Quick and easy. I was referred to Partners from the equipment dealer. After submitting my application I was presented with a quote and options on repayment. I wanted a 36 month $1.00 buyout program which they provided. Documentation was quick and painless. I am a stickler for fine print and in reading through found nothing but the normal jargon how they would come after me if I failed to pay.....understandable. There was a small hiccup at funding, I guess they had our corporate name wrong after verifying with the State. The gal in funding sent me an addendum which I signed. Quick and easy. Definitely would use them again.

Partners Capital is a great group to work with financing capital equipment. My company has done a lot of business with Partners and they have always been extremely professional and easy to work with. I have personally worked with Alex E. He is excellent at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience with Partners has been nothing but great. From start to finish I was kept informed trough out the entire process, everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Partners Capital funded a loan for ASAP Reprographics and all payments have been made. Attached is a copy of the "Bill of Sale" issued to ASAP Reprographics showing the loan has terminated and no further payments are due.

This customer financed equipment with us last year. On or about the 3rd of each month an invoice is mailed to all our...

customers, over 2,000.

All our invoices clearly state a due date and a remit to and address. Space Time’s monthly payments have all been due on the first of each month.

Space Time did not make their July usage which was due on 8/1/14. After a few days grace period, they were charged a late fee.

Attached is a copy of the monthly invoice that is mailed to Space Time along with a due date and address to send payment. Also attached is a copy of the agreement which states if a payment is late it is subject to a late fee.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by...

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action is incorrect and would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
With regards to Partners Capital Group's response, they ignored the substance
of my complaint, just like the many unreturned emails and calls I have made to Partners Capital Group regarding this issue.  After the 36 month contract for the equipment ended, they continued to deduct funds equal to the past payments out of our checking account.  They owe me the following:  12/01/15 deduction #37 of a 36 month contract from my company account of $636.39 , and 01/04/16 deduction #38 of a 36 month contract from my account of $636.39.  The first and last months payment of $1,397.78 was made on 12/13/2012.  A subsequent 34 additional automatic payments were made starting 01/07/2013 to 11/02/2015.  The 12/01/2015 payment was covered with the first and last months payment, yet you continued to deduct the same amounts for December 2015 and January 2016.  You need to refund the $1,272.78 that was removed from our checking account. I have had to take appropriate action with my bank to stop any future
removal of funds from my company account by you.  Lesson learned, never
allow Partners Capital Group to setup automatic payments.

Customer signed our agreement which clearly states “Proof of insurance must be provided to us at lease...

exception…….If you fail to timely provide such proof….we will obtain an insurance policy…you agree to reimburse us the premium”. (See attached) We offer this service to be easier to fund leases and loans and at the same time we are able to save our customers money on their insurance policy.

Customer did not provide us with proof of insurance so we obtained a policy and billed the customer as the agreement states.

August 4, 2015 customer provided us with proof of insurance. (See attached)

August 4, 2015 we removed the insurance from the customer’s bill. (See attached)

We did exactly as the customer instructed and the day we received proof of insurance we removed it. Exactly as the agreement states.

Hi [redacted],
I brought your demands to the attention of our CEO to have him sign off, and he said that there is nothing that we can do as this deal was assigned to Fin Pac back on 10/8/2015. If you wish to cancel this agreement, you will need to contact them and have these discussions with them as this is no longer our agreement to cancel.

The customer leased equipment. At the end of the lease the customer can buy the equipment, return the equipment or continue making payments on a month to month basis. The "Lease" agreement clearly states this. Please call our customer service department ASAP so we can help with this matter.

Dear Revdex.comI understand That I have to made the payment right away after they paid 100% to the Vender. But the term of my finance is  60 payments. But I gave them the total of 4 payments, but they they only count 2 payments and the other two of the payments they show on the attachment that they sent to you,  they claimed that is for the interest only they not counting that in the term of 60 payments. (I want other two of my payments $966.32 and $740.69 need to be claimed that is the payments of my 60 months term NOT for the interest only).Thank you

Mr. [redacted] please give us a call 949-916-[redacted] there is a customer service and billing option please press that. We have not received any calls or emails from you so please call and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

I financed some medical equipment for my business a year ago. I then sold my business and needed to pay off my loan. I worked with Brian at Partners Capital and he had my payoff amount in 20 minutes and the entire process was simple and fast. He even waive the $19 bill of sale fee.

We will agree to issue a refund and adjust the billing to reflect a period of December 22nd to the 31st for the first month. We also want to state the facts below and to attached signed documentation proving these facts.
Partners Capital continues to lie and misrepresent the agreement as well as what they have done.
Response: Not true. Attached are signed agreements by the customer authorizing Partners Capital to prefund his vendor 100%.
The attachment is from the tracking of the check. As you can see, it clearly states that it was sent USPS "3 Day", not the "overnight" they claim that they "always" send.
Response: USPS is an overnight delivery service which we do not charge our customer to expedite the delivery of the check to their vendor. Depending on when the check is picked up, where the check is being sent and if anyone is available to receive the shipment, it can take over a day.
Our office was closed on Friday for a company holiday party and the check was not sent on December 11th. It was funded, check cut and overnighted the very next work day.
The check was not received until December 17th. Also, we never requested 100% "Pre Funding".
Response: The customer completed a Delivery Guarantee which clearly stated they wanted us to prefund their vendor 100% before delivery which is what we did. See attached. We also called the customer to do a verbal verification at which time we were told “yes, go ahead and prefund my vendor 100%” which is what we did.
[redacted], from our office spoke to [redacted] at Partners Capital yesterday and she stated that what we should have been billed for was the time between when the vendor received the check and when the equipment was received by us and We will agree to issue a refund and adjust the billing to reflect a period of December 22nd to the 31st for the first month.installed. This would mean that we should have been billed the $30 daily interest from December 17th, when the check arrived to [redacted] and December 22nd, when the equipment was received by us and put into service. This calculates out to 5 days @ $30 per day for a total of $300. So we should receive a refund check for $671.00. I expect to have this amount "Overnighted" to us and a tracking number supplied within 3 business days to close this matter.
Response:

Customer was issued a refund back on February 9, 2015. See attached.
Regarding his other issues, the lease agreement funded on December 2, 2014 when his vendor was paid in full. See attached check #[redacted] for $15,900 payable to his vendor. The monthly payments started when we funded the lease in...

December, not in January.
Regarding the monthly ACH, the customer signed the Lease Agreement which clearly states the payments are to be made via ACH. See attached

Immediately after receiving our products we purchased the required insurance. We have NEVER been late or missed a payment on our equipment. We are now 5 months into our lease agreement and suddenly we are getting charges to our PERSONAL bank account for "insurance"(which they STOLE this account information from a check written 6 months ago for our down payment) I have NEVER given authorization to make any further charges to this account which has now over drafted my PERSONAL account. I showed them that we had all the required insurance needed and I kindly asked to be refunded and to please cover the over draft fee. The most RUDE billing department replied "no refund will be made your insurance policy has the incorrect wording" So I QUICKLY had it fixed. When I pointed out that they stole my personal bank account information he instantly got snappy and told me that they have every right to take bank information from any previous checks and debit my account as needed. My main issue is that I never received a bill, phone call, or email addressing this issue. Had they reached out to me, ALL of this could have been avoided. And now I am waiting for the owner to call me back..... Not going to hold my breath!
NEW TOPIC:
Called to potentially pay off our loan of about $14,000 and in order to do so I would have to pay nearly $34,000. This place is absolutely corrupt stay FAR AWAY!

[redacted] applied for financing, was approved, signed our non-cancelable loan documents and then cancelled. We issued a refund last month. Attached is a copy of the check that was sent overnight (another cost we incurred) to [redacted]. He said he never got the check and this is why he filed the complaint....

The check was received and cashed by his office last month.
