They said their cameras do not face the front of the garage therefore they cannot verify the damage occured in the
garage however that doesnt mean they can deny itLincoln the vp of operations was contacted also but he has not been helpful either

managedUnfortunately, I must point that we have several signs throughout the facility informing customers about our lost ticket procedureThere is a large sign when you enter the parking facility which states that lost tickets must pay the maximum rate which is $There is also a sign at each entry ticket dispenser with the same scriptThe pay stations have several messages, “Please wait for paid parking ticket”, “Lost ticket pays maximum rate” and “Remove paid ticket to exit”Enclosed you will find pictures of the signage we have throughout the parking facilitiesIn the interest of maintaining a good customer relationship, we have decided to grant a one-time courtesy refund in the amount of $Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions

been set up for the [redacted] week of January 2015. Hopefully, they will not cancel this ongoing complaint. This has been unresolved since September *, 2014.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Quik Park regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they are telling me that the quote based on photos via email they are only offering me $353.85 . They have never had an adjustor see my vehicle...

in person, they are soley basing on photos emailed by us to them. My car is very dark green-looks black and the photos do not depict the actual damage done by the quikpark parking attendant.  I took my car to an reputable auto body shop in [redacted] ** and they quoted the damage repair will cost $1004.66   I cannot put this thru my insurance as a claim as my deductible was $1000.00 at the time of this incident.I feel the offer of $353.85 is very unfair since I did not do this damage and why am I paying such a huge shortage for damage that their parking attendant did. I have been trying since November 2015 to get Quikpark claims dept to resolve this fairly with me. I have been in touch with the manager John M[redacted] email: [redacted]  phone: ###-###-####I have suggested a get a 2nd quote but so far Quikpark keeps telling me there quote is $353.85there is damage to my front left fender in front of the wheel, dent chipped paint and my bumper is dented and there is a good size cap under front end where bumper is under. I feel a quote done with a body shop that actually see the vehicle in person is a more valid quote than viewing emailed photosI hope you can assist me with this situation thank you,[redacted]###-###-####

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Quik Park regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted], Chief Counsel for Quik Park emailed me. He stated  "[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]...

[redacted] [redacted]".I asked him to please check the cameras when my car entered the garage because the manager told me there are cameras "everywhere" in the garage. The next day he emailed me back saying he had determined that I caused the damage but because I was a "valued" customer they would deduct $150 off my next month's garage rental. I told him this was unacceptable and I would not accept less than the full amount of the damage. I have had no further communication with Quik Park. I am in the middle of looking for a new garage and plan to sue them in small claims court if this is not resolved.
