I spoke to corporate on 2/3/17 but I want to speak to the owner of this location for a credit and the owner needs to apologize to me and provide me a corrective action for this issue. Corporate is not part of this dunkin donuts as  the are franchises that are owned and the owner still has not contacted me about my compliant and that is who is responsible and should be replying to this complaint. Whatever was discussed with corporate is a seperate issue.

in reference to complaint # [redacted]. [I did speak to [redacted] in the loyalty department and the issue was I was missing a free drink and 5.00 for enrolling in DD.  There was also a charge on my gift card that I did not make.  When I spoke to the loyalty department, they did refund me for the charge that I did not make; however, I was told that promotion was not honored, as my email was never registered; which I did have it registered, as I have emails to this email address and that I was not eligible, as I was already a member; however, when I reread the terms and conditions, it does not state anything about having another account enrolled in the program and being only eligible for one reward.  Thus. I feel I am still missing the free drink and 5.00.

refer to ticket # #[redacted] . I dont know what to do, I forgot to respond to Revdex.com , Dunkin wont fix the problem. its so frustrating. I sent my bank ledger to DD showing all the debit charges. $95 did not show up on my DD virtual gift card. it was stolen from me, and they will not aknowledge it. Previous Revdex.com was opened on corporate: I used Dunkin Donuts DD app for [redacted] as a consumer. Purchased multiple virtual gift cards to participate in a rewards program. A total of $85 was debited from my [redacted] checking account, and never credited to my DD Virtual gift card, I wrote an email and called about my concerns. The outcome from them (which I have in email form in writting) states they cannot help me. They basically stole $85 and refuse to investigate further, even when my statement was sent to them of proof of debi
$95. Either credited to my dunking DD app , or a check written to me. previous ticket was for $85. Since then, I sent $10 via the app to a virtual gift card for my bf and he was not able to claim it. Again, it came out of my checking account and got nothing for it. Stolen.

Guys,I got a call so I “accepted” that they did call.I call back – NO RESPONSE – this is not help to say they called and left a message – they have TERRIBLE service and that is why I reached out to Revdex.com.Have them call me in the next hr and I will await their call but calling them back is not...

A representative from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team attempted to reach the guest via phone on 10/03/17. The representative was unable to reach the guest at that time. The representative sent the guest an email requesting that they call back.

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team notified the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team of the guest's complaint. A supervisor from the Loyalty Support team is researching the case and will be following up with the guest.

I have no intentions of considering this matter closed until the franchise holder actually does something to improve the condition of this store. If this is the manner in which dunkin brands wishes to be viewed while in the hands of said franchise, then I of course feel justified in a more aggressive aporoach regarding this store. Dunkin is in this retords able to help mitigate a less public and potentially embasassing campaign against yhis store. Surely something can be done to help at least the cleanliness of their store or is it their belief that filthy stores are a part of their public image.
