 The fact they made a response until today goes to show how unrealistic this organization and I don't want their apology because honestly I will never be doing business with them ever. I would also like to clarify that the plates on my vehicle is the  one I went in to motor vehicle and obtain because after several back and fourth with Long Island auto find I went in to motor vehicle commission and got replacement plates and registration so I was able to drive my car. I am very thankful I don't ever have to deal with this organization and please kindlykeep your apology don't at like your organization wasn't rude and u professional the secretary they had answering the phone would pick up and hang the phone up but I guest that's the way you do business good luck to your organization .

We are sorry if this customer did not have a pleasant experience dealing with our company. If the buyer wants to get a vehicle checked out by another dealer or mechanic we are always open to that. After the vehicle is checked out it is brought back to us to verify any repair, this is common practice in the industry. The buyer also signs a document confirming this. We are happy to fix any repairs necessary before the car leaves our lot. If the buyer wants to get the vehicle checked at their dealer they use for service that is perfectly okay, but in this case that was 13 hours away from our dealership. The only thing we can offer in this case is to have the car brought to us so we can verify any repair and fix it.

 This car has a super charger on it that their mechanics could not figure out and had to outsource it toanother shop just so it would pass a NYS inspection which took over 5 days andover a hundred miles was put on the car from them. I don't know much aboutengines but what I read online about super chargers but if is not the right  tune in the engine it will blow upalso the tire where not new at the time of purchase.I have made several  calls  to speak with a manger a  and they have  never called me back

We are having a hard time taking these claims legitimately as we have paid for multiple of the services the customer claims we did not pay for. We paid for the rental car for the customer and also the towing expenses. Further, we paid to have the car fixed at the mechanic of the customer's choice....

Since that time the car to our knowledge has been without issue. We are unable to provide the customer with a new vehicle or $4500 which he claims are reparations from six missed days of work, since we have already paid for the services to have this vehicle fixed.

You have been refunded your whole down payment plus ferry fees as a courtesy.The loan has been paid off in full.You have a full 100% refund

I spoke with the manager Jim once. And that's after I submit the previous complaint and told them I'm going to report them to DMV for selling me a car and pass a new your safety inspection. Knowing that the vehicle is not safe to drive. Jim told me to come in they are going to replace the car for another for the same retail price. That wasn't the case when I got there. After looking at the new car, when it's time to sign for it. The car price hiked to almost $3000 from what I was originally told. And it was almost $4000 over the book value. Previous to that the sales manager wanted me to pay another down payment to get this new car and I ask " why should I after I already paid for the previous car already" so I'm assuming that's what they factored in the final retail price. I also contacted DMV and they told me I shouldn't have to pay another down payment. So I did not sign the contract. So now I'm left without a car and havnt gotten my down payment back as yet. This dealership is a rip off and a big scam. And also having false advertisement on their website. Example this new car is listed for $9,995 with $2,995 down payment. That total to about $12,990. Their total is over $16,000. And this particular vehicle book value is between 11,000 and 13,000 in excellent condition. Hope they get audited and people will get justice. While at the service department one day there was another customer there with the same problem.

[redacted] has been in direct contact with our General Manager, Jim. We will be purchasing this vehicle back from the customer and hope he will continue to consider us for his vehicle needs in the future despite this experience.

We are fixing this customer's car as we speak, they will be receiving it in the next day or two.

Please advise [redacted] he may once again come in and see me between the hours of 11am-5:30pm. Once again we will try to satisfy this customer. He must realize he did not purchase a new vehicle and as a preowned vehicle he can not expect it to feel or sound like a new vehicle. Not all of his concerns will be addressed, but we will make every effort to make him happy.

This refund of $1,000 has already been issued to the customer.The check was issued on June [redacted]

November[redacted]. We then contacted [redacted] to have your vehicle transported to you. I received their confirmation #[redacted]-** and they said the vehicle would be picked up within 3 days ([redacted], November[redacted]). They did not. Both [redacted] and I contacted the transport company and they told me that it would be picked up [redacted] November[redacted]. They did come and took the vehicle yesterday (11/**/14) and it is on its way. I spoke with [redacted] on[redacted], the day after this complaint was written. After speaking with [redacted] I felt that she understood all of the dynamics of this deal. We at [redacted] do a lot of out of state deals and are very proficient at it. The first delay was due to the [redacted]s bank, it took their bank 8 days to get us the check. Secondly it took the shipping company an extra 3 days to pick up the vehicle. [redacted] prides itself on delivering its' customers white glove service and we feel very bad that [redacted] + [redacted] are not completely satisfied.Thank you,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],
[redacted] purchased his 2005 Subaru Imprezza WrxSTI from Long Island Auto Find on 01/**/14 knowingly and specifically because it was equipped with custom rims, flow master exhaust, and gauges on the dashboard.   The reason this vehicle broke...

down and had catastrophic engine failure was strictly because [redacted] completely abused the vehicle. There is no warranty that will ever cover owner abuse. This engine was over revved causing the damage to the engine. When [redacted] came into the dealership to discuss his problem we told him that it was his fault and that the warranty company would not cover it. The warranty will remain in force because it will still cover other components on his vehicle. If [redacted] would like to cancel his warranty at any point he will be eligible for a prorated refund. Unfortunately we see this type of problem all the time with this type of vehicle, the customers who purchase them think they are race cars and abuse them.

respectful manner where I know they didn't do they're best but I'm pleased to move on and continue with no more hassle.  My sale rep Steve was great as always and very respectful.  The resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
