I was able to locate this order. It was under a different name, Garry Huckvale. I could find no correspondence from him or anyone by the name of S. ***. I issued the refund today to Mastercard 6997 through the payment processor Stripe. It may take a few days for it to show up on his credit card. Also the email address domain of lloyd-***.com does not appear to be valid as the emails bounce and internet searches do not show it as a valid domain.

I feel sorry for this guy. After buying probably 75 or 80 DVDs, he looses my email address? Forgets my mailing address? I paid him $600 over the last couple of years and he doesn't know me anymore? Really?

I haven't seen any refund and I will never get my money back. Someone will come along and take advantage of him someday. I appreciate the Revdex.com acting on my behalf, but this man is dishonest, there's no fix for that.

I purchased a DVD of the 1943 film Hostages from this website. I ordered and paid for it on September 5, 2018. The website stated that they were a small operation and it might take a week or two to receive my DVD'no problem. After several weeks passed, I wrote an email to inquire. After several emails, I finally received an email with vague assurances that my product would be sent soon. After patiently waiting a few more weeks, and sending a few more emails, I finally received more vague assurances. I have heard nothing from this seller, despite repeated requests to just send my DVD or refund my money.

Payment was taken (credit card charged) but no product was shipped and repeated attempts to contact merchant were ignored.
Order #XXXXX was placed on Oct 2nd 2018 via website http:/www.zeusdvds.com . Order was for a custom DVD advertised on that website. The payment was taken (credit card charged) immediately and within days I received an automated email stating that my order status had changed to 'Awaiting Shipment'. That was the last communication of any kind. There has been no shipment notification nor any other type of update. I have attempted to contact the merchant at least 10 times at ***@zeusdvds.com which is the email address shown on the website and also from which the automated update was sent. I did not receive any response of any kind to any of these attempts to contact the merchant. I could not find any phone number listed on the website but I tried a phone number (XXX) XXX-XXXX I found on the Revdex.com website and nobody answers that number. I googled the merchant address and it is 'ShipPlus Postal & Packing Center'. Finally I checked scam reports and Revdex.com complaints for this merchant and there are hundreds all saying the same thing: that the merchant takes payment, does not ship anything and ignores all attempts to contact. Apparently he only ships anything if an official complain to Revdex.com or the Attorney-General is filed. I wonder why this scammer has been allowed to remain in business for so many years, apparently scamming hundreds or thousands of customers.

Ship my order ASAP with tracking number, or issue full refund of $12.99

This is an order from Fei Shao under the name ***. It is the third order I have received from this person immediately followed by complaints. The order was refunded. Order XXXXX was refunded to Visa 5829 on October 29.

The seller says "immediately followed by complaints". His idea of 'immediately' apparently encompasses *** less than 3 or more months. Months after ordering, my orders were not received, all emails were ignored, and I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company to get a refund. Despite repeated attempts, the seller never answers emails. Many other buyers report the same issues. Yes, I have tried ordering a few times to see whether the seller got his act together, but I never had a successful order yet. Other buyers report the seller does not fill orders until an official complaint is filed through Revdex.com or the credit card company, and that has been my experience also. The only way to get any attention from the seller is to file a complaint here with the result that he acts surprised that customers complained that their money was taken but nothing ever delivered and all attempts at contact ignored. Hundreds of other complaints attest to similar behavior.

I would have preferred to receive the DVDs, but a refund is acceptable.

I contacted them on their website 7 times (June 3, 14, 19, 27, July7, Aug. 1, and August 19. The company did not reply to a single e-mail. I also e-mailed the company using the e-mail contact on their webpage. Those dates were May 7, 22, 30, June 10, 13, 19, 27, and July 6. Each e-mail was an inquiry as to the status of my order. Not a single one of these 8 e-mails have been answered.

I would prefer a refund but would settle for the DVDs I ordered and paid for.

They have been stealing people's money for years but remain in the same location in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Has anyone gotten Pam Bondi, the attorney general, involved? I intend to contact her office & demand to know why something isn't being done.

All 6 of Ms. Ezards orders have been refunded. Orders XXXXX $12.99, XXXXX $12.99, XXXXX $16.98, XXXXX $30.97, XXXXX $8.99, XXXXX $12.99. In addition, tracking from USPS shows that all of these orders were delivered.

I ordered 2 DVDs a month ago and contacted the business repeatedly. I wasn't aware of all the negative reviews and kept waiting for the DVDs to arrive, They never did, even though being informed by Milo he was "catching up" on orders 3 weeks ago. Cancelled the order through my credit card company and will post as many negative reviews to warn other customers.

Following the Revdex.com involvement, Zeus most satisfactorily settled my complaint by first, refunding my payment, then shortly thereafter, sending a copy of the ordered item as well.

Subsequent emails asking what is meant by 'soon', and why was my order marked as 'complete on 5/7 if it hasn't been processed still on 5/29 have again been ignored.

There is no contact phone number on the website http://www.zeusdvds.com/
The only contact option is email to ***@zeusdvds.com.

This is the only way to get this business to actually send what has been paid for, or to refund the payment. Until an official complaint is lodged, they do not ship anything and ignore all messages. No doubt, the scam erlies on many people just accepting the loss and not taking the trouble to lodge official complaints. The credit card is billed immediately by the merchant. He sends out a fake 'your order has been completed' email a day or so later. But then does not ship anything for months and ignores all attempts at contact. Then, as soon as an official dispute is lodged with Revdex.com or the credit card company, he suddenly processes the order. The scam relies on most people just swallowing the loss and not taking action.

I sent her order out and I also issued a refund. She should have received both by now.

Never received the product after getting emails that it was completed. Never received any response to emails and voicemail messages.
Ordered 2 dvd's from Zeus DVD on 4/16/18 and never received the dvd's. Order #XXXXX for $19.00. I never received any response to emails which I sent asking if the dvd's had been sent. I had received an email indicating that the order was complete on 4/25. Never received a call back from voicemails I had left. After waiting for a month I contacted my credit card company and notified them of the issue.
I was reimbursed by the credit card company. Lately I have been seeing auto generated emails with coupons in attempts to lure people into purchasing from them. People need to be warned not to do business with this company.

I am not requesting a resolution from Revdex.com. I just want to add my complaint to the various other people who have been scammed by this company.

On May 3, 2018, I ordered a dvd (King Gimp) from Milo and his company (Zeus DVDs aka Jubilee DVDs LLC). I received an email confirmation immediately and my credit card was charged. Four days later, on May 7th, I received an email from the company saying that my order was complete. Of course, it never arrived. My order number: XXXXX. Payment amount was $12.99. My greater concern is that this man now has my credit card number.

I received an email on 5/14/18 from this company stating that they were going to issue me a refund. To my surprise, the money has been refunded as of today, 5/18/18. However, I will never do business with them again and highly recommend that others avoid this company. Lesson well learned!

Very shady company and I am extremely angry with their business practices!

Order #XXXXX- Placed on 3/21/18 - 1 dvd ordered and after repeated questions said order was completed but it has never been shipped.
I ordered 1 dvd on 3/21 after numerous request finally received email it was completed - but never shipped - have left numerous phone calls and emails to no avail - Im leaving them daily at this point. Grant it the order was only $11.69 and was charged to my account on 3/21- this dvd was something that as hard to find and really wanted - I want to know when I will receive the order - ASAP - why is it such a problem - if it ceases to exist - I want my money back ASAP- the is no way to do business I ahem never dealt with any company like this and its very unsettling - PLEASE ADVISE it is now 4/30/18

It is very unfortunate that the company did not send the product and even more unfortunate that they did not respond to 9 emails and a phone message, forcing me to make this complaint.

Order for two DVDs submitted 1/17/18. Paid $20.98. Nothing received, and owner Milo has failed to respond to several emails.
I ordered two DVDs, Act of Love and De Mayerling a Sarajevo, on January 17 last. I paid $20.98 by credit card. I have received nothing, and Milo, the proprietor, has ignored at least two emails. He has meanwhile continued to send me promotional emails for more DVDs. He sent one email asking me to review my new DVDS--which I have never gotten. He also sent one claiming that he as a backlog he's trying to clear of 2-3 weeks--but he's 10 weeks late on mine. Very unsatisfactory.
I would still prefer to receive the merchandise but must demand a refund if he can't ship at once.

To repeat: if he can ship immediately, fine. If he can't I want a refund.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AS OF THIS MORNING, MARCH 28. THE CASE REMAINS OPEN.
I MIGHT ADD THAT SINCE I DIDN'T ASK FOR A REFUNDI WANTED THE DVDSIT LOOKS AS IF THE SELLER IS ACCEPTING PAYMENT FOR MERCHANDISE THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE.

As stated previously, refund was initiated by stripe.com on Mar 27 to Visa debit card 7788.

I have received the refund. I would have preferred to receive the dvds.
The seller seems to be advertising DVDs that he does not in fact possess for sale, and hoping that patrons will not notice that they did not arrive. I don't think he should be allowed to continue this way.
