First of all I am sorry that we were unable to help you.  We send mailers to prospective customers because based on their credit we can save them money.  Based on your credit we could save you money.  However, we do not know your income or the vehicle that is going to be refinanced...

until you apply.  In your case, the loan to value (the amount owed compared to what the car is worth) is over 200%.  Most lenders will not even do 150% because of the risk of default.  Therefore we were unable to help you at this time unless you were able to lower the balance owed.  I know that is probably an unreasonable request but it is the reality of the situation.  Again I am sorry we couldnt help you and unfortunately no one wins in these situations.

I gave specific instruction to NOT run my credit further. You agreed and shared my information anyway.  My payments are on time thank you.  The Ohio Attorney General has this information and will send it to the FTC as well.  What you have done is not legal.

I am sorry we were unable to help you refinance your vehicle.  When you first applied, you applied by yourself but your title is in both names, so we needed to add your wife.  When we did, we failed to pull her credit and once we eventually did she had a previous repossession in her past...

so we were unable to proceed.  Since we were partially at fault, we will remove the credit inquiries from your file.  Be advised that once we send the letter to the respective credit bureau, it will take at least 6-8 weeks for them to take action and the process is out of our hands as we do not control the data.  Again I am sorry that we were unable to help at this time.

So in other words screw me and my wife's credit, I applied for your company not agreed for YOU to send my information all over the place and run my credit multiple times (or in this case my wife's). That the inquiries are not going to be as hard on our credit; that's YOUR PERSPECTIVE. NO ONE GUARANTEES ME THAT. Your partners are running my credit multiple times, calling me because I TRUSTED YOU WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. And all I get from the company is too bad so sad. If you don't want to remove your inquiry that's fine, but your partners you should because if I wanted to apply with them I would've. They are running my information which they have no authorization or permission because you have them that right as soon as I trusted your company with my information.

direct to the consumer (like refinancing). When a dealer is brought into the loop, the lender rules change and it makes it difficult to conduct those types of loans in your state. If you are trying to remove someone from the existing loan and refinance it in your name only, that is not allowed in WA either. reason we could not match the pre-qualified rate is due to a new collection account that appeared on your credit report in December of 2017. When you apply, we must run a new credit report to determine if anything changed and in your case it did. We have spoken with Ms. [redacted] and there is simply nothing we can do with her case. The signed note and Security agreement (that she signed and submitted) did not have GAP. I am sorry that we didn't add it but she has some responsibility to make sure that the paperwork is correct before and of course afterward but not 3 years later after an accident has occurred.

Revdex.com site at [redacted] are all valid.  I think the Revdex.com would take offense that those are not real.  If you want to remove yourself from ours and any other future marketing opportunities you can follow the instructions on the back of the mailer to opt out.Again we only make money if you take advantage of an offer to save you money.  We only spend money to send mail so it doesnt benefit anyone if we are not actually fulfilling loans.

I am not sure what phone number you called but on the back is  section entitled in Big Bold lettering "PRESCREEN & OPT OUT NOTICE" and the phone number is [redacted] (###-###-####).  Try it again and let us know if that didnt work.  I just called it and it is the credit reporting opt out line as stated.  The credit letter is dated Aug 30 but their inquiry was from Aug 7 when we sent it to them.  It happens almost instantaneously.  By law they have 30 days to send out the letter which they met.  Again its really anything less than 14 days that have no impact on your credit.  Also you did agree to the language whether you remember it or not.The biggest factors in credit reporting is on-time payments and level of credit usage.  Here is an article from Investopedia but you can find many others that state the same thing.  Credit inquiries are quite a small factor. Do you really want us to publish your full credit application with SSN and all?  How else do you think we approved you without having your income, job type, address, SSN and even your IP address which is an ATT IP address in Gainesville Georgia (DSL type).  I sent the link to the blank one so you could remember all the disclosures that you completed.  I don't plan on disclosing all of your personal information for public record with the Revdex.com.  I am sorry you don't remember.

Upon review of the file and calls we are requesting that Equifax remove our inquiry from 2/19/18 because we didnt have permission to re-pull credit after the customers initial application had expired.  I am sorry for the situation and it will take at least 6-8 for the credit bureaus to process...

the attached letter.  The letter will be mailed today.

I am sorry you dont feel you can trust us.  We help thousands of customers save money each month on their vehicle loan.  Unfortunately I cannot remove the credit inquiry because you dont want to continue.  From the credit bureau's perspective it was a valid inquiry and we are required by them to only remove invalid inquiries such as fraud.  If you do want to continue we just need to get accurate income information to see if you can qualify.

This may be true that the consumer has had consistent employment over 3 years but with several employers. Given his current credit situation (low fico, tradelines, etc) job stability is important. Our requirements for this credit tier must have a minimum of 6 months consecutive employment so he is welcome to reapply in 2 more months of employment with his current employer. I am sorry for this misunderstanding.

[redacted] - all we have to go by is the credit report we pulled when you applied. The two charged off accounts in question were reported to the credit bureau on 7/1/2016. Again if these are not accurate, contact the bureau and get it corrected.
