Dear Sir: I sent you my watch for band repair (10/15) which you then sent to TagHeuer as you were unable to fixYou also did a professional case and band polishing and replaced all gaskets with a pressure test certification (Repair number 191312)After the watch was returned (12/28/15) my only contact with the watch was to put it on in the AM and take off in the PMThe first time however I wore it in water to swim it was obvious that it leakedI was assured on the phone that it would be fixed under warrantyHow ever after returning the watch I was informed that the warranty was void as the crown had been loosenedI DID NOT LOOSEN THE CROWN, and in fact this must have been done by your techniciansYou then wanted to do another repair for $(repair # 191312)I refused and asked that you return watchYou insisted that I pay for return which I did on 7/5/with assurance watch would be shipped in 5-daysIt has been a month and I still have not received my watchYou have been totally dishonest from the beginning and I hope my experience may deter others from doing business with you - and I still want my watch back! Customer requested this service, but was not quoted for this service nor did they pay for the serviceUltimately it is the customers responsibility actually read the quote we provide to make sure they are paying for exactly what they want are wanting Given the customers dissatisfaction I offered to pay for the shipping both ways in order to provide a quote for the additional work

For a mere $93, (shipping included), I was able to have my favorite watch that I have ever owned repaired and back on my arm I had to have a new crystal and new gasketsMy watch is a LaSalle, which is probably the slimmest ladies watch ever madeIt is unique and no longer made--therefore, I was afraid that I would not be able to have it repairedI received the BEST service you could EVER ask forI received the watch back in less than six weeks-and the watch looked brand newThey threw in a deep cleaningI am this company's BIGGEST fan, and will definitely be a repeat customer if I should need another watch repair

The watch arrived on friday, I personally tested it and found that it works. It was shipped today: [redacted] The one year warranty period has been restarted to the date it is delivered to the customer.

There was zero process for over months before I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comIt seems that after I was told that a claim would be filed on July ** 2014, the claim process appears to have started in Early October.
I have entrusted the company with my watch and a fair amount of cash and I am still without eitherThis is going on now for a substantial amount of timeUntil the company acts in a responsible and ethical manner, and I have either a refund, or the watch, this claim is unresolvedIt is not my job to wait for their insurance investigation, which again I have actually zero proof there is even a claim that has been filed at allIf it is true that the watch was simply lost in the mail, that's fine, but the business should act professionally and do what's needed to satisfy the customerInstead this has turned into nothing but a hassle and unneeded headacheWhen it is time for the business to step up and do the right thing, instead they have evaded and ignoredVery shady indeedThere should is no excuse to operate on such a negligent and discourteous level.

Customer authorized us to send the watch to GG factory 10/**/Estimate provided by factory 1/**/Estimate was to hand make discontinued strap in *** where the watch currently isCustomer was advised this would take several monthsAll claims backed up with documentation from the
factory provided to customer by way of email.Customer threatened owner of company claiming he "has ways of getting the watch back"When asked for clarification, threat repeatedAsked if police should be notified, and customer said yesLaw enforcement in customer's county was notified, and documented with a unique action ID.Nonetheless, repair is proceeding overseas as instructed and approved by customer and will be completed in the next month or so

I sent my watch in for repair in January After much hounding, I finally received my watch in late JuneThey finally admitted they sent it to "the factory"
My complaint is I was charged for a band that wasn't included and I've been unable to get the band or a creditTheir usual reply is "*** *** * *** *** *** ***"It has become apparent they have no intent to return the money I paid for the band
