Review: Purchasing a vehicle from this company has been horrid. I agreed to a purchase price and signed the Bill of Sale on[redacted], November*, 2014. I purchased it from out of state, and agreed with the sales manager to have it shipped. It is currently November**, 2014 and they still have not shipped my vehicle. I called the shipping company directly, and they stated that [redacted] has not been in touch at all, and will not respond to any phone calls or emails. So currently, I have paid for a vehicle and carry insurance on it, and [redacted] will not cooraporate with the shipping company or me to get it to me. And it is still to date listed for sale on their website, which is 11 days after I have bought it. Both the shipping company and my bank state that [redacted] has been awful to work with, and will never do business with them again. [redacted] is deceptive and do not care about customers.Desired Settlement: Actually respond to an email or phone call from the shipping company to arranage pick-up and transport of my vehicle.

Dear [redacted], I am very surprised to see this complaint from you. As you know you signed the buyer's order on November [redacted] but your bank was the one who told you that it would take 5-10 days for [redacted] to get the money. The proceeds did not come until November[redacted]. We then contacted [redacted] to have your vehicle transported to you. I received their confirmation #[redacted]-** and they said the vehicle would be picked up within 3 days ([redacted], November[redacted]). They did not. Both [redacted] and I contacted the transport company and they told me that it would be picked up [redacted] November[redacted]. They did come and took the vehicle yesterday (11/**/14) and it is on its way. I spoke with [redacted] on[redacted], the day after this complaint was written. After speaking with [redacted] I felt that she understood all of the dynamics of this deal. We at [redacted] do a lot of out of state deals and are very proficient at it. The first delay was due to the [redacted]s bank, it took their bank 8 days to get us the check. Secondly it took the shipping company an extra 3 days to pick up the vehicle. [redacted] prides itself on delivering its' customers white glove service and we feel very bad that [redacted] + [redacted] are not completely satisfied.Thank you,[redacted]
