Problem: I purchased products from this company on 12/15 with a delivery date of the first week in January. I have contacted the business multiple times and they have never provided any information about the order. They often times say they'll call back and they never do. I finally spoke to a...
manager who then realized the original person took the wrong order. He then fixed my order and guaranteed that the order would ship the next day. That was over 3 weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment for the item to be delivered today. I was forced to take time off work because the shipping company refused to schedule a time before noon. Therefore I am here off of work, losing money and vacation time for nothing. When they called to reschedule they stated that they'll try to deliver Friday afternoon but there are no guarantees. I purchased and paid for this item almost two months ago. It was to be delivered to my home the first week of January. This is unacceptable and this should reflect poorly on this company. I believe it is the Revdex.com responsibility to investigate as well as to cite this against this company. Consumers should be warned about doing business with this company. I will never use them again and will tell people about this horrific experience. Desired Outcome: I want the order I paid for over 7 weeks ago! ABSURD

customer encountered with the order. Thank you.
We apologize customer continues to be dissatisfied with the product purchased, the company has made every reasonable attempt to rectify the reported issues. The
chairs purchased are fully functional, problem reported is a manufacturing defect; we scheduled a technician to repair the initial inlay issue and in the process customer discovered there were other problems with the inlays in other chairs. Our customer service representative and customer service manager have had ongoing communication with customer with the attempt to mutually resolve the manufacturing issues. It is the company's policy to attempt to repair the product to mitigate further return fees.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[ The Seller only offers to repair the Chairs even though that repair would not occur until after more than 3 months of delays. The seller continues to flip flop their explanation to whether the defect that affects all chairs in this order can be attributed to a manufacturer's defect or Shipping damage. In either case, the defect was initially reported on the day of delivery. It was requested by the Buyer that the chairs be returned and replaced. The Seller refused and preferred to repair even though it was the right of the Buyer to make the immediate return. That repair took 6+ weeks to process in part due to lack of available replacement parts. Once all those parts finally became available, repair by a third party company (of the seller's choosing) was not available until early January. At that time (8+ weeks), The seller chose to now cancel the previously scheduled appointment without the knowledge or consent of the Buyer. This caused the Buyer to miss work for an appointment that never came. Later when pressed for an explanation, the Seller revealed that they were now unwilling to risk the possibility the repair person may require 2 visits to complete the work with a second set of repair parts in transit . Ultimately the parts did arrive in time and the repair would have only required the single visit yet the previously undiscussed internal policy saved the Seller money at the expense and inconvenience of the Buyer. The Makeup Repair date was scheduled 2 weeks later. At that time, the repair was only completed on 1 chair as the Seller had for some inexplicable reason only authorized repair to a single chair. The 3rd Party repair person would have to return for a second time which is exactly what the Seller was trying to avoid the first time they cancelled the repair. This would also now require the Buyer to take off a 3rd Day from work to accommodate the final repair (some 11+ weeks out from the initial purchase).
As you can see, through the Seller's direct action ( or lack thereof), the repairs have not been accomplished in a timely or reasonable manner. The seller has refuses to accept any responsibility for this situation instead suggesting that the situation is of the Buyer's doing or perhaps from Buyer's remorse. When framing the situation in this manner, the buyer seeks to force the Seller into either a repair that they have not yet been able to accomplish or a return. In the case of the return, the Buyer will try to exact shipping charges (both ways) and a 30% restocking fee. This would account for a loss of more that 2/3 for the Buyer with the Seller still being able to complete the repairs and resell the merchandise. The Buyer also is trying to enforce a provision that requires all merchandise to be returned in their original cartons (with may have been possible if the return had been allowed to be processed when requested at the time of delivery). Without it, the Buyer in unwilling to accept a return or if they ultimately do, require the Buyer to foot the expense.
Without any reasonable offer to resolve this situation, the buyer maintains that the only fair and equitable resolution is for the Buyer to have the Chairs created and returned to them with the Full amount due back to the customer upon receipt.]

purchased on order [redacted] is on backorder. We sincerely apologize for the delays from the manufacturer. I can confirm that the sofa is enroute to the Port of Los Angeles aboard the Maersk Exeter and is scheduled to arrive at the port on October 19, 2017. Once it arrives at the Port, it can take as much as 7 to 10 days for offloading and customs processing. After processing it will be sent to our warehouse and we will promptly get it shipped out to you. I will make sure that it is sent accelerated shipping. Accelerated shipping will take approximately 3 to 5 days versus the usual 7 to 10 business days. I will be watching your order and keep you posted all the way through the delivery of your sofa. If for some reason you do not receive the sofa- we will accept the return of the 2 chairs you currently have received with no shipping or restocking fees. A full refund would be issued back to you once the chairs are picked up and enroute back to us. In addition I will be responding to the Revdex.com to advise them that we are currently working together to resolve the issues. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
