The package was shipped via [redacted] tracking # [redacted] .The first attempt for delivery was made on the [redacted] December and it was refused.Since it was refused the package was returned back to us.In such a case of is considered as a buyers remorse case.In such a case the buyer has to pay or the return shipping and also 15% re-stocking fees as well.This is the major reason the buyer is unhappy.There is no fault of the seller.Please disregard the complaint
