Our sales manager has been in daily contact with Mr.R [redacted] and has explained this problem with his vehicleWe have spoken to the Jeep Service department and they have advised us that the part that is needed to repair this vehicle due to manufactures negligence in a defective part , and is in back order from CanadaThey are awaiting for them to send the specific parts in order to correctly process and repair the vehicleWe have explained that to the customer and are in constant communication with Jeep Service departmentIn regards to the rental, we have been awaiting authorization from the Jeep corporate company to allow for a loaner We explained to the customer that Jeep is now in complete guarantee that they will 100% reimburse the customer for a rental car until his vehicle is repairedWe have spoken to [redacted] and he is very appreciate and happy with us and is satisfied with our efforts in this unfortunate situation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Everything in the response was a complete and total outright lieThey did not fix the thermostat, check engine light or tire pressure sensorsThey don't even have a shop on site to fix anythingCentury had my car at there location for weeks and not only didn't fix anything, and they didn't respond to any of my callsWhen I went to pick up my car after weeks, I drove off the lot and the check engine light and tire pressure sensors were still onAnd since my first complaint to them my car has been back in the shop and has had the exhaust manifold replaced which cost another $1,and the $I spent on the warranty from Century barely covers any repairsI have since spoken with many ex sales people including my sales person Issac about the way Century does business and they are all in agreement, Century and it's employees are out to scam the public and the track record they have proves itAlso, I am still waiting for my refund from the service contract that I canceled in OctoberIf the Revdex.com needs documentation, I have receipts from [redacted] confirming repairs, confirmation from the warently company they aren't covering repairs that Century new about prior to selling me the vechicle, hundreds of phone call records with no returned calls, etcI unfortunately have wasted a ton of time, money and energy, and I am trying to help others from doing the sameCentury Auto Group should not only be downgraded to an F business rating, they should not be permitted to do business Regards, [redacted]

In response to [redacted] we are attaching a service report performed by [redacted] to whom we out-sourced his vehicle to, they replaced the fuel pump and DMTL pump, they smoked tested the vehicle and all was good I apologize for stating that he lives in Florida, but the address on his contract is [redacted] *** [redacted] **, regardless we would like to offer him a trade on the vehicle he purchased from us for another [redacted] if he is interested in trading his vehicle for another of the same he can contact [redacted] our (General Manager) who would be willing to help him find a vehicle he is completely satisfied with

Dear, ***We apologize for inconvenience you have experienced.There are few notes we have to make regarding your commentsWe did address your concerns after your purchaseYou were asked to bring vehicle to our dealership, so we can check and make necessary repairs to your vehicleWe did change thermostat, which was causing check engine light to come on, and we did change tire sensors, which were causing tire light to come onThermostat service were also included in your assessment that you received from your local MB dealer who estimated that repair at $Other things that your MB dealer wrote up in their assessment were regular scheduled maintenance services that were due based on their scheduled maintenance program, which included services like - fluid flushes, brand new tires ( tires alone were $1400), new wipers and so on.On a quick note we must mention that this is eight model year old car, and as much we are willing to help you out with any problems you may encounter, we can not take burden to rebuild this car to a new state as you may wishThere always will be maintenance required on your part to ensure your vehicle lasts and performs.Once again our sincere apologies on your negative experienceWe strive to help our customers always and to the fullest extent possible.Best regards,21st Century Auto Group

As we had explained, earlier we were awaiting a part from Canada After speaking with Jeep, we were guaranteed that they would reimburse 100% of the loner vehicle If we did not care about customer service we would not have been in contact with Jeep to assure that the rental was covered We did our best to accommodate the customer and make sure that he was fully aware of what was happening with the car with daily contact

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Our Service Contract has been cancelled on 11th April after requesting [redacted] directly and they assisted us in cancelling as Miss [redacted] from day was not ready to cancel the contract and she gave excuses saying that we have taken loan from financial institute so she cannot cancel the warranty even though it was clearly documented that anytime we can cancel the warranty contract Regarding the refund, it was [redacted] (the company) representative who told that I am eligible for full refund but I got was just USD out of USD on 18th May On 20th of May on a conference call with a representative from [redacted] , myself and Tania from 21st Auto group, Taniya agreed that they need to pay me back the full refund as she understands what’s going on and she promised me thatwithin week I will get my full refund backI was finally relieved and waited patiently for another week i.etill 27th May But I didn’t get any refund from 21st Century Auto Group and I called them many a times for my remaining amount, finally after repetitive calls Miss [redacted] was on the call and she said very rudely that whatever we had to give you back we have given and she is not going to pay the remaining amount and started explaining some prorate basis which is without any logic, because we cancelled the contract within the time period, so there was no question of any prorate Even [redacted] has clearly told that we cancelled it within the time period, so we are eligible for full refund and same was agreed by MsTania in the conference call We waited patiently for whole + months and even followed up with them every week, Ms [redacted] is not refunding the amountShe gives excuses saying we took loan from financial institute so they cannot refund I don’t understand this logic at all and secondly when USD was refunded, then why the remaining amount was not refunded with that amount? After waiting patiently I have come here because Miss [redacted] always has ignored to pay the refund back and always being rude while answering the calls Interest is calculated on the full principal amount, as my principal amount was not reduced due to delay in refund, I paid extra interest without any reason any person will know thatI request Revdex.com to ask 21st Auto group to refund my remaining amount with proper specific date that when they are going to refund my amount backI need answer from 21st Century about the mental harassment they have caused me during this whole time Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: The link you sent me is for a Jeep that is equipped with UconnectMy Jeep is not a and not equipped with Uconnect or BluetoothAnd the vehicle not only stated on the window sticker as you mention that it has Uconnect, it says the following (since you cannot open the attachment) " VEHICLE PACKAGE CONNECTIVITY GROUP INCLUDING UCONNECT VOICE COMMAND WITH BLUETOOTH"That could not be more clearAnd in addition to my paperwork saying that the vehicle has this package, your Salesman, Rob, told me that it did as wellSo yes, I was completely mislead and I'm not sure how you can make the argument that I was not.

It was evident that the salesman Eric was trying to get *** *** the best deal, unfortunately the offer presented by Eric was not accepted by the manager therefore the car could not be sold at the price As stated earlier we do apologize for inconvenience *** *** and his wife experienced in our dealership
