I am rejecting this response because:
When I called the *** Corporation they told me you were ordering the wrong part from them that they had changed the part number to : AH96-01908NI can only assume in response to the error in the owners manualI informed J & J International of this yet they still managed to send me the wrong part for the third time? If I the consumer found this out, what more then should a company do who is supposed to be a supplier for that Corporation be capable of? I would expect more as a consumerI only want the part that I've been trying to get for six months now

I am rejecting this response because:
After attempting several tries at communicating with the business, they never contacted me about sending another TV stand so I had no idea they did so. The package was sitting on a mail rack at my work for at least days before someone finally notified me about it. We have a huge work force. I had no idea they mailed me another TV stand, no notification, no emails, no phone call. Then when I finally was able to open the package, the TV stand was damaged again! At this point I feel this company is fraudulently shipping damaged goods and claiming they are in good condition.
What really bothers me is the HORRIFIC customer experience I had. They are not standing behind their products, they hung up on me after telling me this is not their issue and then to tell me that they cannot issue a refund because of the shipping company policy requiring a day notification is absolutely ridiculous! I demand a full refund for this TV stand immediately, I paid full price for damaged goods, in addition I had to spend at least hrs dealing with this issue. Anything less is unprofessional and almost criminal. I am looking into any other options I have to make sure nobody else does business with this company, this includes social media. Hopefully this Revdex.com complaint will get some traction. However, due to the nature of the way they have ripped me off, I am prepared to escalate this in any manner possible
Hopefully this business will understand the potential threat to their business in today's social media world is that it is not worth the continued mis-handling of my situation. This business should value the customer better. Why will they not refund or at least credit me back 50% of the purchase?

I am rejecting this response because: The company sells parts online and then refuses to accept returns or issue refunds by stating that they have a stated policy to not issue refunds for certain items on their  customer service webpage.  The policy does not appear the web pages on which the customer views items or on the page on which the online order is completed.  The customer will not know they cannot return defective parts until there is a problem and they go to the customer service webpage. This is a very poor business practice for an online seller.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the filter. I can offer a new replacement water filter and send you a free shipping label to send me back the defective one. I can not issue credit after 30 of purchase. I am will to swap it out for a brand new water filter.

There may...

be something on the website about a "circuit board" not being returnable or refundable, however it is not clear or obvious.  The invoice may also have the same statement but I did not receive the invoice until I received the parts.  I also do not accept that the parts are a "circuit board".  There is no defintion of a "circuit board" anywhere on the website and the company could (and it appears that they do try ) avoid responsibility for shipping defective parts.  The company's website implies that parts are new and current.  There is nothing on the website that indicates that the parts are used or aged well beyond their useful life as the part they shipped to me was.

Curcuit boards are not returnable if defective I can exchange for same part again. This is on the back of your invoice and also on our website policy. I can not refund for electronic curcuit board.
