ordered dvd's from company Jan 20, 2018(also called Zeus)order #XXXXX after many emails trying to get status on order shipping/or receiving never got answer. Credit card was billed and paid but no order del as of March 25,2018. Still no response from comp about this matter. Was stated it might take 1-2 weeks on his site to fill orders now over 2 months. ... and still no answers from com.!
put up more red flags and get this guy out of business from cheating the consumers

The refund was initiated with the payment processor on the date stated. It can take a week or two for the credit to hit.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Finally received refund ,it was credited to my account now ! There shout be a warning about this guy posted someplace about his practices of not answering the customer's inquiries direct.
Company received my payment on 12/29/17. Marked order as complete. As of 2/12/18, no product and no response to email inquiries.
I ordered and paid online for a DVD set from Zeus DVDs. The order shows as "complete" on 12/29/17. After not receiving the DVD set, I reached out via email and politely asked for an update on the status. I have now done this 3 separate times, and no response from the company along with no delivery of product.
I seek a refund based on the lack of communication from the seller, again, after repeated and polite inquiries just asking for an update and getting no response at all. This is very unprofessional behaviour and I am not confident that this business is legitimate.
After submitting this claim, the company refunded my money. Thank you for a satisfactory outcome of this transaction.
Merchandise I ordered was never sent by seller and I have not received a refund as I requested.
On January 17th 2018, I placed an order for 1 DVD on Zeus DVD's website. I received an email from Milo@Zeusdvd the same day January 17th confirming my order #XXXXX was received and my credit card was billed $12.99 for the item. On January 20th I emailed Milo at Zeus requesting information when the item I purchased was mailed as the status showed "Awaiting Fulfillment" and his website stated "Orders normally ship out the next day after the order is received". I sent him another email on 1/23 stating I saw he changed the status to 'Completed' but still no tracking number was given to me. I had left several voice messages at the number on his website but never received a call back. I sent another email on January 24th stating I saw the order status had been changed but still no tracking information was given and I had not received the merchandise. I again asked him to contact me via email or call but he never did. On January 27th I emailed him again through his website and from my email requesting when this order was mailed or will be mailed as I had previously requested on January 24th that the item had indeed been mailed out and if not to refund my money. No reply was given me and I emailed a final request on January 31st asking about my order or give me a refund and have left messages again at the number XXX-XXX-XXXX on his website which he has not responded to. I have notified my credit card company to dispute these charges and am now filing this complaint with the Revdex.com so others will be made aware of this company's and persons fraudulent practices.
A full refund of my money $12.99

CAUTION:
1. Does not respond to emails
2. Does not respond to calls
3. Cancels order without any notification
4. Follow the leaders....do not bother ordering.
This client sent me numerous emails requesting his order to be changed and refunded. That is what I did. From customer: "I just wanted to know if part of my order could be cancelled. Do you think you could let me know about this?" An email notice was sent out to the customer notifying him that the order was cancelled.
This is incorrect. I sent three emails and two calls asking about policies as they were not listed on the website. These questions involved timing of shipment, method of shipment, and ability to amend an order that had not yet shipped as I was ordering gifts. When I found out ONE item needed to be changed, I asked the seller if this was possible. The seller promptly cancelled the entire order without informing me as the buyer. Therefore, since there was no communication I had contacted my credit card company. ONLY when I stated the credit card company had been contacted did the seller respond with a terse two sentence email stating the refund was processed. I do find it interesting this seller could not contact me once with basic answers to questions, yet jumped at the chance to respond with negative feedback on the Revdex.com Business Review Site. Thank you for allowing me a rebuttal.
I received an order from Zeus with multiple problems. I emailed them the same day & after one week never heard from them. I then dialed their listed phone number. A business that uses Magic Jack? I left a message & after three days, still no reply. I even had a friend dial from another phone, as if they were interested in buying from them. Never got a response. I reviewed a film on their website. The review never got published. The supposed person you are dealing with is an older retired man named ***. After research, I found the name *** attached to the phone number & a previous video business. Ironically ***'s name shows up here also. *** seems to be a facade.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY, NO SHIPPING NO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS.
Ordered an item that claimed it was completed after 2 days and was never shipped! Did a follow up by email and phone multiple times which was never returned back to clear the situation. After googling the company there have been numerous complaints against the company having same issues. Money is taken with no items in return.
Need the item that was paid for!
