Parker and Sons

Parker is a super company. Sal was an exceptional tech. He was polite, knowledgeable, and through. It is always a pleasure to deal with Parker and Sons.

Clint came when scheduled and finished the work we needed in a courteous, competent and timely fashion. We might have had a small leak and Parker and Sons send a technician out at no charge. By the way, there was no leak. We will use them again when needed.

On 9/10/15, I had a plumbing problem and upon contacting Parker & Sons received a visit from Joe who measured up to all the other employees that I have dealt with from Parker & Sons. He did not hesitate to check my plumbing problem, which was different from my original thoughts, and then explained the solution. His appearance and pride in his work for Parker was a tribute to his employer and I felt that I was in good honest hands. His further inspection of other items in my house, and what was needed to prevent future problems, without any hard sell, was very helpful. Thank you to Joe and to Parker & Sons. Rest assured he did you proud.

Tech arrived in the time frame, done a great check-up.

These guys are the best. Two technicians installed our new bathroom faucets, RO under the kitchen sink and a new soft water unit in the garage. This soft water unit calculates our water usage and will show us when to add salt. The technicians were friendly, professional, clean and a joy to have in the house. The customer service ladies are awesome! Good job everyone.

I would also like to thank you for your speedy response and courteous service. my mom is elderly and has a chronic illness and we could not find anyone else to respond as quickly as you all did. your ac techs were there even sooner than they quoted and they diagnosed and resolved the problem in less than thirty minutes and then they were able to let us pay for the service over the phone making the entire process very easy. my mom does not speak english and your customer service rep even had a spanish speaking person call her. I have never had that experience before, we were extremely happy with your service and will continue to use your company in the future and when possible will recommend you highly to our friends

I have severe breathing problems and when I came home from store my air had stopped working. This was at 6 pm. The fella who answered the phone realized I had a problem and had someone come out right away to get this air working for me. The fella was here til 9 pm and could not get it working,so they made arrangements to put a new one on for me. They came and got the new air up and working, and it was done quickly. Then this week, I did call again, as my garbage disposal stopped on me. I will say theirs was more then what I had expected to pay,but the fella was able to get the orginal one working for me,so did not purchase the new one. I am very happy with this company and will keep their number handy.....

I had Parker & Sons come to my home for my annual checkup this morning. They sent out Dale the Air conditioner Tech and I was more than pleased with his performance. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what was happening with my air conditioner and actually changed my filters for me. What a pleasant young man.

I've used Parker and Sons for years and years. They are always prompt to answer the phone and to set up an appointment. They always call before arriving. When they enter my home, they put booties on to protect my floor. I've had one emergency in the late hours and they were just as prompt and reliable then as they are for a day time appointment.

A/c tech diagnosed a problem that, in his opinion, was not worth repairing on my 6 year old Trane heat pump. He recommended replacing the system. I fixed the blocked drain line myself and got the system fully operation in less than 30 minutes. I have no training. I strongly believe he was trying to just sell a new system

I've had a maintenance contract with Parker & Sons for 6 years on my air conditioning unit and am very pleased with the service I've received, the contract has covered all the parts that needed replace so far. The contract is only $10.25 per month which covers two maintenance checkup's per year and parts which are covered thru the contract. My last service was completed with a young man named Thad and I was extremely happy with him and will request him again.

I had an excellent experience with Parker and Sons. I came home from a vacation to find I had no hot water. Scheduled online with Parker and Sons and I was called back in 60 minutes. Justin came out and assessed the situation. He spent quite a bit of time explaining all of my options which I really appreciated. After this positive experience I plan on now using Parker & Sons for my air conditioning and heating needs in the future as well as plumbing. Thank you!

Our first few years in Arizona we tried our luck with various AC and plumbing companies, and were not particularly impressed with any of them. However,from the first time Parker and Sons came to our home years ago, we knew we had found a company we could trust. From our yearly AC maintenance to the rare plumbing emergency, Parker and Sons is our first and only choice. They respond quickly, charge reasonably, and do very professional work. They don't try to upsell, yet are proactive in mentioning maintenance that we will probably need in the next year or two. Excellent service, excellent workmanship... an all-around dependable company.

Todd was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He followed up the next day on parts availability and came back out to keep our heat going until part arrives. We are currently awaiting parts to arrive from manufacturer, but have been very pleased with our service from Todd and Parker and Sons up to this point. Thankyou
