Extrememly pleased with the fast shipping (virtually next day), and the quality of the production I ordered a replacement exterior door handle, and utilized the 1A Auto installation video to do the work myself

I was referred to 1Aauto by a friend who highly recommended them based on his experience with them in the past I needed a part for my car which was actually more expensive from these guys, but going off of my friends claim, I ordered it from them anyway I was going to be leaving on a trip the following week and based on their "item in stock ships in 2-business days" based on my zip code for this item I figured that would be good timing And so I did not select day shipping for extra money because of their instock shipping When I did not receive the item on the third day I inquired them by their online chat Jessica said that she would relay the message about the 2-business day problem but said that there was nothing they could do I asked for a discount/credit of $which was the difference between their price and the part store I should have bought it from She said "NO" because they already gave me free shipping and I should have ordered day if I really needed it I told her I would have if I hadn't been lead to believe it would be here in 2-days! I will not be purchasing from these guys again and I will be letting my friend know of how this purchase went I am now having to borrow a car for my tripFor a company that states "Satisfaction guarateed" and that we take pride in our customer service, sure failed this time!

I found 1A Auto online through a Google search and they had the part I wanted for a relatively cheap price so I placed the order
I was astonished to find that they had tried to charge my card times for the same order however, I contacted them, and one of the orders was canceled, and the other were supposed to drop off as pending charges on the account, which I will have to wait to see as this all hapopened in the last hour

My first experience wit 1aauto I purchased a set of struts received & received them in a days And shipping was freeI recently installed the struts & I'm very happy with the performance.A few days ago I made my 2nd purchase from 1aauto and again I got my items in days with free shipping.Very happy customer and will shop 1aauto for future car part needs

1A Auto sold me a pair of "halo" headlights that could get you killed Even the high beams don't illuminate feet in front of the car A storm took out the streetlights one night, and I still don't know how I made it home alive It wouldn't surprise me if they had a ton of wrongful death lawsuits filed against them

I am a female looking for parts for a friend in my spare time1A Auto, was the easiest website to navigateThey showed the most specific parts to assist in your shopping experience AND I had to call after because of a mistake I made in ordering (friend gave me wrong info) and the customer service was the most professional, polite people I have talked to in a long time!

I started with a google search to find suspension parts for my vehicle and 1A Auto link appeared as an early resultAfter doing some comparison on prices among some of the sites found their pricing to be highly competitiveI took a shot and ordered
Delivery was quick and communication and tracking was provided promptlyI proceeded to have our mechanic install the parts, however control arms/sway bar links appeared not to function to our mechanics standardsI contacted customer support and was pleasantly surprised to see them back their product and send a return label to have the product refunded
Still nervous since part of the kit we utilized that the refund process would be unfavorable proceeded to ship the unwanted parts backAs mentioned within days of receipt of the package a refund was credited to my accountVery impressed with how the issue was resolved and would certainly consider purchasing again in the future from 1A

This company is great, ordered front wheel bearings for my NIssan Titan,received them right away but 1 got damaged in shipment,no fault of the company,I called the company and they shipped out another 1 right away.Very friendly and courteous customer service,also ordered all the rotors and brake pads which were delivered right away with no hassles or confusion,They had a video on line of step by step how to do the repairs.I was impressed.
Called everyone except Obama to tell them about this company and my experience..

1A Auto, inc are the best company with excellent customer service that will go above and beyond to help you out with any issue or concern you may have with your order... I had ordered the wrong, (Mazda Mpv catalyc convertor rear instead front) the mistake was by the shop I fixed my car and I was worried that I paid over $300 for the wrong and actually couldn't even blame the seller for this mistake, but after contacting the customer service thy sent me "return shipping" label by ups and refund me the full amount including the overnight shipping I paid before. I really appreciate what you guys did for me and even searched all over the internet so I can give and show my appreciation.

I ordered a transmission linkage cable for my GMC Envoy due to the original cable bound up and broke not expectantly. To make matters worse none of the major parts chain had the part and the local dealership wanted 150.00 just for the cable. I got on the internet and of course it searches car id, parts train, partsgeek, rock auto, ebay ect. then I ot on youtube and trailvoy forums and going back and forth and seen Mike [redacted] from 1aauto putting himself+technician working on cars like the average joe drives with torque specs and tools to complete the job the shopping experience was good also shipping was super quick with no damage with the exact oem cable so thank you

1A Auto is not where you want to buy anything from. My entire experience was bad.

I received incorrect customer service from 1A Auto. The customer support assistant told me the package had been returned to sender however the parcel was sitting in the post office without the complete address on the label. The shipping label only included one line of the shipping address, not the two I put on the website. If I enter two lines on the website for the shipping address, the product will not come to the correct location unless the two lines are printed on the shipping label. Not a difficult concept.

In addition, 1A Auto's product was incorrect. It did not fit. I was told "This part is GUARANTEED TO FIT a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck". My truck is stock and the part does not it.

Product as described. Fast shipment. Quality product. Excellent value!

I ordered front end parts for my 2008 GMC Yukon. They told me there was 1 in stock and it would ship out the next day. After 10 days of not receiving anything and noticing that they had drafted the money from my checking account, I called customer service. Customer service said that one of the ball joints was on back order and a tentative date of June was given. it would have been nice for someone to call me and let me know that my order was another 6-8 weeks away at best. this is a poor way to do business. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I came across 1A Auto searching Youtube for videos on how to change the f/r struts & front control arms on my car. After finding great videos done by A1 Auto I purchased the control arms from them strictly because I knew I had gotten a LOT of benefit from the videos (not to mention a price in the ballpark of other parts shops). This past Saturday I changed all the components & the car (148K miles) rides GREAT! I had checked with my mechanic & they would have charged me $575, so a HUGE savings in doing it myself. Thanks 1A Auto!
