Zotec Partners Phone Center operates from 8:am-4;pm ESTAs a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions

***Zotec Partners, LLC provides medical billing management services on behalf of West Houston Radiology AssociatesAs such, I am responding to your inquiry on their behalfIt is our mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of West Houston Radiology Associates
Our review of the patient’s account has resulted in these findings:
• The procedure in question for date of service 10/24/2014, was rendered to the patient
• The account was reviewed by our coding departmentPer their review the procedure was performed
• We made a call out to MrPerez- Boston on 03/26/to inform him of the resultsHe informed us that he was not going to make payment on the procedure
• We advised him due to our findings, if the account isn’t paid within 30days of the delinquent notice; we will have to turn the account over to collections
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following actions:
We did not receive a payment in the amount of $from Mr***The account was turned over to Specialized Collection Services as of 03/31/At this time Mr*** would have to contact the collection agency directly at 281-933-to remit payment

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I do reject the statement that "Zotec Partners started for *** *** *** for dates of services starting 1/1/15. The complaint in question appears to be before Zotec started billing for client." The statement that I received clearly states 08/24/amount due $32.50. The statement also shows that *** of Texas was also chargedThe account number on the statement is ***. As I stated before this was an x-ray that was done as part of a pre-employment physical. *** company has already paid this bill at least once and now *** ** *** is trying to scam more money out of the deal. I want everyone to be able to look *** ** *** up on the Revdex.com website and see what a bunch of crooks they are. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over two years now. I guess if you can scam an additional $off of every client that they have they will be able to afford a nice car and retire early

This is the absolute worst third party billing company I have ever dealt withThey sent me a bill that said my insurance carrier denied payment on these services so now I was responsible for paying what was owedOkay fine, that's fairI paid the bill in fullThe same day, I went on to my insurance website and realized that this had never been submitted to themI called EZMed back and told them I just paid a bill but it had never actually been submitted through my insuranceThey said they would process a refund and I would get a new bill, if I still owed anything after it was correctly processed through insuranceAfter a few weeks and no refund, I checked back inEZMed stated they had not received any payments from my insurance companyI called the insurance company and the claim had been processedThe amount I owed ended up being about $less than what I had originally paidI have faxed the EOB over to EZMed about or times, called them over ten times and had a conference call with my insurance company and EZMedStill I wait for my refund
If you receive a bill from this company, or any other third party medical billing agency that says your insurance denied payment on a claim, make sure you check with your insurance company that it was actually processedI've spoken with people who used to work for third party medical collections agencies like this and they told me that if they can't figure out your insurance, they will just send you a bill telling you it was denied and most people will pay it without double checking, like I originally did

I received a bill on October 7, from a radiology company in South Carolina billing through Zotec in Charlotte under the website name *** There was no indication on the bill that it was overdue and it was the first time I had received it A week later, on October 14, I received a call threatening me with turning the bill over to a bill collector if I didn't pay Unnecessarily aggressive and harassing in their bill collecting procedures

The charges for $44.79 were cancelled with the collection agency on 9/2/16.  The debt was not reported to any of the credit bureaus.
We are not aware of any website issues with processing of credit card payments.

Clearly, their processes are not being changed in a satisfactory manner to prevent these issues. I appreciate the Revdex.com investigation and am in no way unhappy with Revdex.com, but this is the same lame excuse that the company continues to use and their actual performance does not improve.
