I am rejecting this response because:
The report they sent was additional issues with the car*** *** *** got the car for a month and did fix anything on itI had to return to them again when the engine light was on after a couple days that they said they had fix itWhen I returned they had a new hired mechanic that found a smoke for the check engine that was onHowever my complaints were about engine gasket leak, diff leak, passenger side of the car was painted with a cheap and different colors, they never fixed thosePlease refer to *** and *** dealer report about that carI don't trust anyone in the staff because they had lie to me at the beginningThey still owed me money on car rentals, last time they had me rent a car and they never reimburse meI don't want to trade, I want them to get their car back or refund me some money on the car so I can have *** fixthe car properly

I am rejecting this response because: Whether or not a received a new engine, Century Auto sold me a car that had been tampered with, and I had to spend my own money to discover that fact Either Century's mechanics were the ones responsible for tampering with the car and hiding the problem just long enough for me to take a test drive, or they inspected the car and didn't discover the problem Either way, I could not have trusted Century to properly and honestly diagnose and fix the problem Also, the new engine is not performing as I would like, as the entire car shakes a high speeds

Please find attached documents: One with *** *** signature clearly affixed, that conspicuously states that "USED CARS SOLD COSMETICALLY AS SHOWN" The second document is our written promise to *** *** to DETAIL his hood in an effort to remove the spots We clearly did not
promise to repaint *** *** hood We made several attempts, using every automotive chemical and compound at our disposal to remove the spots from the hood His desired resolution of a full refund for the vehicle is ludicrous considering the nature of the issue at hand We have made every effort to resolve this situation to his satisfaction This is a MINOR cosmetic blemish, and in no way affects the drivability or safety of the car

In response to *** *** the car was originally to be registered in the state of *** where they reside, as per their information on the paperwork. Our DMV manager *** requested a *** inspection in order to register the vehicle, it was at
that time the customer requested to have all the documentation transferred to *** ***. We are not legally able to make any changes without the banks approval, which was *** ***The bank requested proof of change of address from the customer causing a delay. Now the taxes are different from state to state causing the Bill of Sale to be changed. The customer was informed that once all the paperwork was properly re-instated he would receive the documents needed to register the vehicle in the State in which he residesAt this time we are still waiting for proof of address from *** * *** We currently have *** bill of sale, the drivers license are from *** At this point we are waiting proof of address from *** ***. the delay is on there end not ours. they need to send the proof of address to *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: 21th Century Auto group did not do any repairs that *** dealer of *** ** and *** dealer of *** ** found as issues on the carI would like them to send to Revdex.com office a paperwork order on what they didI am going to attach the check list of repairs that to those two dealers recommend in the carThey also lied regarding the car is in Florida, the car still parked at my parents house in ***
I recently paid *** of Bridgeport to do some of the repairs

In response to re: *** *** complaint submitted 2/24/complaint #*** , after careful review of the complaint that *** submitted via Revdex.com, the following information has been analyzed and 21st Century Auto Group has a completely different recollection of events along with facts
that have been presented to Revdex.comFirst, the vehicle had been purchased on 9/20/2014, not 8/30/as *** *** disclosed to Revdex.comAttached we have added a copy of the bill off sale where the purchase date is clearly stated. Secondly, our company had made numerous attempts to contact *** *** regarding missing insurance paperwork and documentation that the customer lacked in providing our dealershipOur DMV clerk attempted to speak with *** on 9/26/at 2:45pm with no success she left a message regarding the lack of presentation of the inspection that the customer was responsible on doing along with providing us with proof in order for our 3rd party agency to submit to the state of *** in to get the platesUnfortunately no response was given and we attempted to call again on 9/30/5:09pm in regards to the same issueAt this time our company had followed its policy's by contacting the customer twice without successOn 10/06/we received the inspection and sent it out to our 3rd party agency that deals specifically with out of state dealsThey informed us that the customers insurance information was expired or not updated and therefore got kicked backWe attempted again to contact the customer to obtain the updated insurance and even provided the customer with the specific insurance department contact information which was as follows (***All that the customer needed to do is provided updated infoFinally on 2/11/the customer, *** *** provided proper insurance identification card and just recently we have been able to do what we need to do in order to insure that all our customers are happyUnfortunately there is only so many times that our company can contact its customers in the hopes of obtaining information , because we have about customer that we deal with per month on averageOur goal and priorities are first and for most to make sure that our customers are happy. And the delay was due to the lack of documentation that was not provided by *** *** ***. We did sincerely cover our end by submitting all proper documentation, but when we are missing certain documents there is only so much that we can do. - Thank You *** ***

We don't understand how this happened either...that photo is meaningless...you can set the date and time to anything you want in the car's settings menu As I stated before, there is no benefit to a dealer to under report a vehicle's miles by miles (do the math) I'm not sure either what *** *** motives are here, wanting a refund for a vehicle for such an invalid reason I have already provided documents with HIS SIGNATURE on them stating the vehicles miles at the time of sale.Again, we have offered to trade him out of his vehicle, an offer which he has to date declined We have made a good faith effort to resolve this dispute, and this is our final position on the matter

The lifetime warranty that we have been discussing is not an item that can be soldIt is an item that a dealer can use to accommodate acustomer it also adds value to the vehicle by providing the warranty Century Auto Group does not have to give the warranty to our customers, we are being generous by offering you the previous option of $and a year of service or to continue the warranty and a year of serviceBy demanding for money ($1,000.00) and expecting to get reimbursed for money that was not taken for a warranty is discouraging on our endWe are more than willing to accommodate

I am rejecting this response because: Any other vehicle? You cannot trade in an apple for an orange and say that the situation has been rectifiedEspecially since I have no idea what will be equipped in your other vehicle since neither your paperwork or your sales personnel can be trustedIf you give me a refund of all my money I will gladly return the vehicleTo say that the vehicle specification did not have the word "installed" included in it is completely unreasonableTo say that such verbiage is needed would mean that throughout the document, you can conclude that nothing in my jeep is actually installedIt would mean that I have no tires, because the description "Tires" does not have a verb such as "installed" attached, or that I have no airbags because my vehicle description does not include "airbags installed"My seatbelts seem to not be "installed" either. I have already anticipated your refusal to do the right thing in this case, so I have brought this information to my lawyerHe has agreed that my argument and this paperwork would without a doubt stand up in courtHe suggested that we attempt to settle out of court (hence this case)However, I can see that you would rather this course of actionI am not going back and forth anymore, so if the next case update does not have a resolution then legal action is my next stepThe choice is yours.

In 21st Century used Autocheck by *** to provide all customers with the vehicle history reportPlease see attached report of accident free report presented to *** *** during the time of saleAll our vehicles are ran a vehicle report to assure all vehicles are accident
free. As per the warranty, *** *** was given a refund based on a pro-rated amount

This vehicle was purchased on February 29th, 2015, as the service manager I received a service work order on March 18th regarding the brakes, the rear seat belt and the engine rattlingat that time I scheduled a service appointment for 3/26/2015, unfortunately she
called us before the scheduled appointment and informed us that the vehicle smoking. At that time made arrangements to pick up her vehicle and have it towed to an outside mechanic who has state of the art machinery to fix any issues with this vehicle. They fixed/replaced the airbag module, the fuel tank and the radiator. the customer was correct in saying the seat belt was fixed when she came to pick up the vehicle. As of today all issues have been fixed and hopefully she is satisfied

I am rejecting this response because: they have stalled and stalled on getting my informationI can't believe they would play this card of blameAfter I file a complaint with Revdex.com, they mysteriously call me and try and give me an excuse of there being an issue with my insurance when it has been settled for more than months! They are definitely procrastinating and providing inaccurate statementsPlease investigate them because they are lying (excuse my language)! You will be doing us a huge favor.

In regards to *** *** and the complaint that he submitted on 9/18/, We handle all of our business with the up-most respect and high quality customer service, which includes and is not limited to making sure that all our customers are happy, especially when they are purchasing a vehicle
As one of the Finance mangers it is my job and responsibility to disclose to all of my customers the amount that they are financing, along with their APR, term of their loan, the interest amount that they will be accumulating, total amount of payments that they will have, along with the total selling price of their vehicleSo it should be no surprise for *** *** on the amount that he is financingI did my due diligence of making sure that I explained everything to them in full detailThe accusations that he has bestowed upon my job ethic and over all integrity as a professional is incorrectAdditionally, I have received three phone calls from *** and I have reached out to him and spoke to him, I am not sure what he means by us screening his calls and intentionally not answering, that is invalid informationI have spoken to Nevenka the dmv clerk, who has also validated that she did miss a few phone calls, but that is only because she was physically not here but at the DMV doing her job of getting customers plates and registration completedBut she did give him calls back but he was not responsiveThe reason why *** plates were not completed on time is because he failed to disclose that we were missing proof of his address and pay-stubs, of which we needed to obtain in order to process everything for the bankAny little delay or incorporation of customer will delay the process of their plates being processed The customer has had their plates for a while now, so hopefully that will rectify any further dissatisfactionhe may face

Having brought the car in for the promised repairs on several occasions, the work was never completedSpecifically the oil repairs & sunroofThe damage didn't happen in May as they respondedThese were repairs outlined at the time of purchase.After the dealership stated they no longer could do oil repairs, I took the car to BMW to complete the repairs in May
