My apologies for not writing back I have Stage Lung Cancer so sometimes I forget many things because of Chemo treatments
You stated the following,

However you ***'t listen to us, I have filled out multiple surveys in regard to Fight Carnage, it have virtually ruined my gameI can no long make Family XP in icesIt got better temporarily in Los Angeles but now its back up to Stamina per hitAnother thing, I can only fight in classic mode in Los Angeles, that's a joke! You want me to go back to spending money as I have been for the last years then I suggest you change the game back to the way it wasPeople are leaving the game because of Carnage & event on top of event, you have and will be the ruin of Mafia Wars I just wish you would see this!

specifically states that Fight Carnage is a *limited-time event*The only thing that was limited time to this was their wording in the game itselfThe Fight Carnage status remains in the gameThis is not why I joined the game, not what I agreed to when began building my in-game character as a fighterFight Carnage forces us to play in what is called the Arena and there is no skill involved in the ArenaThe Arena also forces us to spend more of our own *** if we want to be able to continue to play each day

I understand that you are saying I have broken your terms of service, yet when I initially informed you I asked for the proof of what I have done wrongunless there is no proof I would like to know why you are unwilling to provide it and when the account was suspended it stated I would either be suspended for three days or admit fault and return to game play with 10% (up to million chips)i did not admit fault so I still do not understand why my chips have not been returned to meif you can forward proof of this alleged breach of terms of service I am happy to comply and accept fault but as I believe I have not unless there is proof otherwise I would like all chips returned to my account asap,
