They'll take your money and never ship your productsI placed a new order a week and a half ago, for meal replacement shakesAfter a week and I had still not received a shipping notification, I decided to reach out to their customer support teamWhen I reached out to customer service, they said their shakes were on back order and that it looks like an email never went out to notify customersWhen I inquired to when my order was shipped, they told me shakes were back it stock and my order would be shipping soonTwo days later, I checked and my order still had not shipped and customer service said they were still getting items back in stock and orders would ship out the following weekI decided to request an order cancellation and will not longer be doing business with Nutrition

This is My second week on the shake so far so good it suppresses the hunger for about hours I choose the strawberry and Vanilla Chai I prefer the Vanilla Chai over the two the best only thing Iv'e found is when you make servings at a time the shake is really thick you have to allow it to settle for a few minutes that being said I'll continue on it for the next to weeks and at that time I'll write a review on My weight loss results
I emailed nutrition informing them I was getting sick from their product At first I was on sure it was their productThe symptoms went away felt betterThinking it was a coincidence try the product again kept getting sick The customer service in my opinion is horrible if I'm informing you I'm getting sick from your product you think the response would be swift and quickly well that was not the case And when they did get to me they just informed me that they apologize for the days has elapsed so we can't give your money back Nice to know the only concern they had was the money Yeah I will never do business with them again in my opinion that's about as unprofessional as it gets
