Parker and Sons

I have always been pleased with the service I receive from Parker and Sons. They are always very fair and explain things very well. Many times they do not charge me for the first visit where they're trying to figure things out. The receptionists who take the calls are very pleasant. The service technicians Are respectful, confident and courteous.

I requested 2 services----semi-annual heating / air conditioner check and a simple plumbing toilet fix. Both technicians showed up in a timely manner, were clean and very professional. Both technicians went about their business and upon completion provided a clear and concise diagnostics of their findings and recommendations. The plumbing technician did his work for free!!!

James from Parker and Sons did some work on our air conditioner. He was courteous, friendly, and respectful. He put his booties on his shoes, even when I told him it wasn't necessary. They arrived quickly too!

I would recommend Parker and sons to anyone.

Parker and Sons installed a 5 ton Lenox A/C with Air-handler last Sept. in my rental house and did a really good job on the install except they ran the copper line from the compressor up to air-handler in the attic on the outside of my house. When I complained about the appearance they installed this really even uglier sheet-metal wrap from the ground to the top of the roofline. My house backs to the major road and this thing looks so bad I have received letters from my HOA to fix it. Parker and Sons have been non-responsive to my requests to fix it. I have no choice after several attempts to resolve this issue have failed but to right this review.

A large company that provides customers with close relationships. Always a helpful office team member to schedule appointments. I am a longtime customer with only positive experiences. My next HVAC purchase will also be made at Parker and Sons.

Friday morning @ 6;00 am someone was WALKING across my roof.It was the people from Parker and Sons,they were repairing/replacing my NEIGHBORS UNIT... it FREAKED me oun & woke me up when I heard footsteps on my roof @ 6:00am THEN they REMOVED a 3TON airconditioner OVER MY ROOF ... and MOVE THE NEW UNIT OVER MY ... UNIT the mover was 6 inches from my fence & with a 10,000 pound air conditioner dangling over MY UNIT ... I was a bit Distressed ...WHY move it OVER MY UNIT when it was my neighbor and there was DIRECT acess NOT OVER MY UNIT! Please respond. [redacted] Jr [redacted]

Arrived as scheduled to preform check up on my home air conditioner. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and courteously explained what he found and what was needed.

I was a new customer relocating from the East Coast last year. This Company understands customer service. My installation was done in a very professional manner, price reasonable..and good followup.

We use Parker and Sons for al of our plumbing needs. We have had three appointments recently and all problems were solved to our satisfaction. We will continue to use Parker and Sons as we have now for several years.

Brian H. performed my cooling maintenance inspection on my heat pump system. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me his suggestions to improve my old system but was never pushy about it. I felt I trusted him so I agreed to have the duct and elbow sealed. To my surprise I think it has helped my AC to cool better. Thank you Brian and Parker and Sons for the great customer service!

[redacted] came to my home to perform my semi annual maintenance per the maintenance agreement. He was professional, friendly and appeared quite knowledgeable.

On time, prepared, honest analysis cleaned up after himself. I have been using Parker and sons for about 8 years and have never had a unsatisfactory visit.

I am a long time customer of Parker and Sons. They have taken care of my AC needs for many years. Plus I have used them for plumbing issues also. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. But, I wanted to give special praise to whom I consider to be the best AC man that I have ever had. His name is Hamdo. He is outstanding in every way. He is a total professional. He is kind and always explains to us what he is doing. He is a man that knows his profession inside and out. A extreme pleasure to know as a person also. This past weekend our water heater sprung a leak and we contacted Parker & Sons Sunday morning. The plumber that came out gave us a price to replace it which was attractive in our opinion. Several hours later the installation was complete. The plumber offered to contact a HVAC tech to check out and tune-up our air conditioning systems at no cost. The two individuals that did the work were totally professional in every way. We would highly recommend Parker & Sons to people with plumbing and/or HVAC problems.

So appreciative of the Parker and Sons team. They came on a weekend due to a water leak. They offered a couple solutions and then gave me an estimate for work we agreed too. then, they actually finished the job for $400 less than they quoted me.

Parker and Sons are a great company to deal with. In the beginning when I dealt with them I needed a new air conditioner. I shopped around, they not only gave me a good deal but did a fantastic job! Professional, on time and friendly!

I was so pleased that when I needed some help with a plumbing job, I didn't hesitate to call them. There are the best!

was completely satisfied with the work everyone did exactly as promised the guys were very nice to work with. only sugguestion I would have is that when it is an insurance ckaun and sub contractors are involved they are able to turn in all the invoices at the same time. less hassle with having to submit more than one claim for ine job. otherwise fantastic. took time to explain everything before and after also. thanks guys

Dan M. is an excellent plumber. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and very professional. He cares about his work and his customers! He listens attentively and answers all questions thoroughly.
