I can understand not giving a refund, but I do not understand why the game changes that have been forced on us and protested by so many have to remain in place. After taking surveys and asking for feedback Zynga has ignored them. Why ask for feedback if you are not going to listen to your customers. The amount of players and paying customers has dropped considerably since Zynga introduced these changes. I know this to be true by the amount of people in my groups that have quit. The real solution would be to restore the game to how it was 2 months ago. More and more of my friends and fellow players are ready to quit for good as am I, despite the money I have spent.

Not really satisfied with their response. Not really sure what more I can do at this point but cancel my paid subscription and block their game. It is obvious they really [redacted]'t care about the customers opinion.

it is an auto message being sent to every player of the product that is contacting right now. they are only trying to smooth over and are lying , nothing is being done for those who are unhappy with product

Thanked the Claimant for sending their feedback on game updates and denied refund due to our terms of service agreement policy XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX RF

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They ar attempting yet again to get out of refunding charges that were illegally made using my account. They were informed not only by myself that the charges were not approved by me but that they were also informed by Google as well as my bank. Yet they continued to allow charges to build up. Google has offered to assist me in the matter by providing receipts showing the transactions. On top of this proof as also been provided that shows multiple Facebook accounts have used my account and Facebook also has provided me with logs that show the charges were made from different IP addresses from all over. Zynga is infamous for doing this and getting away with it because no one bothers to do anything about it. But I will not accept some lame  response. I have my bank as well as Google and Facebook all on my side on this. Nothing but a full refund is what I will accept.Sincerely,[redacted]
