ordered Oct. 9th - 5 DVDs for $47.95 and never recieved. Contacted Company several times but no reponse.

I have ordered in the past from the company. The orders were slow in coming but they came. The slowest was 3 months. This order is still awaiting shipment for a long time. I have sent messages numerous times but no response. I will still like the movies if possible. If not, I would like a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would still like the 5 DVDs if possible. If this is not possible, I would like a refund.

I orderd a dvd a month and half ago no repsonses. Why is this person not shut down? There is thousdands of complaints all over on line.

Foolish me, I placed to separate orders with this company, one on 2/9/19 and the other on 2/18/19. I was super excited to find some movies that have never been, and probably never will be, for sale, and I had ordered a movie from this site before, without issue. It seems things have changed since I last ordered from this site. After immediately charging my card and changing the order statuses to "Awaiting Shipment," nothing has changed in the last month/3 weeks, respectively. I understand that it can take a week or two, but twice that is just ridiculous. I tried messaging a couple times about each order and have no yet and am not expecting to receive a response. This is ridiculous. I've giving this one more week, and then I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and will get my money back that way. It's a shame, too, because, as I said, I can't get those movies anywhere else, and I was really excited about being able to find them. Obviously, I should have visited this site first.

I have order a dvd from this milo person from zeusdvds.com. I have emailed him with zero responses back from him.
I ordered a dvd and emailed him after the status of my order saying still awaiting shipment for now over a month. I have gotten no response back. I have read numerous reviews that this guy rips people off intentionally and never refunds money back. This guy should not even be selling hawked dvds at all. Even if they are rare or out of print. I just want my money back and would advise nobody to do business with this person.

Merchandise was received from company in good, working condition

I made a order on February 3rd 2019. I received the movies on February 23rd. I opened my package and took the movies out. I checked both of the movies and both of them were horrible it was puzzling and frozen and also it had commercial. The person knew something was wrong with the movies when the person sends them out to me. I emailed the person twice regarding the movies and my refund. The person hasn't respond to neither email. The person keeps on sending me advertising of that they're selling. I don't care about it. I just want my refund back. I just checked the reviews it's very low. There's other people that left comments with complaints regarding their money's.

I ordered 5 DVDs on Dec. 13, 2018 and the status immediately went to "awaiting shipment." The order ID is #XXXXX. I paid $52.95 for the DVD's and the payment was submitted immediately to my credit card company. After waiting for over three weeks which was a reasonable time (Milo advertises that product will be shipped in 1 to two weeks), I sent an email with no response. After that, I sent multiple emails and also with no response. According to a list of over 83 complaints, I determined that he must be a fraud. He does, however, have time to send out daily "sale" promotions via email.

Desired Outcome

That this business be closed so as to not miss-advise others as to his legitimacy. It is very disturbing that an individual can continue to offer products that he clearly does not intend to deliver.

Items paid for and never shipped! This man is a thief!
On Dec 18 I ordered a DVD of a movie called The Poor Little Rich Girl from zeusdvds.com. On Dec 19, he took $12.99 out of my checking account with the ATM Visa card I gave him. Also, on Dec 19, he sent me an email that said that my order was awaiting shipment. He gave me Order # XXXXX and said another email would be sent when order shipped. Never got any more emails and item was never sent. Have sent numerous emails asking for my item and seller ignores me. I told him I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if he did not send the item. Still heard nothing. Read the many, many complaints about him online and apparently he makes a living by swindling people. He charges everyone's credit cards and never ships the movies. I want my money back and would like him put out of business, as he is nothing but a thief who takes money from unsuspecting people and then ships nothing. I noticed that his email address is zeusdvds.com and is name is Jubilee on the Revdex.com website, presumably so people have a hard time finding him and cannot file complaints. Thank you for your time.

After filing this complaint, seller finally sent DVD and it was received on Jan 22.

Ordered two dvds from Jubilee dvd llc. They both were great until 1:24 minutes into the movie and it just quit. I call that pirating DVD's to sell and they don't finish the movie. I have a return address but the phone number I found on line is no longer available. I spent $20.98 on these. It's not the money it's just the fact that it was a gift and it's quite embarrassing when the gift you gave does not work all the way to the end of the dvd.

I placed an order two months ago but have not yet received my merchandise. I have emailed the business 3 times, but have received no answer.
I placed an order on November 10, 2018. Order
number XXXXX. My credit card was charged $22.98 on November 13. On November 14, I received a notice that the order status has changed - awaiting shipment. I emailed to inquire
about this on December 5, and again on January 2, but have received no response. I also sent a message directly via the website's "send message" page. As of today (January 4, 2019) the website still lists my order status as "awaiting shipment", and I have not received any response to my inquiries.

Ordered 3 dvds from jubilee dvds and emailed owner and he never responded.
I bought three dvds from jubilee dvds aka zeus dvds. The first one was foreign student order# XXXXX on Dec 8th 2018. Then on Dec 15,2018 I ordered two more films,forbidden order#XXXXX and Naked street order# XXXXX. I used my debit card to purchase these films. I emailed him around Dec 24th asking when will I receive my films but no response. I emailed him dec 28th and no response.

I I want his business shut down so he doesnt get people money when he is not going to send the product they are paying for. Until he gets more help so he can deliver in a timely manner. I also want my refund. I'm just disappointed that I could not get the films that I wanted.

I ordered three dvd's for my Mom. My great grandfather was in the old cowboy movies and they are difficult to find. I found them here, ordered them, and as of this date I have not received them. I've sent two emails and I have not received a response. My order number is XXXXX and the movies are "Across the Wide Missouri", "Heaven Only Knows", and "Badman's Territory". I am absolutely heartbroken that I did not receive these dvd's. My Mom is almost 80 years old and having these videos so that she could see the man who help protected her, provided for her and loved her who have been the best gift ever. I explained this to the owner of this company in my email, essentially begging for these dvd's. To rob a senior citizen of this experience is deplorable. This man "Milo" is a disgusting human being.

I filed a report with my bank. They have refunded my money.

Nearly everyday I do receive an email from "Milo" about their latest DVDs available, and must presume that the whole enterprise is a scam.

While JubileeDVDs never contacted me on my numerous attempts to either get my DVDs or a refund directly from them, when contacted by the Revdex.com, they, miraculously, refunded my money. It is that response that I accept from JubileeDVDs. Their overall operation, however, is contemptible.

I ordered three movies from Milo a month ago! Never RECEIVED dvd's or return of my money!!! Emailed 3 or 4 times and no response! Please do not order from a business that is not about business!!! Have not heard one word from this place! Very very upset! I want my payment returned!!!!!

They have yet to return my money!!!

Does not fulfill orders in a timely fashion (if at all). Also does not reply to emails in a timely fashion (if at all). Charges bank accounts instantly once order is placed. Have sent at least 5 emails demanding a refund. Have yet to hear back to any of them. Have not received refund or package despite being charged.

I requested a refund both via email as well as in the complaint. The business chose to ship my item despite my request to cancel it and receive a refund. I wanted my money back and instead the business disregarded a customers request and made its own decision in spite of what the customer wanted. The business chose of its own free will to ship my item and I will now say that was your choice. I still want my money back. You took 2 months to ship my package and I would like to add this Milo fellow is not too bright. Quite an it I must say to hear that a customer wants a refund and then ship them an item they no longer want.

I ordered two DVDs in September, I followed up in October and November, and still have neither received any DVDs or heard back from my e-mails.
I ordered two DVDs ("Two Is In Hollywood" and "That's Adequate") on 9/5/2018 (Order #XXXXX). As of 10/11/2018 I had not received them so I followed up. It is now 11/26/2018 and I have not received any package or even an e-mail response to my follow up.

Desired Outcome

I would like my DVDs shipped (with a tracking number). However, if they don't ship, I would like a refund. I don't trust this company based on other complaints online.
