I reviewed your account to understand what caused an invoice to generate. Waste Management charges a removal charge to cover the costs associated with the removal of our equipment.

No, I do not feel that Waste Management is being fair in charging me 3 times my last billing and damages. Especially since my last billing was 4 times higher than my normal monthly billing for 20 years.  I have been a loyal customer of there's for 20 plus years and now when I would like to be done they are trying to bully me. I have no problem paying the $50 pick up charge, but do not feel it is right for them to bully me into either staying with them or paying all the extra. I now agree with the statement made by some of my coworkers and neighbors that Waste Management got to big and forgot what customer service is. Again I have no problem paying the pick up charge. I don't believe I signed the contract because I do not do contracts especially that long ago. I know other people have there dumpsters filled past the top and are not charged extra. Is Discrimination taking place why was I charged extra? I don't want to be bullied by them any more. Are they going to hold that contract over me after I am dead because I didn't do what section 2. I Believe a workable agreement can be made, Waste Management is not even trying to work out the situation

exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you called multiple times to report we missed your trash. Our agent reached out to you and determined that you were using a container from the previous provider. We alerted our operations to exchange the container for one of ours, and that was completed yesterday. To prevent any future misses, our agent will continue to monitor your account for the next month. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service, and the experience you received does not reflect our standards. We have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause of the error and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
You called us on numerous occasions to report lack of service, and our agents advised that, due to the weather, there were operational delays. Jeanne confirmed she spoke to you and you were serviced on Friday the 10th. Jeanne will continue to monitor your account for the next month to ensure you are serviced.
Regarding your rates, prices have dropped as of June 1, 2016 with a base rate for trash at $12.00 per month. We have corrected your account by crediting the difference per your June 2016 and October 2016 invoices.

However, this is the same resolution that they have claimed in three previous contacts with the company's customer support and billing departments. My trash was picked up and I did receive a message from a local manager. We will see if services to my address improve over the next few weeks. If not something different will have to be done.

In response to your last comment, [redacted] Apartments can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination.

I had Disposall Garbage and Recycle pickup when we first moved to Palm Harbor from Dunedin. After a month or two of service they did not pickup our recycle. I called about the missed service and was promised a special pickup...which never came. Since our neighbor has Waste Management I thought I'd go with them. Again, once a week pickup of garbage and recycle. All was good the first week. Then last week (our second week) they did not pickup the recycle. I called on Friday and a truck did come by and pick up the recycle. So, here we are on the 3rd week...again, they picked up the garbage on Thursday, but not the recycle. I sent an email about the missed pickup and after a couple of hours I called. It is after 5 PM. Will they pick it up tomorrow? Mind you, I'm positive this missed pick up will not be deducted from my monthly bill. I am now looking for another (my 3rd) company. While in Dunedin for over 20 years I cannot remember a missed pickup...I'm sure there had to be one or two. I'm used to excellent service.

I made a deal with insurance company, they first said I couldn't prove what happened, so they refuse to pay. But then they worked with me and settled for half the cost

Complaint Type: Service Issues Problem: Waste management failing to pick up my trash on the day assigned by them to pick up my trash. When I called to cancel my service and schedule for waste management to pick up my trash, I spoke to a Lana who guaranteed the problem would be resolve and that she knew how to fix the problem by hitting them where it hurt in their pockets talking about the trash collectors. I guess that did not work because my trash was not picked up.  Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Billing Adjustment
