisfied in our eyes, situations should now be closed.Tony P***

Buyer BE WARNED
I wish I'd known about the many complaints about customer service prior to my purchase Customers Who tried to get issues like: fishy smelling/*** tasting ZeroWater addressed and also others like me who were trying to get a tester that actually workedDid you know if you buy the product you need to pay more if you want an actual water quality tester to have a digital read out Otherwise buy an upgraded version if yours doesn't work All their packaging and media hype refers to being able to know TDS in water not just whether their test has a light that lights up when TDS is present It the tester doesn't work at all as is the nonworking cheap version, they won't replace it I was told to return to the retailer for a refund How that'll work is not likely as I no longer have the product packaging though I did fortunately keep the receipt ZeroWater did NOT wish to make any effort to address providing a tester that actually works Their precise comment: "you can go purchase an upgrade for $and change (likely with shipping charges additional)Strongly recommend NOT PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTSUnless you take time to read consumer complaints there are over Wish I hadn't I feel very scammed
