Product was ordered within a couple days of each other in mid JulyOrder was received and did not believe product was effective and wished to returnTook company a span of several days to give me an RA and argued with me for a day about whether the product worked or notI returned it all and it including the "free product" and after weeks - had to write again to ask where my return was only to learn after THREE MORE requests that the 2nd order was not being reimbursed due to being returned after days! I already received an email that 1st order (in same box) was being reimbursed It makes no senseIf the order that was oldest was reimbursed then so should the newest order! PLUS - the company appeared to deliberately delay in giving me an RA which was why it was mailed day over the original daysNow I paid

Nutrition ran a "sale" where you received a day supply of their chocolate shake plus a few other items for a good price What Nutrition did, however, was show a picture of their NEW shake, which is plant based and dairy free, but sent out their discontinued shake, which is not plant based and contains dairyWhen I called them out on their obvious bait and switch, they would only refund me if I paid to ship the product back to themTERRIBLE customer service and a shady deal all together

Ordered Strawberry lemonade on 11/22/2016, I was billed on *** for and never received a tracking numberI reordered the lemonade on 11/23/and a starter pack and never received the started pack on that orderI have emailed the company and they will not resolve the issueNutrition has basically stolen $from meThe *** traction ID *** and I have no order # from Nutrition for the purchase on 11/22/ My *** Transaction ID for my order on 11/23/was *** and the order # is ***I was charged $for a starter kit and didnt recieve itI was charged $for day shipping on both orders and its well over that time frameTheir $off coupons are advertisement as well the codes never worked!
I had an issue with being charged for a product that I was unaware of and when I attempted to reverse the transaction the same day of purchase, I was told they were unable to fulfill this requestThey staff members were unable to give me any tracking information, however ensured my package had been sentI called twice and he second time I asked to speak with a manger, the call taker took my information and proceeded to ask about my situation, when I again asked for a manager or someone of authority he lied and told me there was no one else, I asked if he was in charge he said no, I again asked to speak to someone of authority which I was then placed on hold for approximately minutesThe call tanger got back on the line and stated the manager was busy but told the call taker my only option was to send the package to receive my refundThe manager didn't even have the decency to give me time of day to speak with me about my issue/concernIt's terrible customer service
