Review: Park car at one of their garages. The car was returned damage, filed a claim and was told that I'll get a response after 5 days.

After 3 weeks and calling their number over a dozen times, I still haven't got a response back from them.Desired Settlement: Pay for the repairs, quote for repairs at $631.47.

Review: This business is engaged in parking cars. I pay them monthly to park my car at their garage in Long Island City. They have driven my car into a wall on two separate occasions causing significant and expensive damage. The first claim that was filled out was in march and the second 9 days ago. The business has responded to neither claim while their [redacted] has reached out to say that he is working on resolution. The metal of my car is exposed because of the damage and each day that it goes unfixed the problem worsens. I need this business to process the claims through their insurance and issue a check payable to me or to my auto body shop to repair the damage that they have caused.Desired Settlement: I need this business to process the claims through their insurance and issue a check payable to me or to my auto body shop to repair the damage that they have caused.

Review: I used to park at the garage located at [redacted] from august to december of 2014. On several occasions, my car had scratches on the bumper as well as one of the doors, and the final straw for my canceling my contract with them was because of a scrape on the rear bumper corner that I had to pay $350 to have repaired. Because I did not see it until I got home, I was not able to claim it with them. But I checked the car before I dropped it off, and I did not go out after I returned home that day (and I park in a private driveway as I do not live in NYC, so it did not happen at my home). The numerous scratches on my bumper, the deep scrape on the corner, and the one long, deep scratch on my door made me decide to use a parking lot down the street.Desired Settlement: I would like this noted in the records for future customers to see. I would also like at least an apology for the damage done to my car.

Review: I recently purchased a parking pass for a Yankee Game as which my wife did two weeks prior. I keep receiving e-mails from [redacted] to verify my account. I "login" to this [redacted] account and find out I now have an online account with them and there is no way of deleting my information from there website due to the fact Quik Park uses them as a third party payment. My payment was honored by my credit card company as well as Quick Park. I tried to delete my account with [redacted] and cannot unless I verify my identity (i.e. driver's licenses, address). I refuse to do such since I was never informed by Quick Park that I had to create a [redacted] account in order to Park at [redacted] or that I had to verify my identify with [redacted] just to park in a garage that I already paid for. I called [redacted] and they also asked me for my social security number in order to delete the account. I am very upset considering my wife used Quick Park and did not have to go through such a thing to purchase the parking pass. Since when do you need to verify your identify with a parking garage. I will call the Attorney General if this issue is not resolved.Desired Settlement: All I want to do is delete the [redacted] account who has all of my information.

Went to Yankee game paid for parking at the machine but did not get my ticket back. Was forced to pay twice in order to leave the parking garage. Make sure you get your ticket back if you pay at the machine. [redacted] parking garage-[redacted]

Review: I dropped my car off at the quik park on [redacted] on tuesday september **, 2015so I could work in [redacted]. I have a roof rack on my car but I was able to fit within the parameters of the garage without any issue and the attendant assured me that it would fit fine. I went to pick my car up later and they had me waiting for over a half hour. When I picked up my car I noticed that my roof rack had shifted but didnt notice any intial damage until I was on the turnpike and it became difficult to drive. They destroyed ny roof rack bendig all bars and cracking certain parts. Not only did I wait longer than everybody else but they didnt notify me of the damage done. And on top of that I still gave a tip. And I have been calling the claims department non stop but no one will answer. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have pictures, a receipt and witnesses as well.Desired Settlement: Other. I would like compensation for damages done to my car in quik park garage on [redacted] on september ** 2015.

Review: After numerous issues with me getting my car in a timely fashion and complaining in the past I attempted to contact customer service via the website as I have always been instructed to do by the managers of the quik parking lot facility. This has not been my first complaint. The last time I attempted to reach out to their customer service representative Lisa M[redacted] who takes care of monthly parking customers I received no reply. This is an ongoing issue with the company. I call, leave messages and get no reply back. This time I was so furious after my car not being ready 6 times straight and the manager constantly giving excuses to my pregnant wife that its our fault not theres I was fed up and request credit towards future billing as well as parking my care in a closer spot.Desired Settlement: I desire that they credit my account 1 month of free parking for their continued decline in service and poor performance.

Review: My car received damages on 5/**/205. Garage manager filled out a complaint form, and informed me that someone will contact me within several days. A Quik Park representative contacted me a week later, telling me to expect a claims representative to contact me now within 3 weeks after they conduct their internal investigations. It has now been over 2 months, and I have NOT heard from them nor do they return calls. I left messages and call several times a day. NO ONE answers the phones there. I'm about to get my insurance company involved suggesting they sue them for such terrible service.Desired Settlement: Please complete investigation and repair my vehicle. The complaint report filed clearly explains the parking attendants were at fault.

Review: We gave our garage 30 days notice we were moving out of the city, and June [redacted] would be our last day. We expected we'd be pro rated for the short month on our normally monthly charge. We received our bill for the entire month of June, which we tried to correct, but customer service avoided us. We left four messages with them over several days, and when we used the "speak to someone immediatly" function they hung up on us after explaining they do not pro rate departing monthly customers. Their customer service is awful, and their policy of effectively tripling the rate for departing customers is deplorable (they told us if we did not pay for the full month, we had to pay the daily rate, 3 times higher). We stopped payment on our monthly charge. They also misused our car - I have pictures of the scratches and damage that were not on the car before we started using their service. I've routinely seen them jump into the car from an open driver window because they park the cars close enough they can't open the door - all the scratches are from this, or other cars' mirrors.Desired Settlement: We would like them to end our service June [redacted] - they day we removed our car from their garage - and charge us a pro rated rate off of the monthly. We also want them to pay for a thorough cleaning, and the fixing of any scratches not on the car when we entrusted it to their care.

Review: My car was damaged in one of company's parking garages (the [redacted] location) last year, and the [redacted] had me fill out a claim form. After waiting for a few months to hear back, he told me to simply get the car fixed myself, which cost me $300, and then pay $300 less on my monthly bill. That's what I did. Since then, all my bills have had the extra $300 on them, AND I've been charged late fees every month for not paying that $300. Every time I've talked to the [redacted] about it, he says he's spoken to someone at quikpark and they've said it'll be taken care of. Today (May *) I spoke to someone at quikpark and she had no idea what I was talking about and they had no record of a claim.

For months I've emailed repeatedly about this and no one has EVER gotten back to me. I've left multiple messages on the customer service number as well, which have never been returned. I've put notes on the bills explaining the situation, and no one has ever attempted to fix the problem or to contact me.Desired Settlement: I expect to stop being billed for the $300 I do not owe (since the [redacted] told me that was the reimbursement for damaging my car) and to have all "late fees" (imposed only for not paying the $300, not for actually being late) taken off the bills as well.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased 2 bus parking permits for the [redacted] lot at Yankees Stadium on June **, 2015 totaling $276. When I learned that the bus company had also purchased 2 permits, I then attempted to get a refund for the ones I had bought. After I e-mailed customer service about the problem, they directed me to a link in the confirmation e-mail I received for the purchase of the permits to process the refund. When clicking on the link, the message read "request is already being processed." I waited a few days and when the refund was not reflected in my account I notified customer service. Their reponse was "I will get back to you shortly." That was on June [redacted]. I waited until July [redacted] and e-mailed customer service again with no luck. Reaching someone on the phone number that is listed on their website is nearly impossible and if there is an answer its an answering machine. On July [redacted], I e-mailed customer service again and stated that I'd like to resolve the issue without seeking legal counsel. They immediately responded and said that they had not seen my prior e-mails. They asked for the confirmation codes of the permits which I provided on July [redacted]. On July [redacted], customer service said through an e-mail that they were "working on my request." It's now been 5 weeks. How long does it take to "work on" a refund?

[Your Answer Here]

I received a voicemail from an "operations manager" several days after I filed my complaint with Revdex.com. I have tried to reach this person about 10 times in total, leaving 5 messages with no returned call. It has become obvious this company has no intentions of refunding my money and hopes I will just go away.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I stayed at the Empire Hotel June ** -July *,2014 and they had valet parking with Quik Park On July * valet parking returned our car while we were saying goodbye to our daughter They packed our luggage in the car and rushed us to leave and kept trying to give me our parking ticket. I thought it was because there was no where to park and they where busy. On our way home to Pittsburgh Pa we stopped to get gas and noted the car had damage on the back below the lift gate and black bumper. I called the hotel immediately and told them about it. Quik Park had me get 2 estimates and email them pictures which I did. They are refusing to pay for it this is a brand new car with 5600 miles on a 2014 Chevy Traverse. No damage has ever been done to this car its only a few months old. They took my car and became liable for it. I got 2 estimates the damage is 960.00 . They became responsible for my car once they drove off with itDesired Settlement: I would like them to send a check for the repair on my car. I sent them the estimates they know the damage occurred there my car was not damaged.

Review: While visiting NYC on 5/**/14, I parked in the Quik Park [redacted] at [redacted]. A parking attendant took my keys and parked my car while my family and I walked to meet a wedding party. Upon return to the garage, the attendant returned my car to me, but pulled my car out of an elevator backwards (rear first) and pulled into a dark area for me to enter my car. At that time, I was unaware of any damage to my vehicle, as it was late and I was eager to return to my lodgings for the night. Upon return to Queens (where I was staying), I saw that my car had been badly damaged, scraped and indented, on the passenger's rear door. I called the garage immediately and started the claim process. Since then, I have been calling repeatedly with NO ONE answering the phone (with the exception of once when I was asked to send them photos and estimate). It has been almost 2 months and still no calls, mailings, or any reply whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would like this garage to pay for the damages of my car, which I submitted for the amount of $777.67, plus a refund of the $38.00 I was charged to park, plus the cost of a rental while my car is repaired (one week).

This is about the Quik Park location a[redacted]n downtown Brooklyn. These guys are a disaster. I parked my car here in January while traveling. When I got back it had huge white stains on the hood that cost $250 to have professionally removed. The stains were caused by some kind of corrosive substance that damaged and scratched the clear coat. No one at the garage could tell me how the stains got there. Instead the attendants were rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Do not use.

Review: I parked my car at the "Quik Park" parking garage at [redacted], while at the NYC International Auto Show, and found my vehicle to have damages when I returned. There was a small dent just above the front passenger wheel. While I was paying for my parking I saw an attendant parking a Ferrari, in front of where I was standing near the register, the man hit the bumper of the expensive car twice into a metal railing. The second time I put my hands up in furry to make the man aware of what he had done. Luckily the Ferrari's bumper was Plastic and more forgiving than the body of my Fiat. As I was waiting for the police to arrive I watched as another man complained about damage to his rear fender but left without filing a report. All of this the men were unfazed by, and continued to drive the vehicles at considerable speed around the small garage, something even the police pointed out. Their negligence and arrogance to these issues is unsettling. I will NEVER park in their garages or any garage for that matter ever again, my car is much safer on the street with the insane taxi cabs than in those tight garages filled with careless employeesDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the amount of which I am given an estimate for and actions taken to improve their facility.

Review: I bought a car from a friend that is currently inoperably and stored at a Quik Park garage.

In May of 2013 I took the title and a letter from the previous owner and showed the garage manager to make them aware that I would be paying the monthly fees. I gave them all of my contact information at that time, as well as brought the parking fees current and paid in full.

Up until March [redacted], 2014 I did not receive one bill or statement, even though I had gone into the garage repeatedly to ask them what is going on. Each time I went to the garage the employees act as if they have never seen me, didn't know anything about the situation, and never asked me to fill out a new rental application. They were also unable to take a payment from me, because they could not locate the vehicle or account on the monthly billing records, and hence, the parking fees have gone unpaid. Now they have put a lien on it for unpaid parking fees, and are threatening to auction it off.

*As a side note, this company does not use an external lien company, but has put a lien on the car "in-house" which seems extremely suspicious to me. As well, they have changed (increased) the amount that I owe them by nearly $2300 in the past 7 days.

The last time I went into the garage was on March *, 2014, the [redacted] told me that each time he inquired about who to bill for the parking fees, the owner responded that "he was handling it".

On that day, March [redacted], 2014 I again attempted to make a payment for parking fees, but was told the vehicle was "removed" from the monthly billing list and that I would not be able to make a payment since it was not showing up in the system.

Previously one of the managers mentioned to me, he "has lots of people that would buy that car". I believe that the managers of this garage or company purposefully did not charge me monthly so that the amount would be too high for me to pay off, and that I would "have to walk away from it".

I know that I have been very communicative with this company and they are responding as if they have never heard from me, or met me, which is completely untrue. I am looking for a reasonable settlement so I can remove the vehicle as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove any and all associated with the boot of the vehicle and the lien, as well give me a reasonable amount of time to pay off the fees, approximately 30 days, without any additional parking fees.

Sincerely,

Review: I used a coupon at this garage but the attendant stated I could not use it. I explained I was here in the allotted time but I was late. No where on the coupon did it state that if I come after 10 am the coupon is not good. He said too bad and would not release my car until I paid the full price, I actually used less time then I was alloted. I left at the time specified.Desired Settlement: refund 20 dollars they over charged me.

Sincerely,

Review: I am resident at the building connected to the garage located on [redacted]. Quik Park leased the space from River Place, which is the building I am in. Not only are they over capacity, but they damaged my front bumper, refuse to return my calls and the manager, Leo seems to not care. He tells me to contact the office. I do and still no response. I did speak to someone at the office, but I was promised a call back, but still I haven't heard from this company.

In addition, their Garage D License has expired on 3/**/15. I do have documentation should the Revdex.com need it.

The way this garage works is to either text or call for your vehicle for which they recommend to give the garage approximately one hour to ensure your vehicle is ready.

After speaking to the garage manager Leo, he told me he would make sure the garage is on time and punctual. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and at times the person you call or speak to fails to make a note to have my vehicle ready for me to take.

Finally, the garage is over capacity from the employees have told me and others. I have pictures of that as well. They block the entrance and or exit to the garage which is a major safety issue and concern.Desired Settlement: I would like the executive office from the company to contact me since dealing with their customer service department is extremely difficult and not helpful.

I also would like someone to review the damage of my vehicle and make a prompt payment to the body shop of my choice as well as any rental car expenses I will incur due to the front bumper being repaired.

In addition, I want the manager and the staff of the garage to be held accountable for their actions. I also would like the garage to follow proper capacity guidelines for that specific garage and ensure the safety for the patrons/customers and the garages staff.

Finally, I expect a refund for the lack of customer service, accountability and unprofessional treatment I have received.

Review: I parked in one of their parking lots close to three month ago. Upon leaving the lot, I noticed that there was damage to the right front of my car. I quickly informed an attendant without leaving the lot that there was damage. I was told to come back the next day so that a report could be filled out, upon my arrival of the [redacted] who works from 8am-4pm every day except the weekends. Since I leave work at 6pm it was too late for it that day. I asked for the report to be filled out right away but was told that they did not have the authority to fill out such a report without the [redacted]. Upon arriving at the lot the next day, I was told that a report would be filled out by the [redacted] who was reluctant to fill out the report to say the least. When I explained the situation he said he would file the report although I should have done it before leaving. I explained to him that your employees told me that they do not file such report and he agreed. I came back to the lot on several occasions to receive a copy of the report but was told that "they do not give out copies, just a claim number and to call the number in 5 business days". I did exactly that but did not receive a response for longer than a month. At which point I browsed the internet for emails of potential employees of the company. After sending out an email that specifically told my story and my intention to take legal action, I received a phone call from a nice person with name "[redacted]" who instructed me on what to do. He told me to "take pictures of the car" and also "get an estimate" of the damage. He also told me that upon sending him the email with the estimate and pictures that they would send me a check for the damages via mail in a maximum 2 week span. I did both of those things and emailed them to the instructed email. Since that point I have not been able to reach anyone at Quik Park for around 4 weeks. I have emailed over 5 times, called pretty much everyday and even went back to the lot. All of this was to no avail none of this has resulted in any resolution. The damage on my vehicle is less than a thousand dollars which is not a significant amount because my car is luxury vehicle. They charge anywhere from $21 to $80 to park a car for a less than 24 hour span. I have paid them a significant amount of money in last half a year as I work conveniently close to the lot. The car was 2 days old when I brought it into the lot, so it did not have and still does not have any other damage on it. All I want them to do is pay for the damage that they caused.Desired Settlement: I just want them to pay for the damage that they caused to the car.

Review: I was previously on a month to month contract with Quik Park for my parking garage (garage 4 located at [redacted]) with automatic withdrawal. They require a 2 month advance notification to cancel the contract and stop the billing. I sent them two emails with all required information and left several voicemails starting in October. They made no attempt to get back to me and took the money out of my account for the month of December 2015 for $275. I have since been able to catch them on the phone once and they promised to refund my account in 7 to 10 business days. It has been over 10 days and now they are not returning my phone calls again.Desired Settlement: I want my account to be credited back the $275 for the month of December.
