I am rejecting this response because:I called when I was in the way to show room and I have been told it's theresalesman didn't even check for car he showed me others right away, I bought yesterday a car somewhere else and they told me other people complain the same that cars that they advertising are not there, just to draw people in showroom, and it's a known method that they used

The two combined are valued more than the $1,000.00. Through my research of the deal your contracts do not have additional money charged for the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received my car and every time I try to contact the company they don't answer me and refuse to talk to me. I haven't had my car for 7 weeks and they were suppose to have my car ready last monday. If I don't receive my car this week I want a total refund for the car. this is very bad customer service. I apologize for the delay in response.  Attached you will find 2 documents with [redacted] signature affixed, that state the vehicle had 47600 miles at the time of delivery.  We have no way of verifying this now after the fact.  I have seen the photograph supplied to us by [redacted]...

[redacted] showing the 49K+ miles on the odometer, but there is also no way to verify when that photo was taken.  IF a mistake was made, it was an honest one.  There is no advantage to a dealer to misrepresent vehicle mileage by approximately 1500 miles.  While I do not wish to cast aspersions as to [redacted] motives, it is clear that he does not want to keep this vehicle.  We have offered to trade him out of his vehicle into another one,and to date he has declined.  Bu offering to take the vehicle back and put him in another one, I feel that we have made a good faith effort to resolve this matter, as we are under no obligation legally to take back this vehicle.

Please see document presented to customer during purchase of his vehicle. carfax ran on 8/9/2016 shows no accidents reported on vehicle. All vehicles that come into our facility are ran a carfax to assure they are accident free. Customer was presented document during the time of purchase.

Thermostat service were also included in your assessment that you received from your local MB dealer who estimated that repair at $879.00. Other things that your MB dealer wrote up in their assessment were regular scheduled maintenance services that were due based on their scheduled maintenance program, which included services like - fluid flushes, brand new tires ( tires alone were $1400), new wipers and so on.On a quick note we must mention that this is eight model year old car, and as much we are willing to help you out with any problems you may encounter, we can not take burden to rebuild this car to a new state as you may wish. There always will be maintenance required on your part to ensure your vehicle lasts and performs.Once again our sincere apologies on your negative experience. I am rejecting this response because:
Our Service Contract has been cancelled on 11th April 2016 after requesting [redacted] directly and they assisted us in cancelling as Miss [redacted] from day 1 was not ready to cancel the contract and she gave excuses saying that we have taken loan from financial institute so she cannot cancel the warranty even though it was clearly documented that anytime we can cancel the warranty contract.  Regarding the refund, it was [redacted] (the company) representative who told that I am eligible for full refund but I got was just USD 1448 out of 4747 USD on 18th May 2016. On 20th of May on a conference call with a representative from [redacted], myself and Tania from 21st Auto group, Taniya agreed that they need to pay me back the full refund as she understands what’s going on and she promised me thatwithin 1 week I will get my full refund back. I was finally relieved and waited patiently for another week i.e. till 27th May 2016. But I didn’t get any refund from 21st Century Auto Group and I called them many a times for my remaining amount, finally after repetitive calls Miss [redacted] was on the call and she said very rudely that whatever we had to give you back we have given and she is not going to pay the remaining amount and started explaining some prorate basis which is without any logic, because we cancelled the contract within the time period, so there was no question of any prorate.  Even [redacted] has clearly told that we cancelled it within the time period, so we are eligible for full refund and same was agreed by Ms. Tania in the conference call.  We waited patiently for whole 2 + months and even followed up with them every week, Ms. [redacted] is not refunding the amount. She gives excuses saying we took loan from financial institute so they cannot refund.  I don’t understand this logic at all and secondly when 1448 USD was refunded, then why the remaining amount was not refunded with that amount? After waiting patiently I have come here because Miss. [redacted] always has ignored to pay the refund back and always being rude while answering the calls.  Interest is calculated on the full principal amount, as my principal amount was not reduced due to delay in refund, I paid extra interest without any reason any normal person will know that. I request Revdex.com to ask 21st Auto group to refund my remaining amount with proper specific date that when they are going to refund my amount back. I need answer from 21st Century about the mental harassment they have caused me during this whole time.

I am rejecting this response because: I would not have purchased a car with clearly visible white spots on the hood & Bold Tires. I was promised, the removal of the spots to sign car papers at the last day of the month. I was told "We are a big dealership, we will take care of it"In addition to the spots on hood, I was promised used tires which still have 3/4 life left in them by the Sales Manager [redacted] and Sales person [redacted]. [redacted] was to provide tires within 2 weeks of purchase. I am not satisfied with either of those promises and I am left with completely bold tires and spots on the hood. Completely bold tires are for sure a hazzard on road during this time of the year. Please see attached document with Sales Manager [redacted]'s Hand writing. I am also questioning their documentation process. Copy of the "WE OWE" submitted with response is an older version.I have complied with every request dealership have made. However, they have failed to comply with their customer service and satisfaction. Even after 2 months, Not a single phone call was made by the management team to me to rectify this situaition. They clearly do not care.Hense, I am demanding either of the two things, Complete two promies in one visit or provide full refund.

The customerstarted off with his complaint that he was coned into trading in his vehicle.Every person has cognitive power to make their own decisions, the customer waswell aware of the trade in transaction, and...

what value he was receiving for hisvehicle. Additionally the customer insinuated that the salesperson thatassisted him on the purchase of the vehicle does still work here.“Mysteriously doesn’t work there” was what he said. This sales consultant waslet go and no longer works here so he was advised correctly. We are not surewhy the customer would assume there is some false motive for providingincorrect information. In regards to rectifying the customers situation thereis nothing else we would like than to fix it. Bottom line is that the customerhad not paid his taxes and provided us with invalid insurance information dueto none payment. Therefore there is nothing we can do when a customer has notpaid their taxes or their insurance company. But when he pays all involvedparties he expect for it to be done at that exact moment. But unfortunatelythat is not how it works. It is the customer’sresponsibility to provide us withvalid information and updated insurance. In cases when this does not occur theprocess is significantly prolonged and therefore that is the reason why [redacted] does not have his plates and registration.
