The Revdex.com has contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with your request to cancel and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
[redacted] signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management which took effect on December 01, 2009 for thirty-six (36) months. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, the initial term of the agreement is for thirty-six (36) months and Agreement automatically renews for an additional thirty-six (36) months renewal term if [redacted] does not notify Waste Management in a written notice of termination at least (90) days, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, per Section 2 of the termination of the then-existing term. Please see attached Service Agreement.
[redacted] failed to give Waste Management notice of termination within Section 2's allotted time period. Therefore the Agreement automatically renewed for an additional 36-months.

Sent: Thursday, October 19, 2017 6:27 PMSubject: Complaint#[redacted][...] They want me to move the bag. I am not moving the bag. That's why I purchased it! I'm going to try to attach photos. I can't even get to my carport! I'm trying to get in touch with my township to see if they can get it removed for me. I will never use their service again. I know other people who have bought the bag, and don't live on prairie land either! I'm also going to complain to the stOres that sell these bags, as to what a rip off this is. Raul confirmed he spoke to you on 12/17/2015 and apologizes, for the misunderstanding on the conversation you had with our representative Joyce. All our records indicate that Joyce offered you a one-time credit of $18.77 from the September 2015 invoice, leaving a balance of $55.13 for that bill period only. This adjustment included full credit of all surcharges (fuel, environmental, regulatory cost recovery, etc.) on that September 2015 bill period, that are normally not credited or waived and would not be approved for future bills. At this time there are no further credits due on your account. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

Upon review of your accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] issued the necessary credits on your accounts. I apologize you were not informed of the fees associated with new service. I have conveyed your concerns to the call center supervisors for additional training and or coaching of our customer service representatives. Regarding the removal fee, we charge removal fees to every subscription customer for the removal of the WM carts, as there are costs involved to operate our trucks.

On October 21, 2016, you contacted Waste Management to discuss billing issues and cancel your account for November 23, 2016 at [redacted]  You were advised that you would receive back the unused portion if you made a full payment. At this time, we have processed a reversal of the unused portion for $38.42 back to you [redacted]
