Mr. [redacted],
We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding
your Sedona Beauty Secrets account. We take complaints very seriously and we
hope this response will provide you with additional information.  We received...

your order on February 11, 2014.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly
state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of
your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further
charges.  They also indicate that “you must
take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the
amount of $94.31 eight days from the date of your order processing for the
product.”  Our purchase terms also
specify that if you cancel your account within the trial period you will be
required to return the included 30 day supply within 15 days of the cancelation
date.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our
website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order
confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written
version of the terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating
that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks
that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they
did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our
customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you
during your trial period, you were charged $94.31 on February 19, 2014. The
first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on February
21, 2014 after you had already been charged. Your account was immediately
canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.
At that time we reminded you of
the terms of the offer that were agreed to at the time of your order which
state that once the trial period has ended, product from the initial shipment
is not eligible for a return or a refund.
However, in an effort to maintain
our standard for customer satisfaction we made an exception and allowed you to
return your product for a refund or to receive a $55.00 refund in lieu
of returning the product. You refused all offers and opted to file a frivolous
complaint instead. The following return instructions were sent to you outlining
the procedure to receive a full refund.
Dear [redacted],
This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelled. You will no
longer receive charges or shipments.
The RMA number you requested is [redacted]. This is valid for one package.
Under the Return Policy, you may only return one package for credit. The
package must be received before [redacted] to qualify for credit. If your
return is received opened or damaged there will be a $19.60 repackaging fee.
Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package.

Mr. [redacted],
We do not offer any products other than Sedona Beauty Secrets. If you placed an order with another company you will need to contact them directly.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not happy with this because when I ordered the product that I actually paid for it did state that I would be charged 94.31,if it stated that I would have never ordered the the product.
Regards,
[redacted]

I've ordered sedona beauty secrets on 2/3/14, and canceled the order on 2/11/14. I called to get the authorization number and ask for a full refund, because I've never opened the package. They said that I will get only $70.00 from $94.31 they charged my credit card because I've canceled on the eight day, when I had 7 days trial. When I told them that I received the actual package on 2/6/14, which gave me 5 days trial, they said that the trial is calculated from the day I've placed the order, not the day I received the package. The person who answered the call was very rude, and did not have any customer service skills. I am very unhappy with this company, because I never experienced before not getting the full refund for something I've never used. I hope they will never get accredited by Revdex.com.

I did not want any of your products after I recieved the sample and I sent back the first box you sent me without ever opening the box. Now you have sent me another shipment which again will be sent back to you without ever opening the box. I demand a cancellation and a refund on both items you have sent me which I sent back without opening the box so your product has not even been touched by my hands. You are obviously a very crooked company according to the many reports on the internet talking about how rotten you are as a business. All you want to do is screw people out of money. If I receive one more box and money is taken out of my account I will have to contact my attorney and proceed with a lawsuit. By the way I have been waiting for your so called customer service for over 30 min. now and am still waiting while I have looked at other complaints and then came to this site to tell you what I think. My bank is also putting a stop to you taking anythin out of my account from here on out. It's companys like you that put a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope you go down big time and end up on the street.
Sincerely,
