YOU HAVE THE BEST TWO EMPLOYEES IN [redacted] & [redacted] HAS BEEN OUT TO THE HOUSE NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIX PLUMBING PROBLEMS. [redacted] IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL LET WORK ON MY AC'S.

THEY BOTH ARE SUPER!!!!!

Your Tech arrived and I informed him that I had somehow reset the air to working. aid he would like to chck it since I had had trouble. The Tech was very kind and professional and explained everything he did. We are on your Family Plan and will renew when it is up. In the future we are going to replace our air conditioner and Parker will be contacted. Every time I have had to call on Parker Bros, they have been prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Adam was on time, listened to our request, made suggestions showing his experience and performed the service professionally, exceeding our expectations.

After having issues with a number of contractors we switched to Parker & Sons. Two years ago we replaced one of our two units. Went with Trane, what a great product and install. Parker & Sons were the best. Signed up for the yearly maintenance contract. After the contract service a couple of weeks ago, our exterior condenser on our older unit wasn't turning on. One call to Parker & Son's and a repair man was knocking at my door. Turned out to be a thrown breaker. Service man was GREAT, preformed a second total inspection.

Parker & Son's is one of those rare companies that driven by customer satisfaction. Their field technicians are pros and have a tendency of becoming family friends.

I highly recommend Parker & Son's. I've dealt with other Air and Heating contractors, Parker & Son's is the best in the Valley as far as my family is concerned.

I recently had my reverse osmosis unit serviced. Parker and sons called to remind me it was time to do that and I scheduled the appointment. The service man called a few minutes before arrival and performed the necessary service. He was pleasant and explained what I needed to do after the service call (reempty the r/o unit and turn on the valve to the refriferator. I have been pleased with my experiences with Parker and Sons and will will use their services again.

As always my experience with Parkers and sons is totally positive.

Parker and Sons has been the company I learned about in April of 2010 right when I acquired our current home. After signing up for bi-yearly maintenance for heating and cooling checks I realized these folks cared about what they do. It was about a year before I met my favorite technician Todd S.
Since then I always request he be sent out to do my maintenance. I guess the reason for this was during his watch he discovered I had a leak in my A/C system condenser. It was explained in detail what my options were and how one option might cost considerably more than another. Allowing me to decide without pressure I chose a part replacement over a repair.
Watching Todd's performance and how he demonstrated his experience on my job, I felt this is the individual I want inspecting and servicing our heating and Air Conditioning equipment.
Another example of excellence Todd demonstrates shows in his effort to go above and beyond. Not only does he ask me 50 questions about both my heating or A/C experience over the past 6 months, but he allows me to ask them too. Some answers are more technical then others, but I'm always aware we covered all the necessary bases about our equipment's condition before he leaves.
Todd also walks around all the equipment regardless whether or not he is there for a heating / Air Conditioning scheduled service. I really like this!
Recently during my last service for heating Todd notified me how Parker and Sons began offering additional services and that I should take advantage of a free electrical inspection where someone will come out from Parker and Sons to introduce how their new division works in the Electrical space.
There are some things like replacing a ceiling fan and GFI outlet that will need replacement, but while I take advantage of their on site visit I'm going to talk about that other big item Parker and Son's offer called "Total Home Surge Protector". It was interesting hearing about protecting the entire home can be more affordable than buying individual surge protectors and will protect our home electronics far better.
Last and not least, Parker and Sons and Todd responded to an experience I had over a year ago where a common issue with the large gauge wire that feeds current to the compressor during the kick up phase that actually gets too hot from too much resistance and melts.
I read on Google every brand of Air Conditioning unit can experience this and it's a common problem.
Now what is not so common, Parker and Sons / Todd came back here during my heating scheduled maintenance and after their research / development department learned that a new electronic grease or jelly designed to help reduce wire to connector contact resistance would help solve this from occurring again, Todd actually applied this to my wire connector even though he wasn't there for my Air Conditioning scheduled service.
This company and my favorite technician are plain two of the best!

Josh was the tech sent to my house and could not have been more polite and knowledgeable. He solved my problem that day and even had to go to the supply warehouse to get the parts. He made it a very enjoyable experience.

I have worked with Parker and Sons for several years, starting with a new Air Conditioner. I chose Parker and Sons because of their excellent review and accreditation by Revdex.com. They did NOT try to sell me the most expensive a/c; the man who helped me choose explained the reasons for the a/c he recommended (right size for my condo, for living in Phoenix, for the temperature I preferred). After that, I had Parker and Sons upgrade my bathrooms and install a water conditioner in my kitchen. I called them when I heard strange thumps when the a/c went on, and they sent Dennis. He is personable as well as a good technician. He checked out the a/c, but found nothing wrong with it. I had figured that there was either something wrong with the a/c OR with our roof (it's old, and there have been problems with it in the past). By confirming that the a/c is in good condition, Dennis makes it easier to talk to the HOA "I had my a/c checked, it's fine, so it must be something wrong with the roof". Dennis also told me I should consider adding a surge protector (uh-oh, it's MONSOON SEASON!), which I said "do it do it" and he added it while he was here. Five days later, we got hit with a nasty monsoon and LIGHTNING. Thank you, Dennis!!

I get biannual chck of our AC because we had an incident 1 summer time when our ac stopped working. We called 2 companies. the first company was advertised thru a local channel. They tried to ripped us off. We paid and wasted $70 for the call service. Finally, Parker and sons came and gave us the right diagnostic and only spent 1/8 of price quoted by the other company. From then on, we trusted Parker and sons to take care of our heating and ac and so far we never had any problem.

Parker and sons offered free flushing of our water heater so I accepted the offer. When Josh came, he suggested to change the anode rod since it hasnt been changed for 7 years. The technician then wasnt able to open the water heater and destroyed all threading so Parker and sons offered to replace our water heater for free w brand new with upgrade and drip pan. My husband and I were very surprised and highly respect this company integrity. So Highly recommended. We will never use another company when it comes to heating, ac, water heater and plumbing.

I have used Parker and Sons for years. I have a monthly fee taken out for A/C service 2x month. I have had many other services performed by Parker and Sons recently. I had a water line break - they charged 3000.00 (way over priced), but I paid it. Soon after that my sewer line broke and the insurance company would not cover it since it was on the outside of the house. Parker and Son charged 10,000.00 I could not believe how expensive it was, and over priced. It should have cost no more than 3-6k at the most and that is with them making plenty of profit. My water heater went out shortly after and I had it replaced again I was over- charged.

But I draw the line at my last most recent incident. The house smelled as if the sewer line broke again so I called them to come out and check. I had to work this day but my mother who is elderly and lives with me was home when the repair man showed up. He called me within minutes of arriving and said he would have to charge me 700.00 just to unscrew the lid on the sump pump to look ( keep in mind the sump pump is in my laundry room on the floor, and has easy access. It requires a few screws to be removed to take off the lid- I told him that is crazy high- but had not choice the smell was bad, I was at work, and my aging mother was home, and it was a Saturday so I didnt have time to call around for anyone else to come out. Then plumber calls me back at work within minutes said the sump pump went bad- and would cost me 3000.00. I told him no way the sump pump cost anywhere from 179.00 to under 400.00 and is not a hard job to remove and replace- I had it replaced in the past ( unfortunately for me I did not have the name of the plumber who repaired if for me from years earlier or I would have called him. we exchanged words and I had no choice due to the smell and it being the weekend with my mom home, I had no one else to call. I broke down and cried at work and left to go home because I was so upset at the price and the fact he was ripping me off! he finished the work in under 2 hours - so you do the math. The plumber made over 800.00 an hour and the rest would more than cover the cost of the pump. His response to me was Parker and Son is expensive--- and then brought up that he saw all the other recent repairs that were done on my house from parker and son and tried to make small talk with me as if he was doing me a favor giving me a 10 percent discount for being a loyal customer. I am suppose to get that because I am a loyal customer. I am currently looking for a new company to do business with. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Parker and Son. I have been a long standing customer and have had a lot of work done by them but it appears they have some shady workers and I hope the company will take the time to pull my file and review all the work they have done recently to see there is no way they can justify 800.00 an hour for a plumber. This is just wrong! If the owner or upper management would like to reach out to me to discuss this issue I am happy to discuss and disclose all the work and over changing their company has done- I am assuming the workers must be paid on commission and are not honest workers.

I have used Parker and Sons for several years and have found their company to a pure pleasurer to do business with.

Their service techs always show up on time. They are well equiped, knowledgable and extremely courteous. A fe saummers ago my AC went out in July and they had a team at my home within an hour and had my unit operational a short time afterwards. Noiw that was service!

You get waht you pay for andirnoically you don't have to pay mnore to have them as your service provider. A great company.

Wes M[redacted] has been servicing our A/C, heating and Evap. coolers for many, many years. He is always there when we need him and able to fix whatever needs it. He goes out of his way to find practical solutions to our problems, knowing that we live, essentially, on Social security income. He has helped us in many ways and he has our complete trust. We feel lucky to have him keeping our systems going.
