Review: I contacted this business to help me with problems with my computer the company assured me that they had fixed the issue upon paying them $159.99; the next day I had the same problem with my computer. The following day I contacted the company and asked for a refund because the problem was still there. The company stated that some one would call me back. I waited 2 days and called again and was informed I would get call from customer care which I never received. I then called my bank and disputed the charges and received a refund. The company proceeded to dispute my dispute and I still had never received a call from them. My bank gave them the money because the company mailed them a contract that I signed overlooking the fact that I still did not receive the services I signed to receive which resorted in me not having both my money or my computer. I finally talked to the company and they only wanted to issue me a credit of 49.99 because of the amount of time that elasped. My complaint is simple the company received $110.00 for doing absolutely nothing and I believed that I was scammed and that the company knew this entire time that this would be the outcome.Desired Settlement: I believe I should get a full refund because I had to trash my computer because it crashed due to the company not fixing what the company got paid to fix and what I also signed for them to fix. Keep in mind I threw out my computer after 10 days of them fixing my computer because I have received what I thought was a refund from my bank but ended up being given back to the company that is really a scam

I was send this email by the company and they have not given me back my refund and every time I call them there line is busy or goes unanswered the need to be shut down because they are scamming people and I would now a full refund and something to be done about this company.

Overall, satisfied with the service of QuantM. The wait times between QuantM and Mircrosoft were a bit much. But overall my experience was good. And QuantM appears to have addressed my PC problems

Review: I hired Quantm to service my computer because it would not print anymore. They worked on it remotely uninstalling old software they claimed didn't work right and installing new software. They had it working briefly for a printer test page and requested I fill out their satisfaction survey right away. In the following days upon using it, I found that it didn't work anymore and actually had new problems as a result of the software they installed. In fact, they had not fixed anything because as I later discovered, the real problem was hardware in the printer. The company had a 30 day no obligation refund policy. So I asked for a refund but they refused. Then I asked my credit card company not to pay the invoice but then the satisfaction survey was presented with a fake signature of mine in order to coerce the credit card company into paying the invoice. I don't have the capability of producing an electronic signature from my PC and the signature on the satisfaction survey looked nothing like my real signature. The "30 days no obligation refund policy" is completely bogus and the people working on my PC didn't have the necessary skills to properly troubleshoot and repair the problem. I even offered to pay a portion for the time they spent but they still refused a proper refund.

As a result of their inept "repair" I then had to pay another (local) company $362.50 to remove the malware and remote service software installed by Quantm and make my PC work correctly.Desired Settlement: I still want my refund. And I want them to stop lying about my satisfaction. I feel they should not be accredited as they are dishonest.

As per the notes from the Technician (Meenakshi K) printer issue was fixed and the tech team needs to just install AVG and C Cleaner. The Tech Team installed the software and got the SCR.It seems that customer started facing issues with the printer again and had to replace it. He called back for Refund and was offered partial refund by the tech team after deducting the cost for C Cleaner, AVG and for One Time Fix but customer said that I'll call my bank and hung up.Suresh of our customer sat team called back the customer on 11/24/2014 and tried to discuss the issue but customer was adamant and hung up. ))We have also listen to the entire support delivery process call and have the following observations:We always advise, educate and request our customers to study the contract which we sign with every customer about our detailed terms and conditions and also read our payments and refund policy at http://[redacted]/ . We expect our customers to file for refunds as per the policy and if for any reason they want an deviation from the policy and would like a higher refund then it should come as an exception request not as filing for a refund from the credit card company under mentioning that it as "fraud transaction" or using a dispute forum like Revdex.com as a platform for a requesting for refunds.On behalf of the orgnisation I would take strong objection the word "fake signature" as we do not collect any customer feedback on customer sat ourseveles but we use a reputed third part www.[redacted] who use a expreemly sophisticated system to capture and record cusotmer feedback that includes custoemr machne IP and location.Considering the services delivered by us and unsustainable false statement to the credit card company by the customer we have rejected the customer refund request. and we would not be able to process any / part of his refund as a "dispute"However we would never like to see a unhappy customer so we would strongly advice Mr [redacted] to reconsider his request and if he still feels that he would like the billing department to reevalute his request then he should follow the process as mentioned on our http://[redacted]/Assuring you best of our services and cooperation at all timeYours SincerelySanjay BHead Customer Care

Review: My computer and printer weren't working. I have an ** printer and my computer is a [redacted] and my husband, [redacted] computer is an **. When I was on the site for **, a pop-up happened for an anti-virus with support so I clicked on it. They said they will give me and my husband a one-year contract for one year for both machines. I signed the contract which I have printed out on someone else's computer since my printer, again, is not working. I called them and, on average, spend 11(eleven) hours on the phone when they fix it. The next day it stops working so I call them again and spend another eleven hours on the phone with them. This has gone on for weeks. Then I get an email from India from [redacted] who send me an email that my computer is covered for one year, but now my husband [redacted] computer is only for six months. They changed the contract so I called my bank and they are investigating it and refunded the $349.99 temporarily.Desired Settlement: I want them to accept the refund my bank gave me and give it back to my bank and I want them to have an F-Rating from the Revdex.com.

However customer told us that he doesn't need a resolution and would speak to his bank for the charge back.Our view is that since customer has already used the option of charge back from bank, there is no resolution that can be provided through this platform.
