I am rejecting this response because: absolutely nothing was explained to me. I went into the dealership looking for an explanation on how they calculated that of the $800 I paid for their Gap insurance, only $600 was going to be refunded to me. The only response I was given was this is what we have for you take it or leave it. The Owner of the dealership himself told me that nothing needs to be explained to me and to never step foot in his business again. I will not accept anything less than a proper explanation on how the refund was calculated as I do not agree with it at all.

I am rejecting this response because: When I called the warranty company on 8/6, I was informed that the coverage had been cancelled on 7/30. That's 26 days after the purchase of my vehicle. If what you stated in your response is true, why was it cancelled and by whom?

I am rejecting this response because:The amount on the check sent to the bank was not in the amount of $30800.00 that was agreed upon on the sale/purchase contract as payoff.The difference should be remitted to me as two payments were withdrawn by the bank from my account due to non timely payoff by 21st Century.

As we had explained, earlier we were awaiting a part from Canada.  After speaking with Jeep, we were guaranteed that they would reimburse 100% of the loner vehicle.  If we did not care about customer service we would not have been in contact with Jeep to assure that the rental was covered.  We did our best to accommodate the customer and make sure that he was fully aware of what was happening with the car with daily contact.

I am rejecting this response because: This still does not sit well with me. Andy, I don't know what you were told happened by your people. But there was no "hard negotiations". I didn't haggle over the price of the vehicle at all! I didn't have a problem with it. What I did haggle over, and did have a problem with was the ridiculous fees that were trying to be applied. One for College Graduate ( which was waived because my wife graduated in May this year ), Two was Military Vet ( Which we did not qualify but Eric waived ) and Three was a Loyalty fee of $1000. We did not qualify for that either and that was included in the price. Now as ridiculous as it is to charge a customer $1000 just for buying a car from you I was willing to let it go. The salesman and I came to an agreement. The price was already agreed! I was purchasing the car! This is why I then gave Eric permission to run my credit! According to Eric's manager, Eric was never given permission by said manager to run my credit. Eric was reprimanded for this right in front of me! This manager started pushing me out of the door because "I wasn't even close on the price". Then afterwards he said it was because of the Military Fee that Eric waived. If I pay that fee then we have a deal. he tells me this AFTER telling me to have a nice day and thanks for coming????? This whole thing was poorly dealt with by the manager. We are talking about $800 here!!!! You mean to tell me that's not even close?!!!!! How is that not close?!!! Bottom line is the deal was made with the salesman. If he didn't have the power to waive fees or whatever then that should have been something to discuss after I left with my new vehicle. That is not my fault. The deal should have been honored. And after this whole thing I had some unpleasant words for the manager. I'm sure anyone would! The only way this gets resolved is I get the car I was there for the price that was agreed on. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We have since bought a 2014 BMW from another dealer. And after some research of reviews left by numerous consumers, we are relived that the deal fell apart. I don't know how they stay in business. They can keep their cars.

Everything in the response was a complete and total outright lie. They did not fix the thermostat, check engine light or tire pressure sensors. They don't even have a shop on site to fix anything. Century 21 had my car at there location for 3 weeks and not only didn't fix anything, and they didn't respond to any of my calls. When I went to pick up my car after 3 weeks, I drove off the lot and the check engine light and tire pressure sensors were still on. And since my first complaint to them my car has been back in the shop and has had the exhaust manifold replaced which cost another $1,600. and the $4000 I spent on the warranty from Century 21 barely covers any repairs. I have since spoken with many ex sales people including my sales person Issac about the way Century 21 does business and they are all in agreement, Century 21 and it's employees are out to scam the public and the track record they have proves it. Also, I am still waiting for my refund from the service contract that I canceled in October. If the Revdex.com needs documentation, I have receipts from [redacted] confirming repairs, confirmation from the warently company they aren't covering repairs that Century 21 new about prior to selling me the vechicle, hundreds of phone call records with no returned calls, etc.. I unfortunately have wasted a ton of time, money and energy, and I am trying to help others from doing the same. Century 21 Auto Group should not only be downgraded to an F business rating, they should not be permitted to do business.
