I would like to recommend Parker and sons for their excellent and prompt service. They are reasonably priced and back their service.

I would especially like to commend their Supervisor [redacted]. He demonstrated interest in my questions and was very helpful.

[redacted] came to inspect my system. Incredibly nice young man, went far beyond customer service to help a senior alone. This young man deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service.

I have used Parker & Sons for the past 3 years for routine maintenance on my a/c & evap cooler. [redacted] is the tech I request. He is always on time, very knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly, even showing me pictures of a problem I was having and making sure I understood what needed to be done and the cost of the repair.

In 2011, I made my first contact with Parker and Sons to have them replace the dilapidated air conditioning unit in the house I had just bought. Their service was prompt and efficient. When problems arose, they were quick to respond and always had my welfare in mind. Since then, they have installed a water recirculation system and a water softening unit. They went the extra mile when a leak appeared in my roof under the air conditioning unit and moved the unit -- without charge -- so the roofer could make a repair. Highly recommended.

We had two kitchen plumbing leaks in a month. Our Insurance company suggested calling Parker & Sons, and both times [redacted] was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and worked all day New Years Day, as well as doing a few extra things besides fixing the problems, to make our water flow better.

Craig B. from Parker and Sons did an excellent job repairing my water heater. He was very knowledgeable , professional, courteous, punctual, and efficient. Craig explained the problem and solution clearly and thoroughly, and the price that was quoted was indeed the price that I was charged. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I will recommend Parker and Sons to others, and I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing repairs.

Adam P. is truly a professional technician. We have been using only Adam as our AC Technician with Parker & Sons and will continue to use only Adam.

On our most recent bi-yearly service appointment, Ryan H was the service representative for Parker and Sons. Upon arrival he was very thorough. efficient, and professional. He made a point to inform me of the services he would be providing, and concluded with a report of the services. We have used Parker and Sons for 6 years and have been completely satisfied with their service and products. We have a high level of trust with their products and most specifically their personnel.

Eric P from Parker and Sons is a great AC Tech. He knew so much about my equipment and was very helpful in explaining what and why my AC was not working. He explained all my options and made calls to his company to set up appointments to have a person come to my home to explain the difference of major repairs or buying new. Eric and Parker and Sons are a great team.

I recently had some plumbing work done by [redacted], a Parker & Sons Tech. I have had other work done by this company, and each time the quality of the work, and the worker, was first rate.

I have no hesitation recommending Parker & Sons, as each of the three experiences I have had with this company has proven to be very positive. In each case, I have had exposure to different Techs, and they each have been courteous and competent. I am pleased! [redacted]

We made an online appointment with Parker & Sons for a problem with our heating system. They called to confirm the appt. within 15 minutes. The service tech ([redacted]) not only arrived on time but called to let us know he was nearby. [redacted]'s professional diagnosis and repair was great. What we thought was a faulty thermostat was really a bad capacitor on the furnace. After replacing the capacitor we now have heat and Parker & Sons on our contact list.

Review: I experienced a slow downstairs drain on a 7 year old home. I was told that a camera inspection would be done on the pipe to confirm issue and resolve. Plumber was on site and ran snake thru drain and flow was restored. When I asked about the results of the camera inspection, the plumber stated that the camera was just a courtesy and not necessary. The plumber could not identify why the slow drain, nor what he did to resolve. He suggested possible roots invading the pipe, resulting in possible several thousand dollars for repair. I insisted on the promised camera inspection to truly identify the drain problem. He reluctantly scheduled for a camera inspection the following day. Next day tech came out, stated he ran camera down drain, I never saw or was shown this activity nor the video results. Second plumber was only their to collect payment from previous day. Second technician gave possible issues and solutions from $300 to $7000 for complete drain removal and replacement and stated that the $7000 estimate could not resolve or fix the or any problem with the drain. When asked for written estimate, the technician stated that he can put nothing in writing as that would obligate Parker & Sons to stand behind the repair. Technician also refused to share and video taken of my drain. Technician took check for previous days work and left. Second technician was at my home 7 -10 minutes.

The customer was misinformed by our CCR department so as a courtesy we are refunding 100.00 and performing the camera service again to provide a quote for repair.

These guys are always on time, do quality work and the technicians are true professionals. Always a pleasant experience with this company.

Hello,I personally met with Mr. L[redacted] last week to address all of his concerns. We worked with D&N, and obtained/installed an upgraded condenser (13 seer to 15 seer) at no charge to Mr. L[redacted]. This condenser was to improve utilities consumption, and decrease noise during operation. I tested the system in all modes, completed an air balance, and answered all questions during my visit (see attached). Mr. L[redacted] declared that he was satisfied when I followed up 1 week later.Best regards,Nathan D[redacted]

Antonio is the best air conditioning serviceman. We always request his service. He is efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. Our air conditioning units are sometimes hard to reach and other service providers have complained but Antonio never complains. If there is a problem he fixes it well. Thank you, Antonio

Parker's technicians always adhere to the promised time range and cover their work shoes before entering the house. They are fast and efficient in checking the equipment. My only negative comment is that one of the techs always tries to sell me some part or service.

Review: My house and AC units were new in 2008 when I moved in. They have been working fine, but everyone had been telling me I should have them serviced once a year. I called Parker & Sons. The technician came out a couple of weeks ago and after doing the service work, reported that my capaciters were out of line with manufacturers specifications and recommended that they be replaced. The repair bill as more than $400, and I bought the annual service agreement. As soon as the technician left, one of my AC units stopped working (and to be honest, I am not sure it ever work since he performed the repair). I had them come back out today and the same tech reported that the motor on the unit needed to be replaced. Over a $800 bill, but they agreed to take the price off a capaciter that was just replaced since one of these comes with the new motor. I do not beleive the timing of the motor going out is a coincidence. In addtion, when I spoke to the office today, I asked if the service techs are paird on commission. I was told that they are paid an hourly rate, but can make a comission on the amount of work done. Something does not smell right here.Desired Settlement: reinstall the original equipment that was working fine, refund my money, and fix the addtional damage caused by the inital (unnecessary) service work.

Requested plumbing service, and was surprised that my request
was serviced same day, only a few hours later,
by a service person who was knowledgeable, and kind, and pleasant.
